Got an 8$ pepperoni slice in which there was definitely value for the price as one slice was cut into 8 smaller filling pieces. I've been here a couple times and it hasn't been a disappointment. Actually I would say this is a great spot to get food after a night of drinking in Brickell. It's right next to Better Days so it convenient. The set up reminds me a lot of Pizza Rustica. The pizza is good, I wouldn't say great but good pizza for a late night meal. Although, the dough is thick, the pizza still has a good crunch which I really like. My only con is that I do think it's over price. There weren't many online reviews when I decided to try here so it was a bit of risk but I'm so happy I did! I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and Garlic Rolls online and it was ready for pickup in about 25 minutes. The pizza was a classic "American" pizza with regular crust and a great ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings. I took the leftovers for lunch the next few days and it tasted just as good reheated! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.... custome service. As for the pizza, I can't even tell you because we never got a chance to try it! We came in a day early for a cruise. Wanting a chill evening in the hotel after a day of travel, we were relieved to find this place that would deliver, and excited to try a local place. For our party of 9 people we ordered three pies: two large specialties and a medium sausage. We were told it would take 45 minutes to deliver. An hour and 15 minutes later, they arrived. Well, SOMETHING arrived....see photos. (Taken immediately upon delivery) The medium sausage indeed had no sausage. The two large specialties, supposed to be a BBQ chicken and a meat lovers, were heaps of toppings and cheese, sitting next to slabs of bare dough. We immediately called, anticipating some sort of resolution. Maybe an offer to make and deliver new pies? Maybe a refund for the completely inedible food? Heck, maybe an just an apology! No, none of that. All we got was a runaround, passing the blame. Well, instead of taking responsibility for THEIR pizza, Brickell passed the buck to Slice, their online ordering system (located in NYC). And they just gave us a runaround, refusing any sort of compensation, only delaying by saying they'd report the issue and we would hear from them later. A couple weeks went by and no communication. Not until we disputed the charge through our CC did they actually respond, and even then, they didn't refund the full amount, only a small percentage for something that was 100% inedible. Now 6 weeks later, still dealing with the dispute. Pain in the rear, all for pizza that may or may not be good, I'll never know. Stand by your product. Treat your customers right; they keep you in business. Not this time. read more

Asked the guy for garlic and he said they didn't have any??? How do you make the pizza here if there is no garlic? I've never been to an Italian place of any kind that doesn't have garlic. All pizza places carry garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. I asked if this was an Italian place. He replied "eh". I ended up throwing it over the bridge on my walk back to the hotel.
