Very happy to find such a good pizza place in Lacey. I normally travel to Olympia for my favorite spot but it's nice to finally find a good place close by. They're to go only and menu is limited but crust is great and pizza is not so oily. I really like the crust they use and the abundance of cheese. Also amazing prices for what you get. Definitely happy with this place. Best to order over the phone because it take a while if you order in person. The cheese bread is a MUST! The veggies on my pizza were very fresh. They don't do by the slice here. read more

We've ordered delivery from here a couple of times and we've been really pleased both times. The deliveries arrived promptly within an hour from ordering and the individuals delivering have been very friendly and polite. Their gluten free pizza is pretty good with a nice crust and yummy toppings. We also appreciate their attention to preventing contamination when we let them know I'm Celiac and I haven't had any issues or symptoms after eating. My husband has been pleased with his pizzas too and last night he nearly licked the pesto sauce off the box he said it was so good. We appreciate the consistently good customer service, prompt delivery, quality of the pizzas and attention to allergens, and price is quite reasonable. As pizza cravings are a common condition in our house, I'm sure we'll be ordering again soon. read more

Ever since they relocated out of Tanglewilde/Thompson place and we're added into that bar the Rod Knock burger their pizza quality has gotten worse, the several pizzas I e ordered have been burnt to a crisp, the customer service also not as good as it once was, the new owner should have kept it separate. It used to be my family's go to for pizza for 20 years, sadly not anymore. read more

I just went through the rudest service i have ever been through!!!! The kid was confrontational and wouldn't listen to my problem!!!! I had to order the pizza three times and on the last delivery it was still wrong. His excuse was that they were to busy to help me and they have a new person working. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years and never had to go through this type of service with them ever!!! I guess its time for a new place to eat!!!! read more

I've ordered delivery from Pizza Time quite a few times this summer. Tried various items and never disappointed. Today, I had to write a review. I live off Johnson Point Road, which puts me pretty far out there with not too many delivery options. I have found the delivery to be very speedy and the food always piping hot. The drivers are always courteous and say thank you. My favorite item to order is the Sweet Deal. It comes with a two topping pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. If the pizza is for me, I get sausage and pepperoni. Today's delivery was no different. Maybe I was extra hungry, but everything was super delicious. Their cheese sticks are the best in town. I don't know anyone who makes them better. The cinnamon sticks and frosting are a perfect finish to the meal. read more

Lots pizza around but I'll stick with these guys. Timely, helpful, they do the del not much I can find wrong with them

Best pizza ever!!! It's home made pizza, fresh. My family love Pizza time. Thank you so much for your quality of pizza!!! read more

Showed up expecting my pizza to be ready at the time I requested and they wondered why I was so late because they thought I would've been there to get my pizza an hour ago. When I got there and explained that I requested a pick up time of 8:40 they were very understanding and fired up a new pizza for me on the spot. Great customer service and quality pizza read more

Have been going here for years... The NEW pulled pork pizza is da bomb!!! If you like pulled pork, this is it. Pricing is fair and they make their own bread from scratch each day. read more

First time using Pizza Time, and honestly expected better. Don't get me wrong, pizza tastes pretty damn good, but customer service could definitely improve. My address was mispronounced, so the driver took longer to deliver, and complained a little after he arrived. After I paid with tip, all the driver says was "take it easy". He could of at least say thanks for his tip. That's why I don't like giving tips to people that already get paid for their job. Overall, good pizza, but "eh" service. I'll still order from them when I'm having a craving. read more

This store used to have good service and good pizza. I ordered for the first time under new management and received a burnt, cold pizza after an hour and no frosting for the cinnastix.  When I called about the issue I was told that maybe I could get a discount on a future order.  I took the pizza to the store to maybe get some resolution and either a refund or a new pizza made. I was berated and the pizza was taken from me without a new one made or an offer for refund. Don't waste your time as the place has gone to the dumps. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

The Pizza itsself is alright. Better than Dominos at least. We got coupons on our door and thought we would give them a try because it was such a good deal. Tried it, liked it, found the same coupon on their website and wanted to order again but when we called they said they didn't offer that deal anymore and went on about minimum wage increases. (Which I'm sure is what they pay their employees because otherwise it wouldn't have affected their bottom line.) So obviously they must be suffering becaue they can't afford anyone to update the deals on their own webpage. read more

