We ordered large, then realized the large at Frank's is 16" but the large at Frank is 18". (Yes, you'll find Frank's and Frank in the same town.) Called back and upgraded to an extra large without a problem. * Quality. You get a good amount of ingredients on each slice, they don't skimp or overload. I think they balanced the multiple toppings well, though didn't notice the garlic among the other ingredients (again, not my order). * Taste. I'm a pizza snob, so from the bottom up: Good quality crust, proportioned correctly. Very nice sauce. Too much cheese and especially tasted too mozzarella for me - everyone's got a different blend. Second Slice I ordered was a Sausage which had a perfectly prepared Crust to it as well offering a nice Crispness to it's thin (but not too thin) texture and this also offered a tasty well rounded Sauce and Cheese combination. I'm a big fan of the way they slice their Sausage which baked up nicely leaving plenty of Crispy Edges. Pictured you can see that their Cheese is sort of "unruly" and doesn't separate easily from slice to slice indicating the absolute freshness of ingredients used here and this is clearly evident in each and every tremendously tasty bite.
