AMAZING!!!! Kelly the store manager was so professional and extremely pleasant. My cousin sadly passed away and I was very emotional especially on the day of his funeral. I ordered pizza for my family but mine wasn't made the way I had hoped. I called expecting a little bit of push back as I have received before from other restaurants my family and I have eaten at but with Kelly I got the exact opposite. She redid my order and was so kind. Now I order just about every weekend and it's made perfect every time. I'm a fan of the chain but (and this is my only first time ordering from this location, I'm sure I will order again and hope to have a better experience the next time) I ordered a cheese only pizza with extra cheese and I feel like it had the bare minimum. Not only that, but the cheese itself was pretty burnt, and the person who cut the pizza didn't do a good job at all. The cheesy bread was the saving grace, as it was amazing, and had the amount of cheese I had thought the pizza should have had. Unfortunately, a pizza chain cannot survive on cheesy bread alone, so I hope that the restaurant will see "extra cheese" and put on extra cheese in the future. Tried this place trying to help a mom and pop store. I would say it is a fairly good pizza, not exceptional nor bad, but a good price to quality product. Has a great selection of options for a picky group and good prices in my opinion. They offer military discounts if you wondering. Will try them again in the future. I really don't understand how people think this place has great pizza. It's food and there is definitely worse pizza places, but it was hardly rave worthy. We ordered a 2 topping and honestly the toppings were lacking. There was very little sauce (which I didn't mind because I hate red sauce anyway) but that did mean it was a pretty dry pizza. As to customer service we opted for carry out so there is very little to judge on that end. The employees seemed nice and the pizza was ready on time, but that's about all I can really say. I am a regular customer at Pizza Time, but after tonight, I will never go there again. I online ordered a pizza and selected the option of no olives and no ham. I had friends over, in which, a 7 year old little girl is extremely allergic to olives. The pizza came with both olives and ham. I called to let them know and explained the story and I was then passed off to the lead. The lead told me "it didn't show up on our end". I have the email receipt that clearly says "no olives no ham". He told me i am suppose to write it in the comments section, even though there is an option for unclicking what you don't want. He told me there is some type of "pop up box" that comes up saying I have to comment what i don't want, but there was NEVER any box that popped up, or I would have wrote it in there. After explaining the story yet again, I got passed off to the manager. Then i had to yet again explain. She then told me the SAME thing. I told her I literally just tried to re-order something and it didn't pop off. She said "yeah because you are already logged into your account". I told her it never popped up to begin with. She then said "well I just did it on my phone and it popped up". How disrespectful is that? Basically insinuating I'm lying. I said that to her and she said VERY SNARKY "no I'm not saying that but it's working". The whole point is it never popped up on my end and I had a whole pizza I paid for that we cannot eat due to contact allergies. She then said "im not remaking your pizza".
