Good pizza and 2 for 1 beers. Similar to any major City pizza (think NYC/Boston) they have a wide variety of pizza sitting there waiting to be heated. That being said it tasted fresh and they were making new pizzas at 10pm so they must stay busy. They have all of the basics - cheese, pepperoni and Margherita but they also had some premium choices like BBQ, veggie w eggplant and deluxe. The dough was good and all of the toppings didn't taste like they had been sitting there all day. I got the spicy sausage and margherita and both were good. The slices are $8 but be warned that 2 was way more than I could finish. They have a bar to sit inside or tables out on the sidewalk. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stop back in next time I'm in the area. I've had my fair share of by the slice pizza in New York and this place stood up to the challenge. read more

Looking for something affordable near my hotel, I considered this spot a couple of times. After a mediocre acai bowl next door, I saw that guests were sitting outside and eating every time I walked by. It must be good, right? I decided to get a snack and had the garlic truffle roll. The cashier was super friendly. They basically took the rolls that were in the clear cases and warmed up. It wasn't fresh. Taking it to go, I had this in the hotel room and it was OK. The pizza here was great! We stopped by after a very boozy afternoon for a little something to soak up all our afternoon fun and it did exactly the trick! It was on our way back to our hotel and always seemed to be busy while were were down there so we decided to give it a try. There were tons of options for pizza (we went with classic pepperoni) and service was quick. The only downside was the limited amount of seating, as it was so busy we weren't able to snag a spot to sit down at so instead ate as we walked back to our hotel. Pizza was alright, great spot for when you're not wanting to think too hard about dinner. The pizza is amazing - SOMETIMES. Other days you can get a slice that looks the same yet is oily and tasteless and "not good" considering how EXPENSIVE each slice is. I don't know if it's the day of the week or who is working? Maybe the "A" team knows how to make pizza but the "B" team doesn't? For example, the pizza could be great if you go at lunchtime on a Saturday but NOT good if you go on a Wednesday night. The inconsistency has made me scared to go back because I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO GET ("amazing" or "not good") WHEN I GO. Also, service can be hit or miss. And it's NOT CHEAP - 2 slices will cost you $17 + tip. The slices are so big they usually cut it into 6 mini pieces. But some girls that work the counter don't know how to work a pizza cutter or are too weak to cut through the actual slice or crust. (And it sucks to have to rip the slices by hand when you watched them try to cut it for you.) Also, they are NOT open until 6am! They basically clean up and stop serving pizza around 3am. This pizza spot is delightful. The ingredients are not like any other pizza. For those that don't like an abundance of red sauce on their pizza, this is the place! It has the perfect amount and with a little sweet taste. Veryyyyy cheesy! Not sure what type of cheese but it's extremely stringy and delicious. Now the pepperoni!!!! PERFECT! Every bite had pepperoni and they have a slight kick to them. We also got some chicken strips on the side that were also delicious with a very creamy honey mustard. Definitely coming back. Last night a pizza saved my life. Well, on many nights :) What's not to like about a late night pizza joint in Miami Beach? It's here to serve locals, tourists, club, and restaurant industry employees in the wee hours and they are everywhere. Pizza Rustica, however, is an iconic Washington Ave spot serving the rectangular ones full of toppings from plain to Supreme for around $5. They are open daily til 4am. Sweet! My favorites are the Margarita, BBQ Chicken, New York Steak and Chicken Alla Florentina. I love drenching my pizza with chili flakes and parmesan cheese. Their pizza dough is also consistent. Not too thin or thick. Pretty good crunch after they nuke it in the oven. I've been coming to Pizza Rustica since I moved to Miami over a decade ago and still my go-to late night bite after a night out in Sobe. This place has sobered up plenty of after-hours nightclub patrons and provided affordable big slices for guests staying at the hostel next door. And that's the reason why I keep coming here because there's plenty of pizza concoctions to choose from no matter how late I show up and the service is quick. read more

Someone from the group had the steak pizza, it was alright. Another person had this eggplant veggie pizza which was descent. But the smoked spicy chicken was the best one! Love this place! I remember coming to Pizza Rustica almost 10 years ago during my party days. Pizza is still amazing! You walk in and a variety of pizzas are laying out to choose from as well as garlic knots. If you want something that's not already out, you can customize your own pizza. After you e places your order, they put it in the oven and put the slices on two paper plates. They also have a form to fill out to build your salad. I got two slices, which was way too much! Lol. One slices was New York steak with red and yellow peppers. Didn't have a lot of flavor but still really good. Loved the other slice - spinach, feta, and tomatoes. They had so many that I wanted to try. It comes 8 squares per slice. I would have loved if they would let you get 2-4 squares so I could try more combinations but still awesome! They have boxes of you want to take the leftovers but we both decided to give to men we saw on the street so it worked out well.
