The food was somewhat tasty. It's like no matter where you go Carl's Jr. food or McDonald's, food or any of the other fast food restaurants always have the same taste.. The cashier that took my order and brought the food out to me. She was nice, friendly and talkative. The bag already had napkins in it so there's no need for me to grab a napkin. She grabbed a straw for my shake and hand it to me and said have a nice day. The ambience inside the store seemed like any Carl's Jr.. I've been into it had just that nothing that made it. Stand out any differently than any other restaurant.. Since I live in the area when I'm in the mood for the food again, I will be back.

Then lingered talking to a different employee, then came back to the counter acting like she couldn't do a thing for me. Another employee came and took two seconds and had my refund processed. Seriously the most ignorant employee I have ever dealt with, her dismissive attitude was uncalled for, the whole experience was so strange. I was on the way to the hospital to take the shake to a patient and didn't appreciate the rude way I was treated, nor my time that was wasted.

The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more! The fountain beverages are also self-serve with free refills. The custard - I've only ordered the custard once. We took it home and it was very good. You won't be disappointed. However, right across the parking lot is Humble Cow ice cream and, given the choice, I definitely prefer Humble Cow. Service - the service is always efficient and friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table as soon as it's ready, so it's always fresh & hot. Atmosphere - the restaurant and tables have been clean on every visit. They have some TVs for watching games. The high ceilings make it overly loud and the air conditioner makes it so cold you'll want to have a sweater handy. At about $12.00 for meal with drink, pretty reasonable. It's the outstanding service that truly impressed me. Even with staff that are mostly teenagers, the service level is high. And the fact that this a Christian-owned chain all but seals the deal for me. Be sure to get the Chik-fil-a sauce for your fries. Pure bliss!

She stepped into the back while the other employees listened to the rant and served him food while he insulted them and the food they were serving. After he left (which was hilarious: he was, apparently, going to eat the food that he stated was made of "insects"-- and worse things!), they carried on with professionalism. I just appreciated how well they all handled the situation. And, yeah. It's Chipotle: the food was good!

Service was very friendly and I did not feel rushed even during a busy time. I went with a crisp pinto bean burrito with a side of tater tots. The burrito was just as I remember! Crunchy and rich; so hot you have to wait to keep from burning your tongue. The tater tots were regular tater tots, without the distinct seasonings I remember. But they were still very tasty and hit the spot. I didn't get any sauce, and I later regretted this. I would recommend getting a sauce, I believe they are complementary. The dining room was also very clean, they were cleaning the tables as I was eating. A nice, simple reminder of my childhood. This is a great location with clean, fast and very friendly service.
