My food here is always great. Toni is a gem! I absolutely adore her. They are a little slow but it is definitely worth the wait.

The staff is always short so it takes at least 30 minutes to get food but that will always be the management's fault. You're a good establishment but all your spots will minimize by the wait. Bet $5. read more

My standards are fairly low when it comes to fast food but Whataburger, particularly this location, has just gotten exceptionally bad. Ordering was easy enough but everything went downhill from there. It wasn't particularly busy at 4:30p on a Sunday... but of the five or six employees that were present, it didn't really seem like anyone knew what was going on. I don't know if they were having some sort of issue internally but they all just seemed a little lost. We get our food and drive the few minutes back home, I don't expect the burgers and fries to be piping hot but everything should have still been decently warm...all the food is cold, not only did we get very few fries but they are rock hard like in an over cooked and stale sort of way. The burgers look like they were stomped on. I don't really feel like eating any of it. I know the economy sucks and things are expensive but what did I just pay $25 for? This isn't the first time this has happened but it's the first time I've left a review. This location really should be shut down altogether. Pulled into the drive thru early one morning, the staff at this location is very nice BUT The guy taking money was also assembling the food, not just putting it in the bag, he was putting sandwiches together, without changing gloves, sanitizing hands or washing his hands. When asked about it he claimed to have changed gloves and maybe he has some magic way of doing that without being seen while someone is watching. Thats a gross violation of any health dept. standard and I am sure a violation of Whataburger policy. I have been there, you are busy, you need to get things done but you need to take contamination seriously or you may make someone sick and possibly harm them irreparably. I like Whataburger, I just won't go back to this one in the early morning when they are short staffed. read more

I frequent this location. I shouldn't. Drive through is absurdly slow at least 75% of my visits. Last week it took 25 min to get food. No "sorry for the wait". The kitchen looked to be pretty full of folks. Only 2 cars in front of me. My hamburger was room temp and my fries were also cold. I want to shop here. It's in my hometown. Please improve. Bad days happen. When they happen more than they don't you dont deserve our business. If your staff sucks. Train them. If you are short staffed don't be cheap. I would give it zero starts if I could. I was deeply disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The employees exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior -- they were rude, used inappropriate language, and I even had reason to believe one of them tampered with our food. When I tried addressing the issue and speaking with the manager, I was shockingly told to "f**k off" by one of the staff members. I truly hope this incident isn't reflective of the entire Whataburger chain, but I'll certainly think twice before visiting this particular location again. read more

Wasn't feeling good so went thru the drive-thru and ordered a couple pieces of toast for my stomach and a large burger patty for my dog that was with me. They had me pull away from the window to wait. Seven minutes later I got my order. I left and then realized they had put my dog's hamburger patty between my slices of toast. The toast was really soggy so the dog got the toast too. I called the restaurant and the manager was rude and seemed not to care that my order was ruined. This was my second exceptionally bad food order in a row at this store. On the 1st occasion the biscuit and gravy was terrible. The gravy literally looked and poured out of the container like Milk with sausage added to it. Totally watery and inedible. Decided to give them another shot this morning. This time the gravy was thicker but probably had a cup of salt in it. Terrible and inedible. They also forgot to put the hash browns I ordered in the bag so I returned to the store. I informed the manager that she needed to go back there and taste the gravy because it was absurdly salty. She responded that she wasn't going to taste anything because "Whataburger doesn't season any of their food". I told her that I think I found the problem. Without a doubt the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. 5 cars in line ahead of me and it took 45 minutes to get thru. They have barriers up so once they have your order, you can't get out of line.
