Went to go try the new Philly Munchie meal today to get me the new jibbis for my Jack in the Box memorabilia.. Not Happy.... Went thru drive thru and got my order quickly and then drove home to eat. Opened the bags and there was not what I ordered... I ordered 2 Philly Munchie meals.. What did I get??? 2 spicy chicken wraps, 8 tacos 1 curly fry and 2 sodas.. We ate 2 wraps and 2 tacos. Drove back downtown to get my key chains. Was told ya I know you got 8 tacos here is your cheese steaks., Told her I didn't want them as we had already eaten part of the wrong order. She was very short and basically made me feel as this was my fault. I asked her for the key chains she then rolled her eyes and said I didn't order the correct meal. Just said give them to me for all this trouble.. She was very rude and didn't apologize about the error and was also very rude to the 3 young afro teens because they had messed up there order as well. Something about the night shift at this establishment is horrible. I get hung up on, rude remarks, attitude, etc. This time I called to ask if i could add cheese to my curly fries since i ordered through doordash and there was no option to add cheese on there, but anytime i go through the drive thru i get cheese on them. So i thought- i can just give them a call and probably get it added on with no problem... wrong!!! i got told there were no door dash orders there, when i was trying to clarify what she meant, she cut me off rudely and with an attitude, repeated that there were no door dashes there and then hung up on me before i could even say anything. To make matters worse i tried calling back twice just to get ignored, which i know happened considering i had JUST called and she answered, yet she didn't answer the next 2 calls? What if it wasn't the same customer calling? Does Jack in the box train their employees to ignore costumers and speak unprofessionally to them? Because so far every time i've gone to this Jack in the box, and really any other one, i seem to always have issues with night shift.. it seems since they work night shift they don't really care what they do or about the customer. This is something that seriously needs to be looked into, as i KNOW i'm not the only one. I don't want to keep bringing my money to this business just to be treated like crap for wanting food. read more

Descent prices. Clean place. Better get there before Dark. If you don't your going to be waiting for awhile. Because I went through the Drive through and observed 2 people Smoking weed by the Dumpster and probably one person inside working. Employees need to do that at home, This is the reason you rarely get the right thing you ordered. read more

NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER!!! Drive thru order, wanted to try their new chili cheese fry, 2 orders, one order was half filled and had chili at the bottom, the other was not chili cheese fry but cheese fry's with bacon, if you could find the bacon. Again both were supposed to be chili. Ordered the chicken club sandwich. The chicken was so hard, over cooked, couldn't ever bite without breaking off teeth. Ordered sour dough burger which was also made sometime in 2019. Called the store, or course they want you to drive all the way back... NO WAY! Spent over $24 dollars on something a pig wouldn't eat! Now will have to call to speak to the manager because we want a full refund, no replacement because who knows what they will do it or if it will be the same third world product. Consistency would be great but 1 out of 10, shut the place down! read more

I usually LOVE this Jack in the box location but recently it hadn't been great The past couple of nights I have gone to Jack in the box and every time I have went the open sign has been on, but whenever I go through the drive thru a lady tells me over the box that they are closed. I went tonight hoping that they were open and they finally were so I got what I was craving one of their usually great iced coffees and when I got home and started drinking it I FELY CHUNKS OF SOMETHING IN MY MOUTH!!! I was disgusted so I opened it up looked around and poured it into another cup to get a closer look. I'm still not sure what it was but it looked like little chunks of fat or it could've been dried peices off the bottom of the carmel pump I'm still not sure I just hope it gets fixed I love their coffees and I'm not sure if I will go back after that. read more

Went right back into the store and the associate told me they were out, and to get a refund I had to use the app I purchased with. After 4 try's and over a month later I wrote the manager. Proceed to eat said tacos upside down in a failed attempt to avoid ingesting any shards of light green poison, not getting to enjoy the upper portion of the taco which is BY FAR the crispiest, most enjoyable, borderline orgasmic area of the taco, concluding with the journey into the dark abyss of disappointment due solely to the lack of culinary integrity and attention to detail being paid by the taco technicians tonight. Basically costumer service for this place is an absolute joke. I work in the food industry so I know it gets busy and stressful but the way these employees talk to costumers is absolutely ridiculous. I parked and walked in to pick up an order I had placed through the app and the lady scolded me and asked me why I was in the lobby because apparently the lobby was closed even though the door wasn't locked and there was zero sign. She said she was understaffed as she rushed me out there door and told me to go through the drive thru which was wrapped around the building. The food is alright but I seriously DONT recommend this place if you want your food fast or even want good customer service. read more

D do you not order the new bacon breakfast sandwich at Denison Texas on S. Austin Ave. I go there every morning Monday through Friday and today I decided to order something different I got the double bacon breakfast sandwich they actually just put one slice of bacon broken up in three pieces and I'm thinking are you kidding me I'm gonna go back to my Breakfast Platter with bacon then add extra bacon and guess what it's cheaper and better. read more

Although this is my all time favorite fast food place I have to give this location 1 star , wish zero was an option. I've given them the opportunity to change my mind on three separate occasions and each time they give you a completely different menu item from what you order , saying the item number doesn't work saying the items name doesn't work they just give you whatever they feel like and then when you ask why they didn't give you the correct item they blame you and tell you you didn't order the right item. The first time they used this excuse I said " ok maybe it was me " the third time in a week proves it's them not the customer. On a side note, the elderly woman that claims she's a manager provides easily the worst customer service I've ever encountered, blaming the customers instead of her junked our staff is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Not sure why this location even advertises the shakes and desserts, the employees always tell you they are out of ice cream or the shake machine is down.
