Amazing pizza spot in Fircrest. I NEVER give 5 stars but this place deserves it! The service was outstanding, the pizza was fast, amazing food (had the NYNY and caprese salad), and just overall a great experience! Highly recommend coming here especially bc they offer Napoleon, NY, Grandma, and Deep Dish styles... along with a variety of other non pizza options. Can't wait to go back!

The new space has a classy/casual appeal, the mood lighting is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional. The food is INCREDIBLE. My favorite dish is the beet ravioli (pictured) the beet puree inside the ravioli is so smooth and silky--the pistachios add such a perfect texture and flavor. I also always order the aperol spritz (pictured). Our server was attentive and sweet. We ordered a lot of appetizers and I have to recommend the burrata--it is so decadent. Make sure to reserve a table for a special occasion, you won't be disappointed!

We ordered the heirloom tomatoes, the blistered Hungarian peppers, and the beet ravioli. All three of these were incredible and super memorable, especially the peppers and the beet ravioli. Honestly, those two were easily some of the best dishes I have had in a long time, and I know I'll be thinking about them for a while. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the New York strip steak. For the price they charge, I expected it to be a little better. We ordered it medium rare, but it just didn't live up to the high bar of what I'd expect from a place like this. The ambiance inside is super cool, with a lively and energetic vibe that makes for a great night out. The service was also fantastic. Our server was great, and we definitely felt well taken care of throughout the entire meal. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Tacoma! It's personally one of the absolute best spots I have eaten at in the city, and I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area.

No reservations. There was 1 spot open in the small dedicated lot and then I found a spot on the street. Recommend coming in fewer vehicles if possible. No reservation at peak dinner time (5:30) on a Wednesday, the host (and manager?) found a spot for us promptly anyway and he was super kind and our server for the night. Preschooler was asleep in my arms, but we made it work. We ordered: 1 rose cider (sweet but not too sweet), 1 pulpo (grilled octopus!) starter, 1 boscaiola pasta for the preschooler (boxed leftovers), 1 spring ravioli (more Italian name), and 1 rabbit with polenta entree. Each main came with salad and meal started with bread and whipped butter. We were offered a kid menu option of pasta with alfredo, marinara, or bolognese sauce, but opted for normal menu so we could bring back leftovers. We loved the pulpo and the salads (they offered to box up the preschoolers salad since she was still sleeping). Kid enjoyed the bread. Bit of a wait for mains but nothing out of the ordinary. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Boscaiola was a hit with the kiddo since she loves pasta and sauce and mushrooms and cheese. Husband thought his main was really good. I was so full after eating all of my ravioli. Really impressed with the quality of food and the level of service. A busy place, but as mentioned, we were luckily seated right away. We're thrilled to have finally made it here after our old Italian standby in proctor shutdown and we can't wait to come back! Definitely recommend. Parking: you can find it, not plentiful but not bad either. Kid friendly: sort of! If your kid likes pizza or pasta!

Bartenders are always nice and food always comes quick. We started off by sitting in one of the larger booths and kicked our visit off with some drinks and an app. They have a great local selection of beers and tasty sounding cocktails. I tried a sip of my friend's spicy marg and it was TRULY spicy but it was absolutely delicious. For our app we tried the Corn Queso and it was super good! Definitely recommend. My husband and I split a couple of entrees to try something new as we always get the same stuff. This time we got the Holy Burrito with steak, and the Monster S'Mash Burger. The Holy Burrito is MASSSIVE. Easily able to share this and only this between 2 people. Stuffed with all the same usual goodness of a burrito, but topped with a luscious chorizo gravy, pico de gallo, and guac. Absolutely superb, can't recommend enough. The burger was also good but I wouldn't quite call it a smash. The fries are super crispy and yummy! After we wrapped up eating we went into the other half of the building where they have pinball machines, a pool table, and a photo booth. It's a fun spot to vibe and wrap up with another drink. My latest beers here was the Choco Bliss which is a Imperial Stout loaded up with chocolate flavor. It's barrel aged and a real boozy one. This was one I haven't had previously so it was a real treat to get one of those! Another really good beer that I haven't had before until my last visit was the Brown's Point CDA which is a dark ale. This had nice bitter and malty flavors to it. You can also get some fantastic pizzas here and we have gotten many over the course of our visits here. Cooper's hosted one of our Porsche Club breakfast social events, and from start to finish this one was a 10. The food was on point throughout, and considering the size of our group, that's borderline remarkable. Breakfast at Cooper's is flavorful and excellent! Everyone came away impressed, which if you've ever tried to please a table full of hungry car enthusiasts, you know is not a given. Andrea led the service, and she was outstanding. This woman knows how to manage a large, hungry group! To perform this with that kind of calm efficiency is a real skill! The whole team reflected the same energy. They were all attentive, warm, and clearly proud of the place they work in. I can't say enough about the people here. The thoughtful touch that really stood out: Porsche-themed mimosas and breakfast spirits prepared specially for our event. That kind of detail is something a great hospitality team delivers. It set the tone for the whole morning. The space itself is immaculate and the decor is genuinely cool. Those of us who hadn't dined there before were genuinely impressed. Cleanliness here is a point of obvious pride. All in all, Cooper's is a destination for casual quality. Magnificent experience, start to finish, and I can't wait to return!

The cocktail choices are great, however, they were out of a particular cocktail my friend wanted to order. We started with the meatballs, not good. The sauce however was phenomenal!
