My office frequently orders from here - and its the best around. The pizza is very good, not the best, but the rest of the food makes up for its 5 star status. Typically i order sandwiches, paninis, salads, or their buffalo chicken Mac & cheese! I think the prices are good, they have a lot of options, and EVERYTHING is delicious. The service is great - inside they have multiple POS units to handle the lunch crowd, the delivery is typically fast and the staff is nice. This is hands down one of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner and i would recommend it. I have never tried their other locations but the Haskell location is wonderful read more

Looking a for a great filling pasta dish to have delivered, I stumbled onto Pizza One. The spaghetti I ordered was very well seasoned, and even though I don't usually like thick spaghetti noodles, it was just right! And the wings?? My roommate took one look at them and ordered some for herself! I had a whole second tray left, which was intended to be eaten with the spaghetti.. a meat sauce with deliciously hearty chunks of sausage. It was enough for two more meals! We recently ordered an eggplant wrap buyer beware!!! The eggplant slices were very very thin and probably sliced on their cold cut slicer. Let's put it this way the breading was thicker than the eggplant! There was no eggplant taste!! Paid $10 for a bread crumb wrap!! They don't care and got over on another sucker! Me. We also ordered buffalo cauliflower that was a box half full of tiny nuggets of cauliflower! Not really a pizza place just look at the menu! With all the competition around I would go elsewhere. Very disappointed to find a live bug in my salad before I even took the lid off. Called to get a refund and they gave us one for our salads, but not the pizza (which in my opinion they should have as an apology). Apparently they said they are having a problem with their veggie distributor, but why are they serving veggies they are having infestation problems with? This place has been our go to since moving to pompton lakes 5 years ago. Everything is fantastic, honest to god. From Individual slices, to the parm subs, the wraps and hot sandwhiches to the dinners and more. Mozzarella sticks best around. Sandwiches are big and good, pizza is average, salads are good, don't order soup. It's 7$ for a cup of soup that's supposed to be 12oz but it's actually much much smaller than that. Pasta is average. Ordering on the phone is hit or miss with if they're nice or not. Would not recommend eating in. Take out is much better. read more

This has been my go to Italian delivery place since I moved to the area in 2009. I have even used them to cater parties at the house. I never really had a problem, food was always good. The pizza is good and probably one of the better delivery pizzas. Recently the food has taken a drastic change for the worse. Besides the dinner menu getting cut in half, the quality is down. No more Marsala, they never served a piccata, now only francaise and parmigiana. That used to be served better. What happen to the veal? Did it run off the menu? If it did, the chicken should be great and it's not lol. The grilled chicken for the salads is rubbery and dry. The salads are really good and there are plenty of choices. Pizza one is my go to place. I moved to Ringwood and have a hard time finding good food here. I order from pizza one on a regular basis. I love the order online and delivery option. My food always comes really fast and I'm able to customize my food in so many ways. I get salads a lot which are delicious. The small is big enough for a meal for me. Pizza honestly isn't great I would go elsewhere for that but I would choose pizza one for food anytime. read more

Spent $17 on Cavatelli and broccoli and couldn't eat it. It was cold, no flavor, and the pasta wasn't cooked.

I've been away from Pizza One for a while, and started coming back last year. The pizzas are great and the lasagne, eggplant rollatine, chicken francaise and parmigiana, and shrimp parm dishes are really good, some better than Italian restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that when I order a large pie, one-half sausage, pepper & red onion and the other half black olives, they sometimes mix them together. This depends on whose making pizzas on a certain night. My wife can't eat the onions, and orders the black olives, while I eat the sausages, onions & peppers. So, Dante, tell your guys to watch for half and half pies. Thanks! read more

Any place that serves Fat Sandwiches is a good place in my book! We ordered food from here the other night while visiting friends in West Milford and it was great. They have your average pizzeria food (Pizza, Hot & Cold Sandwiches, Pasta,ect..) what I really enjoyed seeing was that they offered fat sandwiches which can be hard to find in some areas. I ordered a cheese steak with just onions and cheese, my friend ordered chicken fingers with fries, a personal pizza, and my boyfriend ordered a fat bastard. The food showed up about 20 mins after we placed the order and the food arrived hot and fresh. My cheese steak was pretty good, not the best not the worst I've ever had I would order it again. My friends really seemed to enjoy their food as well. The highlight of my evening was getting to watch my boyfriend demolish his Fat Bastard (cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken cutlet with fries and mayo). I will definitely be back to try out some more of what pizza one has to offer! read more

Just so happened to drive-by and was looking for a place to eat. This place happened to be on the map and according to google the seemed like a great place to eat in the middle of no where'sville. Atmosphere: The place was located on the side of the road with a parking lot. They apparently have more than 1 location. The place was clean which is definitely a plus. The seating area was a darker tone which made the place a little more romantic, but bringing a date to eat pizza doesn't scream romantic. Service: The place has a hostess during certain hours, but we sat ourselves because we were there during a time without a hostess. We ordered the pizza at the counter and the front counter brought us the food when it was done. He also made sure we had everything we needed. Food: Food was eh, I've had better pizza in New York, but now we're just comparing Apples to Oranges. They had plenty of flavors to try, but at $4 a slice is pretty steep for pizza. All in all it was a good place to stop by and 4 stars for great service. read more

Pizza One is a solid pizza option with a ton of different choices to choose from. Their pizza's are always freshly made and with the same consistency each time. They are always pumping out the pizza's and will keep the specialty slices available for walk in's. I highly recommend the chicken parm, vodka sauce pie. I've eaten here a few times and have done delivery. I've only done delivery since Covid so I'm not sure what their current situation is at the restaurant itself. I have family that lives in the area and pretty much every time I visit we eat here. The portions are generously sized. 2 small salads, 1 pasta and 1 pizza was more than enough for 4 people.
