Customer service sucks! tried to order a medium 2-topping pizza that is listed in the app and online as a special for $6.99. was continuously told "we have a large for $13.99 today that's a much better deal for you". I didn't want the $13.99 tuesday deal. I wanted the $6.99 for a medium 2-topping deal. I even asked is the 6.99 for a medium pizza an online only deal? I was ignored and told that there was a better deal for $7 more than I wanted to spend. after several minutes of beating my head against a wall, I finally said ok give me the damn large pizza. the cashier completely ignored what I was saying. needless to say I am not happy with the "customer service" I received. read more

We were outside of our normal area (Rochester) and went to this location due to passing by on our way home. We really enjoy ordering from Papa Murphy's for many reasons due to fresh produce and meats. Also, we usually like to add extra mushrooms, veggies and jalapenos that we may have in hand! This location has absolutely stole our heart with their customer service, the way they take the time to fold the crust as a pie, if you will, and the very thought out placing of meat and veggies. We noticed that our thin crust pizza took half the time that we normally experience with Papa Murphy's due to how they made it thin but also a nice crust. What happened to this store? They used to make a pizza worth bringing home raw because it was FRESH. If cooked correctly the dough puffed the shrooms cooked and it came out of my oven ready to be eaten with delight. We just got one. The dough must've been sitting out for several hours. It was room temp, and you couldn't press move it or leave an impression. It was squishy w too much sauce and cooked in 10 minutes. (Not the usual 18 min. With the oven temp at 425°. I ask again after attempting to finish one piece whose crust tasted like paper, hard as a rock, golden brown why bother. I guess Papa Murphys has gone to blazes with pizza hut. Too bad. Don't bother at the store on Cooper Point NW. read more

Called in an order for my family, arrived at 9:00pm(when they said to be there), doors where locked. I could clearly see staff and pizzas on the rack, ready to go. I knocked, called and they didn't acknowledge me at all. Didn't answer the phone. Never going to this Papa Murphy's again. Sucks because I live so close to this location. Assholes were obviously more concerned about getting off work than selling pizza. Extremely disrespectful and lazy. read more

From their $5 Faves to their specialty pizzas on thin crust, their pizza hits the spot. This location was fast and friendly. The store was clean and the ingredients were fresh. read more

Just walked in 10 minutes before close and was told "you can't order a pizza, only sides" the rationale given was that, "the management wants us out of here by 9:05". I have been coming to this location for 10 years and have never been treated that rudely ever. Prior to this visit I have never had any complaints. There was recently a shift in management and the quality of employee and quality of customer service has dropped significantly. read more

I regret going to this pizza place that has mediocre food at best. I only bought a caesar salad with chicken. When I got it home it was layered with rotted lettuce. It was gross. I would have taken it back but I doubt that driving from Tacoma back to Olympia for six bucks and change is worth it. Never again. read more

There service and pizza's are great, but don't ever get their salads. I've gotten a salad there on two different occasions and both times nearly half the lettuce had gone bad and I couldn't even eat the salad, waste of money. Very disappointing, when I brought it to their attention the first time they didn't really do much for me, I decided to give it another try and it was a big mistake. Again pizza and service at the Cooper Point Rd. location is great, but a big no for their salads. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when stopping in tonight not only did they make a stellar pizza ( half white sauce veggie half red sauce pepperoni pineapple) the customer service was awesome. They accepted a coupon we pulled up on the phone bonus points ( that's why I gave them a fifth star). They girl ringing us up was awesome chatting it up and making us laugh. Usually my wife picks up the pizza, but last night it was on the way. Of all the pizza I have tried out here in Washington, I keep going back to Murphy's for the flavor. Since we have these back in Kansas, this is one taste that stays the same wherever you go. Had great service, fast and friendly. My one recommendation to anyone going for the gourmet chicken, ask for extra sauce. That little bit of extra creamy garlic sauce really makes the pizza. We also tried the new Mondo, and really liked it. Even though the chicken is our favorite, my wife is thinking about moving the Mondo to the top now. Good flavor, nice crust, nice combination of ingredients (though I changed the onion for black olives). read more

First to review...cool :) My wife and I work right by this one and don't have a lot of spending money. So we like to print out a coupon and go get a nice cheap pizza. In my review for BCP I said that their pizza was pretty generic, well, so is Papa Murphy's. But that's ok, becuase that's what I expect for the price and convenience. It's cheap, fast and near by. I'm not expecting mind blowing pizza, just pizza that satisfies that deepest of pizza needs...the "I must eat a massive quantity of pizza to survive drinking too much whiskey" needs....yeah...so anyways, cheap fast pizza. read more

I am very dissapointed in the quality of this store. My last pizza I got from there made me sick for three days. The quality has continued to slip over the years and now I will never eat here again and I encourage others to do the same. Nice employees but for the second time in a row we came home w/ onions in our pizza when we asked for NO onions. Ordered a medium cheese and a lg half cowboy/ half gourmet veggie no onions. Arrived home to find the veggie side covered in red onions AGAIN. I had to deconstruct my side to remove them. I still dread the thought of biting into one of them that I may have missed! I got a welcoming greeting from the two employees behind the counter when I walked in. I decided to get the basic pepperoni pizza for $6 even though I was told that there was one for $11 that had more cheese and pepperoni. One employee rang me up while the other one went and got my pizza. I was told that they make the pepperoni ones in the moring. I got my pizza home and looked at it, it looked like it had a lot of pepperoni for being the basic one. I was concerned because of other reviews... I will definitely be coming back and I will try something with other toppings and see if there is just as much. It w as also a flavorful pizza and I thought the sauce was even better than before. I love this place! The pizzas are consistently good, with lots of fresh toppings and a healthy amount of sauce! My favorite pizza is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke! And they have never made me a bad pizza! All the staff there are also very friendly, and well trained in the art of customer service. I would very much recommend this Papa Murphy's. read more

It's hard to go wrong with delicious pizza you can bake at home. Always good, but most of the time you get crappy customer service. Dude. the customer service from this group of people was impeccable! I was carrying my son, my purse , and my food order, & even though I told the gentleman I didn't need help, he walked me out to my car in the pouring rain and even waited there, getting wet , while I buckled my son into his car seat. I have never had someone care about a stranger that much, and though it was a small gesture to some, I will always choose this location when looking for pizza delivery , or a take n bake. read more
