Fountain drinks are easy to access with free refills included. I don't drink alcohol but if you do they have a full bar. Music selection was good but is a little loud last visit but remember it's a bar lol. Great place to grab some food and watch the game with your family and friends.

This was my first disappointing meal in Tucson. My friend and I drove out of our way to eat here…read moreafter a hike in Painted Hills. I was so disappointed when the cashier told me they were out of chicken. OUT OF CHICKEN?! It wasn't even 2pm yet and the Pats hadn't yet destroyed the Broncos and the cheesesteak place was out of chicken. If I hadn't been with my friend who was looking forward to his beef cheesesteak, I would have walked out. There are plenty other good places to eat on Ina Rd. I eventually ordered a 12 inch beef cheesesteak with shrooms, onions and sweet peppers. The cashier asked if I wanted jalapeños as well. I replied that they don't belong on a cheesesteak, not a real South Philly cheesesteak. My few shrooms and sweet peppers were an additional $3. Ouch. Peppers come with a real cheesesteak; there should not be an additional charge. Service was fast and the kitchen crew was especially efficient. Everyone working kept the place clean. Ambiance is also nice. It's got a Philly sport bar vibe to it, with Philly banners on the wall and TVs high up in all directions. There are also eight craft beers on tap but I had a $3.49 Coke Zero instead. When my insanely overpriced $23 chickenless cheesesteak arrived, I was again disappointed in the lack of flavor. I tasted no spice in the beef. The bread was not fresh, either. I should have ordered Cheese Wiz instead of natural Provolone because the chemicals in that orange concoction would have added some flavor My friend liked his cheesesteak but added that the place in Sierra Vista makes a much tastier cheesesteak than Frankies, for half the price. At least I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. If it weren't for the incredible kitchen crew and the fast service, this place would have gotten only two stars.

I didn't know this place existed, but I guess they've been in business for many years. I'm glad it…read morecame up on my map when I was looking for restaurants in that area. You walk in and it definitely feels like a few-frills, local spot. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table when it's ready. The menu had several sandwich options as well as salads and some sides/appetizers. I chose the grilled chicken cheesesteak salad. It came with plenty of lettuce, veggies, pickled sweet peppers (hot peppers, if you want), and a grilled chicken breast with melted cheese on top. The ranch dressing was good. The little roll that came with it was delicious and the tiny chocolate chip cookie topped the meal off.

I liked that they had their menu taped on the window so you could look at it before even going in. The menu was also at the counter and written on the chalk board so there were lots of way to see it. There was also a decent number of options. I went with #3 combo which was the Italian Grinder, Small drink, and fries (or a choice of coleslaw or chips). It does also come with a small crunchy chocolate chip cookie. I was underwhelmed mostly as the fries and were just okay. The value of the meal is worth it, I just felt that the sub overall was just fine... nothing special. You order at the counter and they will call your name once ready, so the service is pretty minimal. I would go back and try something else.

When I went on Wednesday evening around 6:30pm, the service was actually really good from everyone except the person labeled manager on her shirt. She was manning the cashier and was very dry and unhelpful. When my friend asked for a list of veggie options on the sandwich, she really just kind of stared at us with no answer stating "there's all kinds" or something vague like that. When we saw the cookies and desserts at the register we asked what it was (inquiring about the flavor), and she answered, "a cookie." That was kind of silly to me. After I paid and she kind of motioned that she was ready for the next customer, I asked about my receipt. She responded by asking if I wanted one and stating that the machine was out of paper or something. I would've appreciated her stating that rather than just not giving me my receipt and assuming that I didn't want one. I also felt like if I'm asking you for my receipt, asking me if I want one is somewhat redundant. I didn't realize she was a manager until my friend pointed out the tag on her shirt while we were waiting for food. My friend and I interacted with three other workers while we were there , one of them being Joe who I believe made our sandwiches. All 3 of of them had exceptional service! This is a small shop with maybe four tables, so takeout might be your best bet . The sandwich was cool, but management should do better.

There was a young man with blond hair and another worker (Joe) who were extremely polite and hospitable. They were quick to make adjustments and made me and my friend feel welcome. I got the Philly cheesesteak adding mayo, lettuce and tomato. It had great flavor. I'm not sure they have the capability to toast sandwiches which would prevent me from coming back. The bread is very soft and for a hearty sandwich like the cheesesteak it needs crispier bread.
