Had lunch at pizza inn in Sherman today. I am not sure what has happened since the last time I was there. They have changed their crust or something. It was always my favorite pizza but today it tasted like a frozen pizza I could buy at the grocery store. The crust wasn't the same and it didn't do the pizza any justice. I was very disappointed. The servers were very sweet and they waited on us very well and made sure we had everything we needed. And the restaurant was very relaxed but also the time we were there it wasn't very crowded. Which is also unusual for pizza inn. I hope they bring back the pizzas they used to make. It wasn't just me the person with me noticed the difference too. It was still Ok but not the great pizza it used to be. read more

Our new favorite pizza! Recently moved to the area and decided to give it a try... So thankful we did! The pizzas were perfectly made, loaded with toppings of our choice and they were exactly as requested. The app is simple to navigate making ordering online a breeze. Wonderful Customer Service, from the lady at the counter and all the ladies serving! Our server refilled our drinks before we even asked. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! Great atmosphere. Pretty sure the other reviews on here are from competitors. Funny how they both tried to say the food was bland. That was not our experience either time. Waitresses were great. Manager was helpful. Pizza was hot and tasty with options rotating through quickly. If they don't have the pizza you want on the Buffy line, just tell your waitress and they will make it for you. I recommend the pepp rally pizza! read more

It reminds me of the classic pizza buffets growing up. They have some interesting flavors but their fajitas pizza it awesome! Good selection and you can't beat the price. Service is OK but you go for the nostalgia and the pizza read more

Horrible service... I ordered online at 4:25 PM for a 5:25 PM pickup. Arrived right at 5:25. The female owner or manager asked if I paid online and I said yes. She turned and walked into the kitchen, I assumed to work on the order. I sat and waited. After 15 minutes the gentleman who was working the pizza buffet came over and asked what I was waiting for. I told him what I ordered and my last name. He talked to the same female I did. He then printed out my order. They still had not even started my order. Keep in mind at this point they had brought out numerous pizzas to the buffet. Brought out other to go pizzas, and customers had come in and ate then left all while I was waiting. I noticed a few people just walking out. Some complained about not being served at the tables. At 6:15 they brought out my order. It was still missing part of the order, they had to return to the kitchen. All that the female said was "sorry for the wait". Sorry for the wait, a wait is 5-10 minutes. It took them nearly 2 hours to make two medium pizzas and some cheese rolls. First and last time customer. Poorly staffed, poor service, just not run well from my experience. read more

Called ahead for pizza two hours in advance and I've been in the store for 30 minutes now. Called ahead so my little wouldn't be waiting for food when we got into town. First experience not the best. Place looked clean though. read more

Not great pizza but you can get your fill with the buffet for about $12. You eat first then pay. I hope there is a sign somewhere explaining this but this process for a buffet seemed confusing to most walking in. The salad bar is about 4' deep making it too far to reach items unless you're like one lady that walked to the backside with no sneeze guard. They had 6-8 pizzas out at a time. I didn't notice until later but there was some pasta, tater tots, and 2 empty (crumbs of something) bins next to the register area. The dessert offerings were kind of sad. I had pizza crust with canned cherry pie filling on it and what I assume is a chocolate chip cookie pizza--really really sweet. I hate giving low reviews because I assume people put effort into their business. The good part is the staff were extremely friendly and provided good service. There are several TVs to give you news or 80's music videos to watch. read more

The service here at pizza inn was very nice, the waiters are very kind and helpful.What does concern me is that the food was horrible.I'm talking about bland , bad aftertaste,and bad sauce.The pepperoni pizza tasted horrible and the sausage pizza did as well,I thought they would ATLEAST have good desert, but I was mistaken, their "cookie pizza" tasted like raw cookie dough and had a weird taste.I would not recommend this place at all to anyone who wants to go and try something new. read more

I thought this place is pretty cool family owned place. People were kind. The kids were all about asking for different pizzas like potato lol. Yes.. Potato pizza... it was pretty good. Service sucks and food was less than mediocre. We ordered a meat lovers pizza never got it and our waitress couldn't get our drinks straight, I put my straw in my drink then she picked it up and almost gave it to someone else after I already took a sip. She trauma dumped on us on how she had $600 stolen from her car and she almost started crying in front if us instead of getting us what we ordered. Food is dry and cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. we will not be back. that was a terrible first experience. read more
