Best Pizza Hut wings I've had in a while. Not often do you get to see a full service Pizza Hut so that was nostalgic.

Two weeks ago I ordered two three toping pizzas and they were fabulous and under $30.00. So tonight I went in and tried ordering the same thing but just one pizza- what a mistake. Same price for one pizza as I got for two? Then as I ordered my drink...No water, no ice, no beer, no soda dispenser. Pizza came out dry as a bone and I am unable to even choke it down. How can it be so much different in fourteen days? If you can get me water or a fountain soda, least replace it with some thing for free or tell me before I even order so I can go elsewhere. Why skimp on the sauce, the cheapest part of the whole pizza? If your not going to add any sauce, at least look at the pizza and don't cook it to death. read more

I don't understand why the employees are incapable of cutting a big New Yorker evenly. It's not even close. Every time I get a carry out the slices are so uneven it seems like it's done on purpose. Literally 2 slices will be half the pizza while the other four are tiny and misshaped. Ordered half cheese/half pepp. And somehow the girl working cut on the wrong side of pepp which left a row of pepperoni on the cheese side. How can you have a natural line to cut along to make it a half and half and yet cut the wrong side!? I don't get it. Every time we get the big New Yorker it turns out this way. I ordered curbside pickup that turned out to be a joke! Pressed button on app to say I arrived waited 10 mins then tried calling there was no answer. I then walked in to see customers without masks in the restaurant and then told they're short staff that's why they couldn't bring it to the car or answer the phone. I answered the survey that was emailed to me and got no response from Pizza Hut to this day which was a month ago. Why can't I do no stars. I tried ordering by delivery first. The guy in the phone had socks in his ears and was over talking me when I was spelling out my address. When we finally got my address right he's said I was outside of their delivery area. Ok. Fine. So I tried to do a carry out and have a friend pick it up for me. But they couldn't take payment until I picked up the order. What? Then I went online to try my order. There again I couldn't pay until I picked it up. I was having a friend pick it up. I didn't want him to have to pay for it. Why I can't pay for it online then pick it up. I'll never understand. I asked them how they even made money. Neither of the adults in our house can drive right now for medical reasons. And I have kids to feed. I ordered a pick up order for dinner. One of those dinner boxes with 2 mEd pizzas bread sticks and pasta. Paid $50 for the order including 4-20oz drinks. The pizzas had little toppings. Was only covering, maybe, 60% of the pizza. It was nothing but crust. Was not given marinara sauce for cheese sticks even though I was charged extra for an upgrade to cheese from regular bread sticks. Absolutely disappointed and not worth half of what it cost! We ordered wings and we got wings we didnt order and never received what we did order. We never got plates or silverware. When my daughter pointed out the error the waiter got an attitude. Now it's gotten to a point where every single time i order something it's messed up, and bad! now it'd be fine if it was maybe 20 dollar orders, no i spend around $50-65 here. I order online 9 times out of 10, the other night i orded 63 bucks and it's so bad that i keep the order i paid for on screen for when the driver gets here, lcukily i did!! my pasta was cold, i ordered 24 traditional buffalo burning hot wings and got 16 medium my cheese sticks where bread sticks and i recived 0 sauces THAT I PAID FOR ....okay i'm verrrryyyy patient... so i told him to look at my order on screen and he said oops i'lll be back! came back gave me 8 replacement buffalo burning hot wings (crushed) and half of the sauce i orded... so screw this place man when i called i basically got a big FU from the manager whom i've delt with before IN PERSON and he is the biggest douche you'll meet how he can work a job dealing with people is beyond me. read more

Never again! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with 2 toppings online and was told it would be done in 10 to 20 minutes, so I showed up 20 minutes later sign my receipt and was not told how long it would be, so 20 minutes later I finally received my over priced underwhelming Pizza. I had not gone there for a while and now I remember why! For the same price you could get a far superior Pizza and better service at Casa Mia and for roughly a third of the price I could have just gone to Domino's which is what I usually do. If the place was packed I would be a little more understanding but there were four people in the restaurant and they were overstaffed and under bad management from what I could tell, like I said I was there or 20 minutes and I saw the wrong order almost go out a couple times and they were not that busy so buyer beware! And to top it off they were very stingy with the two toppings and yes I said two toppings which were pepperoni and bacon. Try to find the bacon... Never again! read more

This was the worst pizza ever!!!! I spent 50 dollars for dry burnt nasty pizza that wasn't even what i ordered! I ordered an extra cheese pie and there wasn't even cheese on the whole thing. I also ordered a pepperoni with extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on it at all, and a Hawaiian that was also dry and almost burnt! All the pizzas were dry, over cooked and nothing had the extra stuff i paid for!! I will never use this location ever again!!!!!! If I ever buy pizza from pizza hut again.
