With so little cheese and toppings to hold the heat, by the time I got the pie home (5 min drive) it was already cooled off and the pie needed re-heating. The service was noticeably poor from the start. Our waitress rarely checked on our table, and throughout the evening we were never offered drink refills. We had to go out of our way to get attention whenever we needed something. For a large birthday gathering, we expected much better customer service. What really stood out was that a toddler at our table was asked to turn down their tablet. Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected.