I called pizza time Lacey and attempted to order a pizza for delivery. I found the customer service to be significantly lacking. I ordered an xl pepperoni pizza and was informed the price was $28 and some change. When I notified the person on the phone that their online menu states a carry out xl is $11.99. He said, "yeah, that's old." I understand that carry out is a different price then delivery but it seems it is time for an update. Despite this hiccup, I continued with the order. I was informed the delivery would be 2 hours. We were busy and tired and went with it despite the long delay. 3.5 hours later the pizza had still not arrived. I was finally able to get them on the phone (it had gone straight to voicemail for the past hour). Someone else answered, we figured out the previous employee had somehow gotten my order wrong. Not sure why it never showed up and why they didn't call. What a disappointing experience. read more

Pizza Time, Lacey, usually assembles and bakes a good pizza, but on Saturday not good. Ordered a pick-up Alfredo chicken the had little sauce and few ingredient. Rather dry and tough. Perhaps, having only one person answering the phone, taking orders, making pizza, baking pizza, and running the cash register may have something to do with the poor quality of the end product. read more

Our house wanted pizza tonight because I didn't feel like cooking over a stove so we made it an Italian theme night with the yummiest pizza on The Sound: Thank You Pizza Time! Also, being that my love is a native New Yorker, he said: "He's impressed!" We'll keep ordering. read more

WAYYYYY better than the location in downtown Olympia. Honest, personable, family run location that has significantly better bread sticks than the other location. So happy their breadsticks are vegan and they have a chocolate vegan dessert there as well! So good. I forgot what it's called but it's some type of cake. My toddler is convinced it's called ice cream cake for some reason lol If you're willing to drive to this location instead, it's definitely worth it. Better quality all around in our experiences there. Thanks guys! read more

We don't order delivery too much because we're on the edge or outside of most places. It was an emergency though, we lost a fridge of food recently, I've been busy as Fraggles, and Pizza Time was one of the few places that made the trek. I know it's a drive so I usually tipped very well. But today, they've lost my phone #, and we're suddenly out of their delivery area? Unthrilled to say the least. If you're one of us that used to tip well on the Johnson point side, I say time to utilize other options. At least Dominoes delivers to Hot Spots that are nearby. Sadly, this is my first negative Yelp review ever (look at my profile). read more

Loved their pizza. First time trying it and wasn't disappointed. Got the surprise, bbq chicken and cheese. Everyone enjoyed everything

Yeah, talk about customer service! We ordered on a Saturday and there was a UFC fight so we figured there would be a long wait. We got our stuff opened it and it wasn't our order at all.. we tried to catch the delivery guy before he drove off but we couldn't catch him. We called the store they told us to keep it and they would get our correct order to us as soon as they could. We totally understood the situation, not mad at all. They got it to us in 45ish min. While we were eating I found a hair baked into my breadstick.. I've been a barber for 11years so it doesn't really bother me finding hair in my food. I just threw that one away. Quality of pizza and breadsticks was so good. I'll definitely be ordering again and I love that they deliver all the way out to Horizon point! read more

Pizza was alright, wings were something else in a bad way. Not impressed... go to pizza time in Olympia its way better, worth the extra drive time. I have been to both and absolutely love the one in Olympia. I will not be coming back to the Lacey location. Check the pictures for the wings I got, they didn't taste all that great and it was suppose to be a 10 piece. read more

Pizza Time - Drive the distance to the Olympia pizza time for better pizza and wings. Or just get the pizza here and wings from a store. - Pizza Near Me - Olympia, Washington

For the price and the delivery time it was pretty ok. Kinda bland though. Nothing to write home about in their pizza or wings. But they got here fast n the delivery guy was totally cute.. So I'll be calling again lol. read more

Have not ordered in about 2 years. Same as before except cheaper sausage is used. Price is the same. Delivery 10 min away was 35 minutes. The driver was fine. THe pizza was hot. The pizza had the right proportion of toppings and the crust was fine. The pizza was not overly greasy and there was a plastic doohickey to keep the top of the box from hitting the pizza. For almost no money the sauce could be a lot better, but my jumbo party pizza had plenty of cheese so I will let that go. read more

