Service was great, the server was very attentive. It was quiet inside we came for lunch and it was nice because we were able to talk and hear each other. Pizza was amazing. Loved the options! read more

Service is Awesome, Chloe is the best! Always ask for her and you will not be disappointed. The food is always delicious and properly done. Seasoned well and always piping hot. This is a casual atmosphere where you and your friends or family can enjoy a great pizza, apps, sandwiches and a whole lot more. read more

It just keeps getting worse. We use to go here a lot- then it got bad- against my better judgement decided why not give them a try- and had a free "personal size" pizza- so we ordered one and the. Ordered a second custom personal size- 1. Order said 20-30min- we get there (30 min after ordering) they haven't even started our paid for online order- we wait 25min 2. Apparently they dropped our pizzas and had to restart them. Another 20-25min 3. My partner added mushroom and bell pepper to his pizza- one mushroom slice and one slice that got bell pepper see pic The pizzas were ok- and they did refund us for the one pizza - the other was already free cause it was my birthday reward. But thinking may wanna stick with the one on pacific if we even go to a farrelli's at all And yes they were busy- like everyone is this time of year- But then tell us? Because we could have run errands and come grab the pizza after instead of sitting there almost an hour! read more

Honestly, food is a hit or miss. I do enjoy a night out with a small pizza and a drink, but I can't always taste that it's made with love AKA quality isn't always there. read more

I've never had bad service here for years. I love the bar in all their locations. This one in particular has a variety of seating choices to fit whatever mood you are in; a gas fireplace with bar seating, booths, actual bar seating, and regular tables. So it's great for any size group. I'm not particularly fond of the family dining areas though. I usually order fire breadsticks, the Phil's creation salad(today known as the pineapple chicken bacon I think), and their wings(sweat and spicy). Also, if you order a peanut butter old fashioned you won't be disappointed Enjoy! read more

We've been here a handful of times and always enjoy both the food and the service. We've been fortunate to have Chloe as our server on most visits, and she is truly exceptional--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even though we don't come in often, Chloe always remembers us and the small details of our preferences. During our visit last night, she remembered that my husband doesn't like pepper flakes on his pizza, that I prefer wine, and that he prefers beer. You don't come across many gems like Chloe--someone who genuinely enjoys her job and consistently goes the extra mile. read more

An absolutely terrible location. We have frequently commented on how this location is not as good as the others for whatever reason. But enough time goes by between visits and we give them another chance. Well, no more. Last night waited over an hour and received a terrible, completely burned pizza. Reached out and no response, so that's how much they care at the Fredrickson/Puyallup location. read more

This Farrelli's location is very chill with a respectable vibe, fast and friendly customer service. I usually sit in the bar area at the fire pit. I haven't tried the pizza or any of the entrees, but there are many intriguing options. If you're carb loading, my personal favorite snack foods are Farrelli's Fire Stix Bread Stix and their bowl of Tomato Gorgonzola Soup. The Tomato Gorgonzola Soup comes with oven-baked bread, but I prefer to pair it with Fire Stix for a potent 2-hit combination (Fatality). Overall I give this appetizer a 4.4 out of five. The soup is a star. read more

We love this spot! The pizza is great for pick up OR dine in. We love the bar with fireplace and the service is always great.

Went here a while back with my family, but the food wasn't good at all. The Alfredo was a bit bland and the chicken was dry, and it came with broccoli despite my request to have it removed. Service was slow, and the ambiance felt cold and lifeless. Some food on the menu is better and worth the wait, but all in all my experience wasn't great at this location. read more

New and large space in Puyallup. We had prompt service on a slow Tuesday morning at opening, very obliging to us as we worked in between local meetings. I had myself a lunch special with a salad and personal pizza. I had the February Pizza of the Month "Pear-adise" and it was pretty tasty! A little greasy for me although the crust was still crispy and the toppings were plenty. Spacious parking, this shopping center opened in 2017; lots of new construction and "grand openings" throughout the area. I'm sure it gets busy in the evenings and for sporting events. read more

My uncle gave me $50 in gift cards to Farelli's for Christmas and one of my dear friends came to visit me from out of town so I invited her to dinner and a movie. We went to this Farelli's and while it's mainly a pizza joint she went with a calzone and I went with a pasta favorite: Spaghetti and meatballs! While our meals were delicious and our waitress (whose name I believe was Lilly) provided great service, the real treat here this visit was the drink we both got which is called "BIG BLUE" that has hypnotic among other liquors and with its appearance, the name fits it. It's big, it's blue and it's delightful. How delightful ? Let me put it this way.... Ariana Grande is under the impression that God is a woman but I think God is whoever made this drink ! Not convinced yet ? Just go try one for yourself. If you like cocktails that are both sweet as well as strong, you'll be satisfied. So effin' goood ! read more

Thank you, Charles, you're awesome. Bartending and waiting tables, nice. We had fire stix, meateaters and chicken bacon ranch pizza with jalapeño cheese base, YUM!! We also had old fashioned with monkey shoulder, white Russian, black Russian and gin and tonic with empress gin. Thank you, Josh. The update to the establishment is on point. The service was great. Love this location. The food came out hot, and quickly. I was treated well from the first step in the door. I love all the staff but Kaylee the bar tender was a highlight. she made me feel like I was at a family dinner. 10/10. read more

I ordered the lasagna. The first came cold so the server said she would get me another one and not charge me. OK, I can live with that but the second came in a "to go" box. I don't if this was a hint but was told we can fix that. WTF, the it came without sauce of any kind. Was told I could keep this one or I could wait until they brought me a third. Guess who got the bill and the f#@k out of there. As T Swift says never never ever going back. read more

I am so glad I got the chance to try this place out! I have to say the pizza is pretty bomb! If you want to go all out I'd get wings too...on Thursday's you get 10% off! While I love Farrelli's, your single serving salads are over priced. But my greatest complaint is the music. It's most difficult to have any conversation with friends or business associates due to the volume. if we were in the bar, I might understand, but not in the dining room. read more

Out of all the Farrellis locations Ive been to, I have to say this is the worst one. I've lived right down the road since they opened and was originally hoping it was just new restaurant issues but they've been open for years now and still the same issues. The food is always soggy, cold, and gross. If you place an order for pick expect it to not be ready when they say it will and to have to sit in your car for about 20 minutes. You'd think this would mean your food would be hot and fresh but it will still be cold and soggy. If we are craving no farrellis we usually drive much further away to the next closest location. read more

absolutely horrible ! long wait and waiters were so rude ! worst place ive ever been to !

