Pizza delivery guy came to our house, parked in the middle of the street which blocked off my partner from leaving the driveway and just kept being parked on the street for 10 mins. He called me, I missed the call and when I returned the phone call 1 min later he didn't answer. He called corporate office and the office called me to tell me to go outside. I was flabbergasted why couldn't the driver come to the front of the door? It was like he refused to take a single step away from the car parked on the street. Both the manager and the associate had poor attitudes and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Customer service starts with leadership, and in this case, the manager set the wrong example. I believe this location would benefit from better training, beginning with the manager, on how to treat customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy. My brother ordered dinner for the fam for my bday. It was Graduation night in Oxnard and we were able to preorder for pick up and had no issues. Pizzas, poppers, cookie dessert were all ready on time. 7 pm pick up to be exact! Great customer service. It was busy as Toppers is typically but a tad more LOL! The lunch special here is really a great deal. The so called "Quick Lunch" which is available daily and goes for about $10 includes a small individual pizza with two toppings and a trip to the salad bar. They have an extensive variety of toppings from which to choose and you can even also enjoy a different sauce on your pizza if you want to try something different than the traditional tomato sauce. Great service and good food. Came during 5pm and it wasn't too busy, yet. My kids and nephew always get the classic pepperoni. I went with the creamy chicken and it was delicious! As my nephew was finishing up, he felt hair in his braces. Addressed this to someone (black shirt) and she asked for us to promptly return the pizza and made a new one for us. Past Saturday May 10, We placed our order around 8:10 PM and sat at our table to wait. After approximately 30 minutes, I noticed that other customers who had arrived after us were receiving their food. Concerned, I approached the pickup window to ask about our order. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to did not check our receipt or order details -- he simply told me to wait a little longer, claiming it was almost ready. After another 10 minutes passed with no updates, I followed up again. This time, someone finally took our receipt and returned to inform us that the machine had broken down and our order had not been processed. They offered to remake it and include a cookie for the inconvenience, but by then, our 11-month-old baby had become tired and was crying, making it unfeasible to wait any longer. I asked to cancel the order, and staff informed me they would issue a credit to my card. However, once I returned home and reviewed the refund, I noticed that I was only credited for the large pizza. We also ordered a sandwich, which we never received, and it was not refunded. We were correctly charged for two drinks and a small salad, which we did consume, and I have no issue with those charges. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication, the mishandling of our order, and the incomplete refund. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into issuing the remaining refund for the sandwich we never received. read more

Their pizza has always reminded me of Rusty's in Santa Barbara & Carp. I found out recently that in fact, the two used to be owned by brothers that split the business and renamed Ventura area stores Toppers. My sister loves this pizza.
