Instead of a menu, they bring out food models or all of the desserts. There are 3 that are gluten free: the key lime pie, raspberry chocolate chips cannoli, and turtle cheesecake. The key lime pie has actual gluten free crust-like layers, and the turtle cheesecake has something similar. For the raspberry chocolate chip cannoli, to be gluten-free, they remove the actual cannoli shell that's on top, but you get all the filling. That was my favorite one (I tried all 3 GF options).
