Update: Refund has still not been returned. To somewhere they doesn't steal your money for things they didn't give you!!! Save your money and order from somewhere to Berger pizza and better people. The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. I ordered a pizza, a calzone, 2 side salads, a sprite. My husband picked it up on his way home from work and they didn't give us two of the items. When I called, the girl I talked to was incredibly rude and dismissive of the problem. My husband at this point was 30 minutes away and not turning back around after working 14 hours. I also asked if they could refund the 20% gratuity I left on a $50+ order, considering I didn't get the items I even asked for. She hung up on me. Wow, I'm really surprised by how low these ratings are! I actually really enjoyed this pizza place. They offered really tasty food at a very reasonable price (in fact, better than most other places both price and quality wise). I tried their cheese calzone. First, it was stuffed with a ton of cheese! And, the cheese tasted high quality. It wasn't too greasy. They had a ton of mozzarella especially, but the creamy ricotta was also very good. No complaints there at all! I thought the calzone looked like it had pepper on it, but it doesn't. This is just how the bready part is baked I suppose. It's not too salty at all, and there is a very good ratio of bread to cheese (more cheese than bread). Amazing portion for $12! The sauce on the side was pretty mediocre, nothing special about it. A bit of herbs in there. Kind of a small portion but still decent. All in all, I really liked Pizza Roma Pine. I'm not sure if it's in any way related to the place in Cheswick (both are amazing), but I'd recommend either of them! Very good, and the rating definitely deserves to be higher. read more

Horrible customer service experience. Ordered pizza for delivery (1 hour estimate). Called back 1 hour and 40 minutes later and was lied to about my order being out for delivery. They then scrambled to remake my order. I called back at 2 hours and 10 minutes and someone else answered and told me that they never made my order and were remaking it now. I understand accidents happen but when I expressed my frustration (having 3 hungry kids right before their bedtime) the girl was quick to say they can "just cancel the order"... really? I asked for the manager and he confirmed my meal was never made but he wouldn't offer any discounts to make it the situation right for a long time customer. He simply offered to make the pizza and send it out almost 3 hours later. Don't waste you time on a small business that doesn't understand the value of their customers and won't make a situation right for a long time repeat customer. read more

Absolutely delicious when the order is accurate. They close very early and get very busy on certain nights, which can back up your order. Poorly run franchise. No means of contact. Hopefully, the they will get a new owner soon. read more

Love this pizza. A really well run take out pizza that my friends and I order all the time. The buffalo chicken speciality pizza is fantastic. It's more of a floppy crust instead of thick and firm if that's what you're looking for. The buffalo chicken tenders here are also fantastic and my second favorite item to order. Be warned. This place refuses to adhere to the most basic and absolutely necessary health code of wearing gloves when handling ready to eat food. I watched them assemble my Italian hoagie (after it came out of the oven) and place raw vegetables with bare hands onto the sandwich. Disgusting. Great pizza, calzones and subs. I recommend the Surace if you're looking for something off the beaten path. The "seasoned" wings here are great - it's a dry seasoning that works really well. Make sure you order a 2nd cup of sauce if you get a calzone. Staff is friendly and the recent renovation is nice. We normally pick up but when we get delivery it has been good. Ordered pizza and 20 medium wings tonight and pizza was ok but the wrong wings. They sent the wings "seasoned" and not the medium style I had ordered. Called to discuss it was told that it said "seasoned" in the system. I told him but that's not what I ordered, it was obviously entered wrong. I was told well that's what's in the system so sorry. Pizza has been consistently good, nobody has fallen sick from it, they're courteous. I'm glad they're here.

We got a Sicilian 16 cut and it was so good that we (3) ate the whole thing! They have soda in 2 liter bottles which were inexpensive at very cold. I give this place 5 stars!! I live 2 miles from this location and it takes over an hour to receive my food. 50% of the time the order is wrong and/or cold.

We live close by and Pizza Roma-Pine is our go-to take out pizza place since moving in last year. We pick up the pizza. There have been two instances where mistakes were made with the order (one time no tomatoes on chicago style pizza) but it was still good! Family favorites are the Chicago Style, and the white pizza. I appreciate the daily specials, and the buy 10 get one free coupons on large boxes. Only wish they stamped the medium box for the Chicago Style (Large size only option, but boxed in medium box) since its pricier than traditional style Large. read more

We are very disappointed in this place. We placed an order for over 40 pizza's last week. On the boxes it states if you have ten cut out coupons you receive a free pizza. We had enough for two free pizza's. We called and spoke with an employee and they said we could use the coupons no problem and just pay for the extra toppings and delivery charge. We called to place an order and they would not let us without making us purchase at least ten dollars of food. I spoke with a manager and he would not budge. Even though every time we have a big order we purchase from them. No where on the the coupon does it state that we have to purchase $10.00 of food in order to use the coupon. I explained that we have ordered a lot of food from them and next time we will order elsewhere and I was told to go ahead and do that. So they have lost our business for the future. The fact that they would not accommodate a business that purchases a lot from them on a regular basis is ridiculous. This place is Filthy from the first step you take into the entrance/ order- pickup area to the Floors in the unorganized looking kitchen. I ordered 1/2 Italian hoagie and a four cut Sicilian with two toppings. It rung up as $15 and change ? Only a half hoagie and a four cut mind you... I thought this better be good, it wasn't even CLOSE ! The meat on the Italian was very cheap and layered very sparingly as was all the topping including the second most important item the cheese, not much ! The dressing was on the side, again just skimmed into a small Togo cup not mixed at all ! All Oil no seasons or vinegar ! Really ? The only part worth eating was the bread. The Pizza was very soggy on two of the slices ,and not much cheese on two of them either. A True Sicilian is Twice Baked ...Hello ? The people living in this area deserve a much higher standard.
