Place was empty at noon so that should have been a sign. A decently sized slice was listed at $9 but the total was $12 after only ordering once slice to split as a snack. The pizza had been on the counter for who knows how long, and after being reheated in a toaster it was a greasy mess. The crust was pretty decent but both of our stomached overwhelmingly rejected the food over the next couple of days. Tables were all covered in a layer of dust which makes sense in retrospect. Miami Beach has a severe lack of quick-service snack type places where you can go in between meals. The only other obvious option was CVS. read more

It's a little expensive (9.50 for a slice) but it is some damn good pizza, top 3 in Miami personally. Once the slice was warmed up she even brought it to me outside where I was sitting. Given its proximity to the beach (it's on Ocean drive), and Lummus Park, it's a pretty good place to grab a slice to go eat in the park or on the beach. The only thing that killed me was the $9 price tag for one slice. Now on the flip side of that, the one slice basically cut into two so it wasn't that bad in perspective as a NY pepperoni slice is about $4-4.50 nowadays. Okay so please do not order a calzone to eat on your own, they are $22 for a reason. The calzones are HUGE! I believe they can easily feed 2-3 people. I had one to share and we barely finished a little over half the calzone between 2 people. I actually thought they were pretty decent quality given that they were right on Ocean Blvd and moderately priced.
