This pizza is the closest thing you will find in the area, that resembles a NYC / Bronx pizza. It reminds me of the pizza I used to get, when I was a child, on Broadway at a pizzeria that sold slices from a small take out window, where you'd hand the guy a dollar and you'd get a slice and a can of Hoffman's soda! I really enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients and simplicity of good ingredients with good equipment and technique. Nothing was being hidden, instead every component was highlighted.