Had a great time here at Farrelli's! Came in from out of town for a while and some friends took us out. We ordered several pizzas and even though one was a mistake, they were already on it making the corrections before they brought everything out. We had excellent service from one of my friend's regular servers and she was a delight! I was pleased to find out they even had on tap ciders! read more

I love this place franchise. I prefer the location on Ruston way. It's always a good time when we visit.

Disappointing experience at this Farrelli's store. I picked up an order of the full-sized Chop salad and refrigerated it immediately at home. A few hours later I pulled it out of the fridge and the salad edges were already turning brown. It appeared to be carelessly tossed together and the portion was considerably smaller than past orders of this item from other Farrelli's. I even expressed my surprise at the portion when I picked the salad up thinking I had received the smaller version but was told that it was, indeed, the size I ordered. read more

The more we come the worst this place gets. Today we sat in our normal space right by the fire. No one came to greet us nor take our order. We sat for like 10 mins. Nothing. All I can say is DO BETTER. Restaurants are a service and hospitality industry and this location is lacking both. We normally spend over $100 every time we come or even when we do take out. What's going on? read more

The food is phenomenal. We love the chicken wings and the salads. They have really fun pizzas of the month which are always a treat to try. They have daily specials which are really nice and the servers are really friendly. read more

Service kinda sucks and kitchen seems to slack. A lot of the younger generation work there, so I don't blame them- I blame the managers overseeing training and service their team provides. Pizza is great! Wings may be pre-seasoned and frozen. Tastes like the wings you get in the frozen aisle at the grocery stores. Appetizers also are mediocre. Stick with the pizza & their cocktails & you're good! Even better if it's during HH as their prices have gone up! read more

Everything we ordered was delicious! My favorite was the ravioli bolognese. I've been sick for a few days and this dish gave me life. The cheese was so creamy and the bolognese sauce had a lot of nice chunks of Italian sausage. Mmmm the chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo was also really tasty paired with the cheese bread sticks. The meat eater pizza was delicious and had a nice flaky yet fluffy crust. Delivery was prompt. The chocolate cake was so moist and has a pudding texture to the chocolate in it. So yummy!! read more

Farrelli's is always great. Food, atmosphere and service. Glad we have this Farrelli's in our neighborhood!!!

I really don't wanna write this because I've been at this location quite a few times, and I've pretty much always enjoyed myself. The last few times, though, the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. Mainly the pizzas. It's a pizza place, that serves pizza, but sometimes it seems like they're more focused on dishes other than their primary product. I've been there about three or four times the last few months, and every single time the pizza has been burnt. I understand that there's a little bit of charring on the crust, but the entire bottom shouldn't be black. The top of the pizza, the pepperoni shouldn't be curled up and completely dried up with no moisture left in them. It's just getting bad and tonight was one of the worst. We got a meat eaters pizza, and it was just not good. I served 23 years in the army, I'm the guy that will make efficient use of anything edible, I've eaten some horrible food, and I could only eat one or two pieces of this pizza before even I had to call it quits. Went home hungry. Any other given day I would've eaten the whole damn thing. But the bottom was scorched and burnt, the top was completely fried, and there was a puddle of grease right in the middle of pizza that made it just a soggy mass of crap. I understand that the serving staff can have bad days, and when a server is not the friendliest in the world, I usually don't mind, they're serving the food, I'm paying them afterwards, there's not a lot of interaction. But our waitress tonight just seem to have a lot of bad vibes going on, very perfunctory and cursory with us, and when we told her about the pizza not being the best, it seemed like she was blaming us for the quality of the pizza. Just not a good overall experience from what we usually expect from Farelli's. Sad, I was finally celebrating my birthday with my wife and daughter, made for an unpleasant experience overall. Very disappointing, and the attitude of the staff was not much better either. It actually kind of pissed us off. I hate that feeling, I hope you guys get your shit together and straighten it up. read more

We had reservations and arrived with a party of 23. They were busy on a Saturday but everything, and I mean everything came out promptly, hot, and delicious. Great appetizers and especially loved the meatballs. We had 4 different kinds of pizza. They were all fantastic. I gauge any pzza joint by their pepperoni. Farrelli's knocked it out of the park. Perfect crust. Very generous distribution of the meat. I will go back many times, and strongly recommend. Kudos to the wait staff for keeping up with us. They were wonderful, positive, and friendly. They managed to be very attentive as well. read more

I met my husband and his team here for lunch. Nice size bar. Plenty of high tops that sit 6 or more people so great for people wanting to come watch the game. Menu options look great. I ordered the Mamas salad with out the cheese. It had artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, pine seeds and cranberries with chicken. Pretty tasty! What did not look good was the pizza. The pizza for a Pizza Parlor looked ordinary. It was flat and did not look appetizing at all. Almost as flat as a cardboard. Which is what the boys said it tasted like. If you were to buy A frozen box pizza that what it would look like. So A+ on decor and C on Pizza. read more
