I usually avoid ordering pasta, it's just not my thing but their spicey 3 cheese fusili is killer! We love the pepperoni pie with onion. Sometimes we'll let the server pick our toppings just to experiment. Their Kale Caesar is delicious as well. Highly recommend the Mozzarella sticks. See cheese pull featured on photos. What's really neat is that this a NY based restaurant that people usually wait in line to try and get it but here on the beach we've never waiting more then 10-15min to be seated. Service overall is timed well. We never wait to be attended to and food always come out hot. Atmosphere is relaxed and not pretentious at all. Family friendly for sure and there are booths for small parties of 5-6. We love it there.

So my very high level of anticipation may certainly be partially to blame for my average-ish experience. I was pleasantly surprised to get a table with no wait at ~6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Staff were attentive and friendly. Prices were high, as expected, but at least the pizzas are of reasonable size. The $32 pasta portion probably could've been a bit more generous. But anyway, on to why we're all here - The Pizza: The crust had a great crunch but I felt lacked nuance beyond that, no chew and a touch on the dry side. Cheese and sauce were fine but also unremarkable. The heaps of basil provided some bright freshness that was definitely appreciated. I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.

THE BEST DATE-NIGHT ROMANTIC SPOT IN MIAMI…read more Pane y Vino is one of those rare restaurants that gets everything right: charming, delicious, romantic, and completely unique. The décor has so much personality, and the entire experience feels wonderfully old-school--from the attentive service to the little details that make you feel genuinely taken care of. The owner is lively, charismatic, and absolutely charming, faithfully tending to her guests and making the whole room feel warm and personal. And then there's the food. The carpaccio was exceptional: paper-thin slices of fresh beef topped with delicately sliced mushrooms and a unique lemon crème that made the whole dish sing. The mussels were enormous, served in a spicy tomato broth so delicious you'll want to finish it with a spoon. Just when you think it can't get any better, dessert arrives. Homemade, gourmet, and prepared right at your table--and somehow it doesn't feel gimmicky at all. It's genuinely spectacular. The surprise hint of Nutella hidden beneath the delicate finger cookies takes it completely over the top. And if you love eggplant parmigiana, theirs is top of the line. The portions are hearty, the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and experience, and the atmosphere is made for a romantic night out. One warning: make your reservation in advance. Pane y Vino gets packed, and once you experience it, you'll understand why.

The outside seats were full, but inside there were still tables available so we opted to sit inside. Nice part of being inside, is that you can watch the kitchen at work. I think it was super impressive how fast they were making the pizzas. We went specifically for their $6 Margherita Monday special. The pizza came out very quick! And OMG it was absolutely to die for. If you like Neapolitan style pizza then this is the place for you! Made to order, that pizza makes it to the table smoking. The tomato sauce is so flavorful and sweet. And the cheese is perfectly melted. The dough is fluffy with just the right amount of chew. The staff is also super sweet. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend checking them out when in Miami Beach!

The plain pizza was the best one out of the two I ordered. The bad: the four cheese needs gorgonzola, otherwise it's bland and tasteless like this one was. The fries were raw, had to stick them in the oven for 20+ minutes which is ridiculous. How do they not see that the fries are extremely undercooked?! The pizza was also undercooked, the crust was the only thing that was cooked properly, had to throw the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes. May give them another try but with so many genuine 5-star pizza options I don't think I will.

It's a cute place with a gelato station at the front then a display with pastries and desserts that looked amazing, like the cannoli. In the middle was a bar with a giant tv screen, sitting area, and then the area where they were cooking fresh pizza and pasta. The decor was filled with frames of photos that gave it a family feel with lots of fun. Our server was friendly. We ordered the diavalo pizza (spicy pepperoni) and lasagna. The pizza was delicious love the thin crust and the tomato sauce and cheese tasted fresh. It was really good and cheesy. The lasagna was good and not heavy. The bottom of the sandwich was completely soaked and soggy, and it did not taste fresh at all. I became sick after eating it. I can't say for certain what caused it, but the experience was very unpleasant. I think they could do much better by preparing sandwiches fresh when customers order them instead of leaving them sitting in the display for hours. I expected much better quality and freshness.
