Sitting here right now the guy who answers the phone is a little bit slow to answer. The phone rang about 20 times before he made an effort. Then watched him come out to dirty table with a drink I hope he brought from kitchen and not off the table. He grabbed the tip but didn't clean the table. So far it's not starting out great. "Server" brought out wrong drinks and he took the order. He also took dirty dishes from our table and put them on the table he has yet to clear off. He spent more time shooting the breeze with a couple who came in than paying attention to other orders he had. Also could have used that time too, I don't know, CLEAN THE DIRTY TABLE OFF!!!! Food was at least decent, thank god! This is one of the few pizza places I love. read more

Called in for a carryout order at the maplecrest store. I ordered a large pizza, two orders of breadsticks, two cheese and two orders of meat sauce. When I arrived, I received the pizza and the two cheese orders. When I asked about the meat sauce that I paid for the front desk girl acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I explained to her that I have my receipt and clearly, I paid for it. Long story short she asked the two guys in the back who were preparing pizza to fill the orders and they were rude and defiant. Right in my face I was treated like I was in a 3rd world country for something that I paid for. I will NEVER visit the Maplecrest location again and suggest that you take your business elsewhere. I told the girls to keep the $7 tip and enjoy the meat sauce. My order was never satisfied. Horrible service read more

I'm only giving the 4 stars for the breadsticks...because they were luke-warm but still had great flavor. The 14" veggie pizza sucked. I've gotten pizzas here before, and they've never tasted this bad. Did you change your sauce or something? *Plus, I arrived before the time I was told, and my pizza was less than luke-warm. I have to be honest; I have never been so disappointed in a Pizza King pizza before in my life. Ordered a 16" burger topped pizza with bread sticks... the bread sticks were OK but, the dipping sauce came in tiny cups... big disappointment there. The pizza seemed to lack toppings... the sauce was all but nonexistent and the burger was so small it was like eating sand... so it really didn't offer any flavor. If I was to judge (and I guess that is what I'm doing) I would speculate that the owner or manager was doing major portion control trying to save pennies at the cost of flavor and eventually customers. I know I won't be back. Much better pizza ANYPLACE ELSE... even frozen from the grocery store. I also didn't appreciate that when I picked it up, the guy turned the screen towards me asking for a tip... I didn't know you tipped when you picked up your food... I always thought tips were associated with service AND food... not something expected on a to go order. read more

Have gotten a carry out pizza here the last 4 times I visited Fort Wayne. I like their version of pizza--thin crust, plentiful toppings, square cut--same as Sir Pizza that I grew up with in Kentucky 50 years ago. Service has always been fast and friendly. Good place to get your food spit on. I love the sweet Italian dressing with obvious spit bubbles mixed in it. Kids working here don't like to work and like to spit on food deliveries. Kind of gross. I stopped ordering from this place, don't like spit on my food and don't trust them. I swear them be some spit bubbles and the delivery driver with a smirk on his face. Yeah you know what they did. Great pizza! I've eaten at another location before, and this pizza was as good. I had time, so I did dine in... very nice place. Had my food in 15 min and the staff checked on me several times. My pizza was great, especially the extra cheese... alot of places aren't sure what that means. I'll be stopping here next time I'm in Ft Wayne! read more

Having had my share of pizza king this one is above average. They do have Hawaiian bbq (not something I care for but my wife does) which you can't find at many. The delivery is slow so it's better to go pick up. Delivery not a reflection on the girl delivering it, probably just a busy night I would imagine. She was very nice. read more

I LOVE Pizza King!!!! I decided to support this place today because it was National Pizza Day. I placed an order for delivery. I was told they didn't have a driver but they're having Door Dash deliver, ok great! Pizza was delivered 75 mins later, and no breadsticks but got a Ham sub somehow‍ I called Pizza King back and the girl told me that it wasn't her problem and that I had to call Door Dash because it's their fault. I called Door Dash the guy came and got the sandwich and said he'd be back with the breadsticks....NEVER CAME BACK!!!! So I'm out 2 orders of breadsticks and I'll NEVER buy from this Pizza king in New Haven or use Door Dash again....AWFUL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APOLOGIES!!!!!!!!!! read more

The best breadstick & cheese dip in town! Daily lunch & dinner specials, even though I usually get the same thing: breadsticks & 8" with toppings to the edge. I'm a fan of square cut pizza. My friend swears by their chicken fingers & Big Sur sub. This casual place welcomes families, with swings for kids (& kids at heart). Just phone in your order from your table or booth & a friendly waiter/waitress will soon come deliver goodness to you! Have ordered numerous times by phone and prepaid. Except tonight! Was told by the order taker I couldn't do that and had to pay when I picked it up. Nooooo....I've been doing this since last March!!!! So...he reluctantly gave in and did it. I'm sensing he just didn't know how or did want to do it. Pretty good. We go to Pizza King/Cassano's all over. This location was easy, & clean. Service was sufficient. The pizza tho, had those bubbles that displace toppings, and the toppings were fairly uneven to begin with. So it tasted great, but was noticeably lacking in places where there was no onion, or no peppers; then a few pieces would have an inch of sausage that was impossible to eat without dumping all over. read more

We just happened upon this new addition to the Pizza King restaurants in Allen County. It was excellent! We had a royal feast and bread sticks. Both were delicious. Fresh, hot, crunchy and chewy.
