Came here on a Sunday night and it was a great spot to come get food! You order first and then find a seat. This location does have wings, so feel free to order those. We got 8 wings plus a large pizza (half Italian garlic and half pepperoni). I loved the option of getting half and half and the Italian garlic was amazing!! Must get the whole roasted garlics with it--amazing! This place reminds me of like a shakeys with the arcade and sports bar feel. It is kid friendly and plenty of booths to sit at! This is the second time visiting this Toppers Pizza place location and I guess I can say it's still one of my favorites. The location is great on the harbor and we got to sit outside and enjoyed the sunset. It is a very busy restaurant it helps that there is upstairs seating and outdoors too. The staff is friendly. I ordered a meatinator came out in a timely manner and it was tasty and fresh out the oven. The jalapeno poppers were good not spicy. the salad is always fresh very enjoyable. Baseline 3 stars Service : -2 stars (you order when you walk in, teenagers, then you have to pick up your own pizza and beer), AND silverware, like you'recin a cafeteria. Stingy salad bar with multiple reminders of the "rules" : -3 stars ($6 for a bowl that small??) Beer: +1 stars (it was cold, it was beer). Pizza: +6 stars. After the ordering experience, picking up my own beer and then pizza, and the lousy salad bar experience, I wanted to leave. BUT the pizza is legitimately the best I've had in a few years. The pizza is bangin. I would actually go back just for the pizza. The crust has this perfect balance of crispy and chewy. Crispy but not dry. The toppings are exceptionally high quality. They service was quick and easy, did not have to wait long for the food as well. To speak on the noise levels it is at a moderate I would say but it was not too loud. I'm disappointed with my experience at Toppers Pizza. I brought my service dog with me, and I was told that my dog needed to remain on the floor rather than sit in the booth. I understood and respected that, so we chose to eat outside instead. Unfortunately, while we were outside, there were rats around the tables in the outdoor dining area. That made the experience extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. I understand having rules regarding service animals, and I had no issue following the restaurant's request. However, customers should be able to use the designated dining areas without having to deal with rodents around the tables. I hope management addresses the issue and checks the outdoor area for a potential pest problem. read more

The beer is nice and cold and good variety. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall we felt the food was better at the Toppers in Santa Clarita, but it's possible that since it was late in the evening, maybe it slipped a bit. Loveeee Toppers!!! So glad we got introduced to Toppers and it's a must everytime we're in Oxnard. I don't think I've ever gotten a bad pizza from here so this is a long overdue review. Our favorites are the BBQ Chicken, hot honey, Hawaiian heat, chipotle carnitas, and garlic chicken...so pretty much all of them! You seriously can't go wrong, every bite is loaded with flavor and sauce and everything pairs perfectly. They also have really nice outdoor seating that is so peaceful just watching the sailboats. This time we did the small BBQ chicken which had 8 slices and was enough for 2 people. It was too good and I forgot to take a full picture but the crust is perfect and the sauce has so much flavor. Went here on a weekend for lunch. Be prepared for large groups of teens, pre-teens and seniors with dogs. I'm a sandwich person, especially pastrami, so I had to try that. After finding an open table on the patio and we waited for our table buzzer to go off. Food came rather quickly but wading through the teens at the soda machine and the around the salad bar, it was quite an obstacle course. Once safely back at our waterside table we ate our tasty sandwiches. A bit to much lettuce for me, but the additions of red onions evened it out. Huge pizza place and surprisingly it was packed. We sat outside since Lil Lucie was with us. The patio has a view of the harbor and sunset. Oddly enough you order at the counter and it's chaotic since it was so busy. Fortunately I had looked at the menu before we went and knew what to order. The menu board gives no descriptions so if you don't know you will have to ask. I ordered a large salad bar trip, the Hot Honey pizza and a couple of drinks. You get a pager but the staff will bring your pizza to you. The Hot honey pizza was delicious. Toppers crispy thin crust was perfection. The salad bar is large and even though it is one trip one large is big enough for two. After experiencing Toppers pizza I understood why the place was packed. As for pizza, of course, Pizzas from Toppers Pizza are delicious. I won't write too much about it because everyone already knows that. I love pizza, but I try not to eat too much of it too often. When I do, I usually use the salad bar here. I love it because I can eat a variety of different vegetables at once. If I were to buy all of these varieties at the supermarket myself, it would be a lot of work, and I wouldn't be able to eat them all. Compared to salad bars in other restaurants, this one offers a more varied selection of vegetables that are relatively fresh. There are two sizes, small and large, but I always order the large. Of all the Toppers locations, this is my favorite. Not only is it close to my home, but also you can dine while looking out at the harbor, there's plenty of space, and the outdoor tables are dog-friendly. Good place for a couple, family, and group. We always have a really good experience overall. The staff is always nice, friendly, and welcoming, and the food is honestly amazing! Everything comes out pretty quickly, and the service is always great. My only complaint is the noise level due to the arcade. We have visited twice as a family, hoping to sit down and enjoy a nice, relaxing meal, but both times there have been kids screaming and yelling while playing the arcade games. They also tend to run back and forth through the restaurant, which makes it pretty hard to enjoy our food. Like, what restaurant has an arcade room? While I completely understand that kids are just having fun, it has been a little too much during both of our visits. I also completely understand that the staff has no control over how other people's kids behave, and I don't blame the staff at all. I just feel like removing the arcade games altogether would make the restaurant a much more enjoyable and relaxing place to eat. I've been a topper fan since 2008 and I have never once been disappointed. Service: 10/10! Ambiance: 12/10! 2nd visit here. This time we ordered 2 small 1-trip salad bar bowls, 2 small pizzas and one drink and it came out to $51. This time I ordered the garlic chicken parmesan pizza. It was good but I think I prefer the carnitas pizza more. The salad bowl they provide for $6.25 is just not worth it. It's about 4 inches in diameter and about 2 inches in height. It's seems overly priced especially considering the only protein on the salad bar is chopped up hard boiled egg. I would have like have to seen some chopped chicken and bacon. Otherwise it's just sliced and chopped veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, kale, canned kidney beans and canned chickpeas. No avocado, no guacamole and no olives. Pretty plain. Based off this salad bar experience, my next visit I would skip the salad bar and stick to the pizzas. read more

When visiting Ventura, I always try to get Toppers Pizza, usually we will pick it up, but this time had a chance to check out their Channel Islands location. We came at peak of dinner on a Saturday around 6:30pm so took a little to find a table. It's definitely a nice location with views of the Channel Islands Harbor, was even able to catch the sunset! There's seating downstairs, upstairs and outside. We ordered a medium creamy garlic chicken (not pictured) and a large build your own with pepperoni and sausage. There was 5 and it was enough for us to also take some home. It's definitely a lot better when it comes out hot than take out, with that cheese pull! If you like ranch, don't forget to get yourself a side of the crack ranch to eat with it! read more

Not sure if they only have locations in Ventura county, but those are the closest to me.
