Foods amazing! Great vibes overall, bartenders always open to make new drinks for me!

The very reason we stopped eating out. The pizza man dan's service could not have been worse tonight at the annex. It was our first time at this location and we did not know about the bar/sit down area and the order up window. We wanted some food to go with our young kids to eat outside. The woman at the restaurant/bar area (bar was empty and she was standing there) told us that I guess she could take our order but to just go to order over there. No smile, unbelievably rude and just walked away. We went to the window and the young girl was on her phone. We got our food and she didn't remember our order when we went to pick it up and had to tell her all over again. We ordered hot wings that didn't come with a side of ranch. When my husband went up and asked for it, he was charged. Food was hot and good, but expensive for the lack of service, a smile and such bad attitudes. read more

I placed an order for delivery for just 1 pizza. I've been ordering from pizzaman dans for years and always get my order on time and never had any complaints. But this time my order was delivered 1.5 hrs late. Pizza was cold, tasted okay. Hope for a better experience next time. read more

I have been here a few times just to grab a drink. Service is ok . I have not purchased food. The crowd can be a little rough . On one of my visits a group of girls that had been drinking too much wanted to beat up the bartender . There was no one else working with her . This is a safety hazard there should be at least two people working together at times at the bar. I would suggest the owner care a bit more about his staff . It took awhile for security to show up and they were a bit weak. Did you know you could order your pizza to eat there and sit at the bar area next door that's connected to them?! Well I didn't and I recently went and it was amazing. You get the bar friendly experience without the crowds and it's so amazing. We had a few beers while eating pizza and wings. As you sit and have your beer they have a window that will call your name out once your order is called. It was just a really cool vibe and experience. Ordered a small cheese pizza. Took a out 15-20 min. Pretty standard. Price was ok at $11.99. The cheese was poorly placed as seen in this pic. The cheese comes off as one piece on the 1st bite leaving bread and sauce. Not the best pizza I had. Wouldnt come back. Not worth it read more

Inside the Annex at Oxnard collection (right near Burnin Mouth), this is the new go-to spot for husband and me. We dropped by on a Tuesday night to relax and get some pizza and beer. We were immediately attended to and our drinks and food came out quickly. We got to chat with our bartender Bree who was super sweet and attentive. We ordered the PizzaMan Dan special pizza and half a dozen wings. The girls were nice enough to let us know you can split flavors so we got mango habanero and suicide. Beware, suicide is hot!!!! Overall, we had a great experience. They have a huge flat screen TV as well at the bar which we know will be amazing for any future games/fights. Will be back again soon! read more

I've never tried this place. I was pleasantly surprised. It was better than most chains: domino's, casears. It was similar to hut, but not as greasy. I still like Marco's better, plus it's cheaper there. Otherwise it was solid. read more

On top of that, there was a family waiting at the counter to order food at the same time as us. They also did not receive any service. It's very sad to say that one of my favorites places to eat pizza the customers service is terrible. Today I had a terrible experience, I called the call center and I explained to the operator that my online order didn't take the coupon and since I paid with PayPal she said she couldn't help me, that I had cancel and reorder. So I told her yes please cancel order so she can place it for me with that discount applied, but she hang up on me. I called again with supposedly a different operator but same voice ha they were having fun not providing names when answering the calls.
