Date of visit: May 11, 2026 We popped in here on our way back to Seattle from Portland, not knowing that it was a chain and that there really wasn't much by way of seating or service. But we did get was a decent pizza and cheese bread, served piping hot out of the oven for a decent price. Note: There is no restroom for customer use. In addition to our pepperoni pizza, we also went with some Cheesestix. We actually ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza, but he didn't seem to hear us and only made/charged us for a pepperoni. I should have paid more attention to the screen before I paid for the order! The flavor on the Stix was good if possibly cooked a minute too long and could have used a bit more cheese on it. For me, a great pizza place really comes down to three things: fluffy, well-risen dough, flavorful toppings and sauces, and a good homemade ranch. I stopped by the other night and ordered a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza, some cheesy bread, and extra ranch on the side. The toppings and sauce were definitely the highlight -- lots of great flavor there! But the dough was a bit of a letdown on both the pizza and the cheesy bread. It didn't seem like it had risen properly and ended up being pretty flat. As for the ranch, I was really hoping for a good homemade version, but I couldn't tell if it was house-made or bottled. It reminded me a lot of Kraft ranch, which isn't really my thing. If I had to rate each element: Toppings & sauce: 8/10 Dough: 4/10 Ranch: 5/10 Customer service was perfectly fine -- no complaints there. The prices were reasonable, which was a plus. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're looking for pizza in a pinch, but there's definitely room for improvement. read more

Decided to give this place a try and we were really impressed with the portion, taste, and quality of the food! Obviously, when ordering we were aware we'd be spending quite a bit since this isn't your typical pizza chain but we were taken aback and grateful to find out they offer a 25% discount for military members; my husband made sure to tip that discounted amount back to them for being so awesome when we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order to go. We ordered the Death By Pizza (grand size, basically extra large), Meat Mania (grand), Bacon Stix, and Buffalo Wings. The pizza were HUMONGOUS, basically the size of a Costco pizza but better! The pizzas weren't overwhelming hot either, there was plenty and toppings and the flavors were perfect. The bacon stix weren't too bad, all of us who ate it agreed that it could've used a little more cheese but otherwise it tasted great and I loved the crispiness of it. The buffalo wings were definitely spicy but good, spicier than the jalapenos that were on the pizza! Definitely a new favorite pizza spot of ours, we'll have to go back again in the future to try everything else they have! read more

Tumwater - New store located in the Safeway parking lot off Trosper. Over by the Teriyaki restaurant and the smoke shops. Pick up or delivery - no sit down in store. Ordered online through the website. New store- it's always a bit crazy in the beginning! You can tell they are all trying! Just be a bit patient. Ordered the Westside on regular crust. Good pizza! I'd put it on scale with Pizza Hut style. Probably a step above Pizza Hut, flavor is good. I was hoping to find something along the lines of the old Pizza Place! read more

this is the first time I've had pizza delivered from Westside Pizza here in Tumwater . Our daughter wanted to give me a nice little surprise and so she ordered it from there as she lives in Florida. It was wonderful a friend came over and joined me, and we both absolutely loved it. Ordered to go pizza and wings. Was not happy with my order overall. Here is the break down: 1. Pizza - flavor was ok. Dough was very soggy and doughy. 2. Wings - tiny tiny wings. And has a couple of weird pieces that were the connecting parts between midsection and drummers. See picture attached. 3. Came to pick my order at selected time and my food was not ready. I witnessed my food being packaged. The person handled my food was not wearing any gloves. I saw him used his fingers to pick up the wings and put them in boxes, and used the same fingers to touch the touch screen monitor. That kinda grossed me out. Overall pretty disappointed. Ordered pizza from here delivery. At first glance it looked a bit overcooked. You could tell there was a layer of cheese above the toppings. Flavor was on point! Pizza was super tasty but when you bite into it that layer of cheese pulls off and you're left with just pizza sauce. Not sure if it's a cheese quality issue or if the layer of cheese on top is the issue. read more

being a big pizza fan I thought I would try out the new pizza place that opened near my house. I ordered two medium topping pizzas at 12:45 PM for a 5:30 PM pickup. When I went to pick up the food, there were no pizzas. The staff found the order in their system, but they had just forgotten to do it. I returned 20 minutes later for the pizzas, and when I finally got them home, they had the wrong toppings on them. The pizzas were also almost half-crust. The staff was apologetic, but that didn't make up for the fact that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food, especially after ordering almost 5 hours in advance, and it was still wrong, which is more than disappointing. I would not recommend Westside Pizza to anyone. If you're looking for good pizza, there are much better places in the area. read more

I came in two weeks ago for a pizza, there were 5 orders on the screen under mine. The guy who's always there with the beard, he skipped my order and I was waiting even longer. The female that had just got back from a delivery asked what order I was waiting for and was kind enough to get it going for me.I had come in another time as well the week before that and the guy who is always there kept glaring and making faces, making me very uncomfortable. I was the only one in the restaurant at that moment in time. It overall made the atmosphere really weird and I think after three times I won't go back there. read more

Pizza wasn't good,, a large is more like a medium and seemed overcooked. The breadsticks were the worst I've ever had - overcooked, flat and hard - marinara sauce wasn't terrible. I had to wait 25 minutes after the time they said I could pickup the pizza, and the service wasn't friendly at all - like talking to a robot. Would probably never return due to bad pizza and breadsticks, wasting my time making me wait, and poor customer service. read more

Pizza is always good here! Calzone, brownies, everything that I order here is always a hit. The reason why I couldn't give them a 5 star was because of my last order. I received coupons in the mail but when I called to confirm if I can use them, a woman answered the phone, but she sounds a little rough on the edges, unlike the other female order takers. When I asked about the coupons, she didn't even tell me that she was going to ask about it, she just flat out hollered to someone far away. A man with a heavy accent took my call but I have no idea if he understood what I was asking him. He just asked if I was picking up which I said no since I want them delivered. He asked to text me photos of the coupons & will text me back, but I didn't get a call back or even a text to tell me yes or no. This was the only time I received a strange service. All the other calls were good, as well as the delivery. But I'm still going to get my pizza here, food is always good! read more

I would NOT recommend this pizza place. We decided to try it since it is fairly new to the area and we had received coupons in the mail. We ordered online, but there was not a coupon code for the coupon we were trying to use, so we opted to pay in the store. Once in the store the cashier conveniently forgot to apply the coupon and then handed it back saying we could use it next time (there will be no next time). We waited around for 30 minutes for the pizza we had ordered online. Finally we asked again about our pizza and a lady working there pulled it off the warming shelf. It had been sitting there the whole time!!!!! Needless to say when we got the pizza home it was not hot, so of course it was not that great. There seemed to be an ok amount of toppings but we expected a much better pizza and service from this chain restaurant. We would have been happier ordering from Dominos, it would have been much quicker and would have cost less, we would have received hot pizza and we could have given our "rounding up change" to St. Jude's research hospital. read more
