When I pulled up to the window one of the women working there held up a finger at me through the window as if signaling for me to wait. A man then opened the window after another minute or so and told me that they were "not serving customers because they were understaffed" While six people stood there looking at me. If this business is going to literally refuse my money, I'm not going to try and go there anymore. It's an absolute waste of my time. I went to McDonald's instead and was greeted with quick and friendly customer service. Jack in the box should take some lessons from them.
