Terrible customer relations. Place is located in a large building next to a driving school and value village store with a large parking lot. I parked around the side of the building in a parking spot next to the street. Came back out to my car to find a Pizza Pipeline employee had put 3 "Pizza pipeline customers parking only" made from T-Post in a bucket of concrete inches from the driver door, front and rear of my car. Funny thing is none of those signs were there when I pulled in. Jokes on them I can parallel park and was able to get out of the spot by backing up and going forward a couple times. They're lucky I didn't just push the front one over with my skid plate lip and drive over it as I am physically handicapped and if I needed to move them they would have been too heavy to move on my own. Because of this I'll never order from any pizza pipeline. Keep in mind when they did this the entire parking lot in front of the store was completely empty, i wonder why with that 2.x star rating. I'm sure in their lease agreement they have some say in parking but this spot was to the west of the store and essentially to the rear corner of the building. Note to the teenage employee, put the signs closer next time if you really want to keep someone from getting in their car and out of the parking spot. read more

I am very disappointed. I have gone to this location many times growing up, but recently when I tried placing an online order, I found out that they no longer offer "no cheese" and "no sauce" options. This is a huge problem for those of us who have dairy sensitivity (like myself) and have food allergies. I loved the taco pizza from pizza pipeline. My husband I would decide within moments that we wanted that. Same with those glorious cinnamon sugar Trixie sticks where you get to dip them in the icing. The best non healthy yums out there. Then the service changed. On hold Everytime we ordered for a good ten minutes, my card has been overcharges, they no longer have sliced tomatos everything comes to them pre made, the Trixie stick icing is slightly drizzled on the top now. We ordered two sub sandwiches delivered. The subs were the best I've had in Spokane! They were huge, not only long but thick and wide also. Everything was fresh and exactly as I ordered. Delivered exactly when they said by a nice lady in uniform which also impressed me!! I've also had their pizza on several occasions which is also very very good! I don't know how but it had changed and improved! We are not getting nickeled and dimed like I said in my previous review. It's actually a lot faster by delivery now, they guys on the phone are friendlier and helpful. Our delivery guy, we see every time we order, very friendly, understanding and was very nice to let us introduce our dog to him. Very satisfied now. Fyi, we order very late into the evening, the guys who work that shift are awesome. Every time we order during the day, we get some rude individuals over the phone. read more

I'd have to say that this was the worst delivery experience I've had in a long while. We called in an order of hot wings and an order of Tricky Stix. We live 5 minutes from Shadle Pizza Pipeline. After an hour and 15 minutes I finally called about our order. I was put on hold for almost 5 minutes, and then was told that the order was on it's way. 15 minutes after that, it finally arrived. The pipeline on Wellesley needs to step up their game. Today we placed an order and were advised it would take 15 minutes. We arrived 40 minutes after placing our order and they hadn't even started our order. We checked multiple times with staff who reassured us 'it's just coming out of the oven.' An additional 30 minutes later and oops, pizza wasn't even started. It's busy, I get it. But your crappy customer service has cost you lifelong customers. Terrific local to Spokane pizza chain. The pizza selection is wide and varied as well is the sauces you can choose. I always order a cheese pizza with Red Garlic Sauce and Zesty Edge Crust. Those are not the basics, you have to ask and it sure will be worth is. The red garlic sauce is thick, a very deep flavor of tomato and garlic. The zesty edge is a mixture of Italian seasonings put on the edge with oil or butter sauce. Definitely choose Pizza Pipeline over any national chain pizza, or other local chain pizzas. Delivery time was 45min to an hour. 90 minutes passed, calked, was told pizza was out for delivery. 30 more minutes passed, called again, pizza should be there any minute. 15 more minutes, called again only to find out it was delivered to wrong address. The manager said he would make another order and I would have it in 30 to 35 min. That was an hr ago. Three hours and no pizza, I fixed something else for dinner. It's amazing what passes for pizza here. Tasteless cheese, dry and basically awful. I ordered artichoke hearts as a topping and they literally took one artichoke heart and peeled it leaf by leaf and spread it on the pizza. Really disappointed tonight. Order from this place all the time but tonight the service went to a very funny place. Ordered a large Hawaiian and an order of cinnamon Trixy sticks and 45 mins later the pizza arrives with cheese bread. I notify the store they apologize and they say they will get cinnamon sticks right out. An hour later a delivery guy shows up with both zesty cheese bread and cheesy breadsticks but still no cinnamon sticks. Didn't even have the energy to try again at this point. So normally, I would let something like this go, but today was just not my day. I called and ordered my usual, and asked for no bacon, add chicken. Pizza gets here an hour later and I swear he added extra bacon and not a piece of chicken to be found. So I called and I was going to say don't worry about it, but the guy argued with me, saying he made that pizza and there was no way there was bacon on it, to which I replied, well, there are thin slices of pink meat, so if that is chicken, I can't eat it anyway. I'm pretty sure this is the same guy everyone complains about because he always sounds so put out to answer the phone and says please hold, click without waiting for a reply. I ordered a Greek supreme pizza and by mistake they forgot the tomatoes. I called the manager on duty, whom was difficult and unprofessional. He said he would put me in for a free tricky sticks which did not help the pizza I had. The manager than said he doesn't think I deserve a full refund (for which I did not ask for) for missing tomatoes. So the Greek pizza had artichoke, green olives and feta; it was not a good pizza without the tomatoes. To make a long story short the manager told me he is busy and doesn't have time for this. I had then asked for my full refund. It was a medium pizza for $18.52, plus I have the driver a $5 tip. Hopefully Pizza Pipeline will follow through with my request. If my order was correct in the first place I would've not been such an inconvenience for the manager on duty. read more

This Pipeline is definitely running downhill. Customer service at the Wellesley location sucks - the employees are rude on the phone, the prices have increased and the quality has decreased. Pipeline used to be one of our favorites, but no more!. The employee did kind of apologize for seeming rude, but said they were busy, he didn't listen to my order and of course got it wrong, he didn't like that I was willing to accept the incorrect order for a discount and instead offered a free pizza for next time. But, there won't be a next time. Too bad for you guys! Lots of good competition out there. It's a guarantee that rude employees will certainly keep you from being busy for long.
