Honestly, we only gave this place a shot because they were the only ones that delivered to our new house. We didn't even look up reviews first, we just wanted pizza. Like, right away. I was pretty stoked that they have an online ordering system. I'm pretty damn awkward on the phone. Seriously, the online ordering is worth three stars alone. The pies are okay. Actually, on the better side of okay. Really really good-okay Not earth shattering amazing but better than the other chains like Papa Johns and Dominos. The cheesy bread is greasy and good. Cinnamon bread is really yummy as well. We haven't tried the sandwiches yet but plan to soon. TIL that the sandwiches come with chips, so yeah. Better get on that, amirite? The big big selling point for us is the price. We paid $27 for delivery, not including tip-- one medium specialty pizza, one medium one topping, cinnamon bread, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of Sprite. Hello lazy leftover pizza breakfast. We've had this place deliver twice now and both times we've been impressed. OLD : So disappointed!!! Years ago I quit getting pizza here due to a hair in my cheesy bread sticks. Recently we decided to try it again and sadly, today, guess what surprise we got in one of our pizzas?! Yep! A freaking hair!!!! Ugh!!! Unfortunately, this is my second poor experience at this store. 1st was with an employee not being trained on using a Entertainment book coupons. The manager was very rude. I didn't write a review on that one. But my girlfriend recently returned and observed a girl working there not using gloves, touching her cellphone, then touch pizza, touch store phone and then the register. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got home and found that all my pizzas had basically no sauce on them, my cinnamon bread was not cooked all the way, and my boneless wings were soggy. If I wouldn't have ordered so much then I would have let it go, but I decided I should call and mention it to them. The girl kept putting me on hold going back and forth with the manager who wouldn't come to phone, they didn't even apologize. Just said they would replace my uncooked cinnamon bread and that next time I need to "ask for extra sauce if I want extra sauce." I tried to explain that there was basically no sauce. I hate extra sauce, why would I ask for Extra sauce... Any of the little bit of sauce that was on there was dried up. I asked for a refund or a store credit and they refused. I asked for the owners contact info and the girl on the phone said the manager said no and then went on to say "no she Doesn't have a manager she is the owner." Poor customer service. read more

Just moved to the area and ordered Pizza Time for delivery. It is a little pricey compared to the big chains (Pizza Hut/Domino's) but the pizza is worth it. Lots of fresh toppings and pizza arrived on time and still hot. We got their BBQ chicken monthly special and a vegetarian supreme, both were delicious. This is the second time we've gotten delivery and we are so happy! The employees are nice, the food portions are generous AND they taste great! I got the large garden salad with chicken and my container was STUFFED full and taped! It was only $5.99! No more overpriced salads! My husband got the chicken Alfredo pasta and that was also bigger than expected. He also got a steak and cheese sandwich and that was awesome as well. These guys are a small pizza place with a few locations. Their pizza and sandwiches are pretty good! It isn't gourmet, but it isn't awful either. The reason they get 4 stars is because of their service. They offer some really great deals, and are one of the only pizza places that deliver to local schools. All the stars have to come from the employees because the food is absolutely disgusting . I ordered for the first time from this location today and it was not only delivered to us ice cold but was so gross I can't believe the charge for it with a straight face . When I called to complain about the delivery , the dense , unprofessional manager says she can only deliver fresh food or a credit for next time. When I explained there won't be a next time she offered nothing. I had to dispute this charge with my bank but it's worth the time because I refuse to pay for this crap. We use to always order from Pizza Hut and I am not found of pizza, can you believe that? We ordered from here and I loved the pizza. I use to think pizza is all the same but I really like Pizza Time pizza. We have been ordering from here a long time. Hubby has lived here since the 1987 and he swears by them. Never ever had a bad pizza from here. It's usually my Friday night dinner stop and when you call ahead, your pizza will be done by the time you get there. Classic greasy pie at a tremendously cheap price. I've eaten here a number of times and love the food. That said, do yourself a favor and order it in. The storefront location is a dive even for a carryout place and call them, don't order online: I've had mixed results doing so. It probably has something to do with the 1980s era printer that prints out their online tickets (I'm not kidding, go in and check it our for yourself -- hilarious). Pizza is better than average, but the wait can be pretty long. I stopped going here because of hour+ waits to get a pizza. Last weekend I decided to try to order online. I arrived right on time to pick up my order, and they hadnt even started it. A half hour later we got out of there. with three pretty standard pizzas. Been to pizza time once came back cause the pizza was decent priced for the quality of pizza. The only thing that makes me not want to eat here again is no one uses gloves. The touch the pizza topping with bare fingers and then wipes their hands off with the apron. Come to the front and touches the screen to put in orders and my debit card which creates custom contact. Haven't seen anyone wash their hands either. That is very unsanitary and unappetizing knowing that. Once they use gloves you'll definitely have my business again. read more

Best pizza around our home for our regular Friday night pizza nights. Delivery is fast. The drivers are friendly. The pizza is the best for the fast food variety type pizza. I have had 2 issues 1st was trying to use an internet coupon. I was supposed to be saving $10 doing a meal deal they were offering. When I went to pick up the pizza I told them the website did not give me the discount. I was told that I should have called and there was nothing they could do to make up for it. Just beware if you want the discount and the website rings it up wrong, you have to call. 2nd issue was they shorted us an order of wings that I paid for. I didn't call and make a fuss. Didn't think there was much they would do. I just now double check my order before parting ways just as I do at fast food restaurants! read more

I like this place. I like it a lot. I prefer it to the other big chains, both in price and in taste. They make the dough fresh, use sauce with more than just tomato flavor and put on a fair amount of cheese/toppings.Strictly reviewing the pizza, as I don't/haven't ordered wings or pastas at this or other pizza places. In my opinion, think Papa Johns with slightly less thickness to the crust. It was closer to my favorite style of pizza (Brooklyn) in terms of the crust and I like that I taste what is on the pizza more than what it sits on. Carryout wise, it is a small, slightly mediocre place. Delivery has always been fairly quick and under their estimation. read more
