Poor attitudes from the staff, no logical method of taking and filling orders. And the quality of the product is low.

Daughter recommended it a few years ago. They have good coffee. I drink it black so it has to be quality. Bagels are great. They get the orders done very quickly. The outside has the right crunch to the inside which is soft. I like Taylor Ham and egg with nothing on it. They know what a TH sandwich is supposed to be, thick sliced Taylor Ham. All the other bagel stores in the area are slicing the TH very thin, that's no good, and since TH and any combo of cheese and eggs is only a north Jersey thing for 50 years it's sliced thick. I've never got a bad bagel here, and this place is always there for me when I need a quick breakfast. Bagel's are the main food here, but they also sell deli sandwiches, salads, coffee, and pre packaged cereals. Obviously the best bagel shop in town. If you're not in a rush, there is nice seating inside and a small park less than 200 ft. down the road. Definitely recommend trying this easy, in and out Bagel Nosh. read more

Picked up an Everything Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese, a couple coffees, and a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel; asked for Cream Cheese and Butter on the side. The Everything Bagel barely had anything on it, and the lox was just okay. On top of that I was charged $4.25 for a small side of cream cheese and butter after they forgot to put it on my original order. Way too expensive in my opinion considering the size of the containers. I'd rather go to another place that actually puts toppings on their bagels. I think I counted 8 sesame seeds in total and no garlic, onion, or salt were missing altogether. Should rename themselves Bagel Flop instead. But their coffee is good, so that's something. read more

Went for sandwiches to take hiking on a Sunday morning around noon. Nobody was there two boys making sandwiches didn't know what they were doing and when the grill cook got there it didn't help very mushy chicken Caesar wrap and an inedible bagel. read more

Nice little bagel shop on Ringwood Ave. We've tried several different bagels including the everything bagels and they've been delish!!! Even better, you can buy extra and put them in a ziplock bag at home and they stay pretty fresh for several days. The only disappointment is that they ship in the bagels from another location so if someone comes in and cleans them out of your favorite flavor they probably will not have more until the next day. Only happened once so far, but I was sad that day. lol read more

I just got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and they put potatoes on it and it was the most delicious breakfast sandwich I've ever had- very very good and staff is really nice. Coffee is good too. Highly recommend. read more

I am somewhat new to town, but so far this is the go-to bagel spot. They make tasty bagels and their sandwiches are perfect to grab on the go and take on a picnic if you are heading north for a hike. The lady behind the counter was friendly and patient. There are at least 6-8 parking spots there and its easy to get in and out. read more

I just moved to Wanaque from Sussex County. There seem to be no authentic bagel shops around this area of Passaic County, especially compared to the wealth of great bagel places across Sussex. I went to Bagel Nosh because it was the one of two close bagel spots, and my boyfriend and I just got a plain bagel with cream cheese each. First of all, the place is a complete mess. The fridges were nearly empty, there was just weird decorations flung around the place, and everything just looked off. The bagel itself was so hard I couldn't bite into it and it had so little cream cheese on it that I threw it out after 4 bites. I'm so sad that I can't find good bagels around here. I feel like this is one of those places that has a lot of potential but doesn't really follow through. Their bagels are definitely good, they bring them in every morning from the other location, but there's a lot of just average things going on outside of that. The sandwiches are ok, but you can do better at most of the other area delis. The coffee is sometimes completely out and you have to ask them to make more. Service is friendly enough. Ever since Goldberg's changed owners and the new owners completely changed the shop, I've been on the lookout for a new bagel shop. I went to Bagel Nosh today for an Egg Sandwich on a plain bagel, and a coffee, which I brought back home. I just finished eating and I am delighted. Bagels are not made there and always hard to eat. His prices are high especially for fresh lox with cream cheese. I have been there numerous times only cause it's convenient to where I live. I hope in the future his BAGELS get fresher and more tasty. The owner is always nice though read more

Bagel Nosh is a nice little breakfast place that has good bagels and good sandwiches. There's little seating, but usually seating is available. Only negative is there are flies that are flying around. This I suppose is because of the constant opening of the door from customers, but a fan installation would be nice. read more

I used to frequent this place, good for a quick bagel, but recently they have risen their orice twice within 4 months. They have also reduced the amount of cream cheese they placed on the bagel. So now your getting less, but your paying more.... Their price / product listings still reflect the original prices. I think paying $2.25 for a bagel with partial cream cheese is too much. 1st timer. Great customer service from the young man there. liked the crispy outside on their fresh bagel, so i'll be back! My constructive criticism is the layout & signage. It's a cozy place. From the front door, the order and pay is right by the door, so there was no natural "welcome" passage to walk past the coffee display, cold case, or any of the deli/bagel toppings (which looked inviting). That causes a traffic jam. If possible, move the order/register area between 2 cases to increase specific visuals (ie bagels vs lunch). Signage was too small and behind the register, modify for brevity (sorry, pet peeve as i'm a graphic designer). Other reviews mention the skimpy cream cheese. Try running a Daily Special (maybe a dif filling each day with choice of Bagel). Be sure to be a tad more generous with the Special. When your customer base increases, be sure to add that "tad" to all orders. Again, impressed with the customer service. Keep it up! read more
