I was feeling like get something quick and it has been a while since I have been to Carl's Jr. The food arrived hot in the bag as I was standing in the lobby I got the big Carl , an original chicken sandwich, small fry, and a Oreo shake. The food was somewhat tasty. It's like no matter where you go Carl's Jr. food or McDonald's, food or any of the other fast food restaurants always have the same taste.. The cashier that took my order and brought the food out to me. She was nice, friendly and talkative. The bag already had napkins in it so there's no need for me to grab a napkin. She grabbed a straw for my shake and hand it to me and said have a nice day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience inside the store seemed like any Carl's Jr.. I wish I could give more stars for the service, we were helped by the sweetest guy named Abraham! He greets with the biggest smile I've ever seen, like we were family! Abraham Offered us "the special" and we declined and got our usual fav but Abraham managed to talk us into trying a few new goodies for sides which were fantastic! Abraham is such a friendly and happy employee it is clear he loves his job and it shows in his interactions with his customers! He attended us promptly and professionally and even came and took our tray while we finished our meeting! My family and I travel a significant distance specifically to dine at your restaurant, relying on the fact that your official website and the signage on your front door clearly state that the dining room remains open until 10:00 p.m.; however, on multiple occasions, we have been turned away as early as 9:00 p.m. or 9:20 p.m. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, as it shows a clear lack of professional commitment and disregard for your customers' time and effort. I don't go out to fast food very often these days but the cashier abraham definitely made my day. He was super friendly at the window and made conversation while helping me and before I knew it my food was there. Usually people multi-task and close the window and walk away and just leave me to the music in my car. He definitely enjoyed engaging customers and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole time. read more

Had excellent customer service here today from Austin. The same is always true of everyone who works at this location. It is well run which cannot be said of many other fast food places. Also I love their charbroiled burgers, steak and egg breakfast burrito's and the fried zucchini. I lived in CA for awhile before returning to WA. Got a flyer in the mail about a "Big Dill" Burger. Went to the Lacey Carl's Jr to give it a try and ordered the burger, got a chicken strip meal and ordered a plain bacon cheese burger for my son. I explained it 3 times what a plain cheese burger is and paid. Got home and had no plain cheese burger but a plain Big Dill burger( Big Dill burger with just burger and the swiss cheese.........)
