The sirloin was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the combination of grilled onions, hot cherry peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes, pickles, and white American cheese was perfectly balanced. Every bite was on point. The bread was soft with a light toast that gave it the perfect texture without overpowering the sandwich. I also had a Barrio Rojo beer on tap, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was amazing--friendly, fast, and welcoming, especially for a first-time customer. The place itself had a lot of character and a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. This was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last. The french fries were also fairly unexpectional. The location was really difficult to find because it was in an IHOP but there were no signs. I guess that's what a "virtual" restaurant means.