Jus ordered a Monday madness for 14.99 n extra for 8.99 total came was $26 but they forgot one n still got charged for an extra I called @8:45 doesn't close til 10 but nobody answered..very bad customer service I would never never eat there again n the pizza tasted old!!! Two thumbs down. #Upsetcustomer read more

Pizza was extremely garlicky and the barbecue wings didn't have any sauce on them. Seems like a nice business with good customer service, but I was disappointed. read more

They offer gluten-free pizza crust in medium size, but it is $5 extra and actually an inch or two smaller in diameter than the listed size. It came out slightly burnt, and difficult to bite through in places due to it's being so physically hard. read more

We love it when it's Pizza Time at our house :) The cheese sticks are awesome and they have really great prices. Delivery is even free in Lacey (not sure where else though). We've never been disappointed with the food or the service. read more

They are nice enough people/delivery drivers. But the food is just gross. Pretty greasy and just plain sloppy.

We like Pizza Time pizza. I'm not aware of the management-employee issues but their pizza is really great. Far better than most commercial pizza fare. As for cleanliness, I can say the store isn't the best looking because the commercial space itself is old. The floors do look dingy but its also old so its alright. We get the pizza from their store ourselves and my kids like watching the pizza guy make pizza so I guess that makes their employees conscious enough to make sure that everything is clean. The employees are courteous and friendly. My kids like to chat with whoever makes our pizza and they are always friendly with them. read more

I really like this for delivery - always quicker than their estimated arrival & food is always delicious! My go-to!

Pizza time is by far the best place to buy Pizza in Washington State. Their Pizza taste a lot better then higher credited establishments. Their only issue is their employee's don't seem to always be in the best moods. They sometimes ignore you're question when trying to make conversation. But other times they're very cheery and friendly. But still, that isn't something that will prevent me from going over there. I'm sure their previous issues stated by two "mysterious reviewers" have been resolved. Again, they're the absolute best pizza in Washington state. read more

Seriously, talk about customer service! I never eat out anymore because it's just not worth it... the food is always mediocre and customer service isn't the same as it use to be. REVIEW BEFORE FOOD: Flippin' awesome! Please, you got those special food needs and you need someone to break the menu down for you... Kyle at Pizza Time is the guy! I truly hope the pizza is as good as the service. A good tip is in order and I'm hungry! read more

We ordered pizza for the first time from this great mom n pop business, and it was the best pizza we have had in a very long time. Hand-made dough, and hand-made pizza. No "weighing" ingredients like some of the competitors (which means skimpy ingredients), and everything was fresh and tasted absolutely delicious! There was enough cheese to satisfy without having to ask for extra cheese, there is a nice variety of sauces and toppings, and they were warm and friendly towards us even though we had not told them it was our first order from their business. They do both delivery and take-out, and they give a nice discount if you order take-out and pick it up yourselves, although their delivery prices are also very competitive. Great job, we will definitely order again! read more

Just so you know Don you don't use gloves when you make pizza( because its not a cooked product and oven kills any bacteria) but after its cooked you must. NOT all pizza times abuse their employees. i sure as hell don't i completely agree that its wrong what he did and it makes me mad as hell. he has cost me a couple of thousand dollars a month. read more

I called around 6pm tonight, on 9/5/11 and was told to hold by an irritated sounding employee. When he came back on the line, he took my order (jumbo pepperoni and sausage, hot wings, and Dr. Pepper) and warned me there would be an hour an a half wait I told him I had a coupon ($20.99) and he took my credit card info. I was not given a total. I checked my bank after my phone call and $24.49 was pending, which sounded correct for tax and delivery fee. At around 1 hour and 50 minutes after my order, my pizza arrived. The delivery guy said he got lost, no biggie, but the first thing I noticed is that instead of Dr. Pepper, he brought Diet Pepsi. Also, my total was $26.95. I gave him my coupon and signed the receipt adding tip because he said his boss was calling. When we got the pizza in the door it was sausage and onion. Now my 6 year old is crying because he wanted pepperoni. My 3 year old crying because she does not like onions, and I am left holding a bill for a $31 pizza that no one likes, and having to cook dinner at 8pm at night. Not impressed pizza time. I won't be ordering from you guys again. read more
