Everything since has been back to normal, fresh, delicious, and exactly why I kept coming here in the first place. Bagels still top tier: crispy outside, soft inside, dangerously easy to over-order. Staff still friendly, fast, and running the place like pros. And the plot twist nobody saw coming... they take credit cards now. Absolute character development. Growth. Place still looks super neat.
