My pizza restaurant in shining armor! We were near starvation and dehydration after our hike seeing the monuments in the scorching 100°(C?) sun! Cold drinks, frozen drinks, brain freeze, pizza and burgers and probably whatever you want, all done well! My wife had a great Caprese salad and we had a wonderful cheese pizza while my toddler passed out in the air conditioning, while pop music in either Spanish or Italian played overhead. It was fun, not overwhelming like so much can be, and it saved me!
The pizza here is amazing--crispy crust, fresh toppings, and super flavorful. Drinks are just as good, with plenty of options that pair perfectly with the food. It's conveniently located right across from the Trevi Fountain. My only complaint is there's no outdoor seating, which would've been nice, but honestly the food makes up for it.
It was definitely just OK. This was the first pizza we ever had in Rome over 7 years ago and it was the best that I had ever eaten. It is definitely not as good as it once was. This time it was not terrible, but wasn't as fresh tasting and lacked the flavor that it had when we first had it. Maybe too much tourism has watered it down, but I would try somewhere else.
The food here was great. A couple family members I was dining with got pizza and the other half got pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My father has celiac and enjoyed his pasta. The restaurant has two kitchens they cook food in to separate the gluten free food from the non-gluten free food. The service was very fast and the restaurant was nice.
Gluten free: Good pizza and okay lasagna. I definitely appreciated the HUGE gluten free menu. The bottled lemonade we got was delicious and we looked far and wide for it for the rest of our trip. Good service the two times we went. I appreciated the free wifi and the spacious area to eat.
Excellent food. Friendly servers. This place was my first ever meal in Italy. Since I'm dining with my whole family, we needed a place that has gf options for my daughter. Here everything on the menu - except for the ravioli - are available gf. We all got pizzas. Mine had prosciutto, sopresatta and homemade sausage. Absolutely fantastic. Each of my kids had mortadella with buratta ( one regular crust and the other gf). My spouse had spicy salami, mushrooms, artichoke and olives. We tried each other's pizza and agreed this was possibly the best we've ever had. And it's a 2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain.
I was skeptical of this place based on the fact that it is right next to the Trevi fountain and right in the middle of the touristy section of town but we have it a try based on my husband's never ending search for Gluten free pizzas. I had the Lulli pizza with prosciutto and burrata and it was AMAZING. the pizza crust was delicious as were the ham and cheese on it. I was blown away by how attentive they are for gluten intolerances bringing different seat places and silverware. The service was fast and the prices were fair compared to the area in which it is. Look no further!
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and service for a tourist restaurant right by the Trevi fountain. They were especially nice to my mom who was in a wheelchair, quick to accommodate and rearrange the table so she would fit. Answered our questions politely and were pretty attentive as our meal progressed. We enjoyed lasagna, bucatini all'amatriciana, two plates of linguini al frutti di mare and some refreshing pinot grigio. Every dish was delicious and the perfect moderate serving size. Perhaps not enough food for USA appetites (like my brothers) but we were fine. Pasta was al dente, sauces were flavorful, ingredients were not skimpy. Prices were expected for a tourist restaurant (ie: inflated.) The sit down side of the restaurant was very busy but the other part to stand in line to get pizza al taglio was insanely long. Tables are small and very close together to accommodate the crowds. Traveling to the bathroom was difficult for my mom. This is great place to get quality food if you're spending time by the fountain. We generally stay away from restaurants with bilingual billboards next to historic monuments but this one is the exception!
Absolutely amazing place to dine!! So much was either gluten free or could be made gf! Service was amazing, portions are HUGE, flavor was out of this world and the prices were on par with everything. Very welcoming place-felt at home. Yum!

Diners of all ages and speaking many languages were served by the amazing multilingual staff. We dined here our first night visiting Rome and chose it for our last one as well. The gluten free menu is all encompassing. If they serve it, it is available gluten free. If dining GF, your placemat will be a different color. We chose a caprese to begin our meal. We both chose pizza- a GF amatriciana (delectable little bits of guanciale!) and a regular salame (not spicy). The GF crust is everything it should be and as delicious as the gluten full. We shared a GF cheesecake for dessert- a perfect end to a memorable evening. Recommend making a reservation and making time before or after to view the Trevi fountain, a few steps from the door.
The pizza is delicious. The servers were very nice. It's right by the Trevi Fountain. It's a little hot inside, then again it was packed so that's how you know it's good.
Pasta and pizza delicious. House wine is good and reasonable. service is friendly and fast. Sit only in front half of restaurant. There are no fans in back and you are packed in with lots of sweaty tourists. Would rate a 5 if they had one or two more fans.
Really wanted to like this place as it was my last meal before leaving Italy. Decided to order 3 items from the menu. Roman style meatballs, fettuccine ragu and pizza pantheon. Roman style meatballs were either frozen or must have been unsure how to cook them as the outside appeared to be cooked while the inside was cold/raw. Sent it back and they came out with a new batch but still the centre was more cooked but still warm/not fully cooked. Pizza crust was great but the centre was a puddle and soggy. Star of the meal had to have been the ragu fettuccine. Piping hot, well sauced and meaty! Unfortunately 2/3 bad dishes. Could be a tourist trap given it's one of the closest restaurants near the fountain.
There is not enough positive I can say about Pizza in Trevi. For non-gluten free people, it's very good and perhaps nothing exceptional, although I personally found my meal quite good and would give it 5 stars on that alone. However, if you are GF, this place is exceptional. They take every precaution, including have a separate preparation area. The have many GF dishes and even GF beers available, and everything we tried was really good. The staff immediately ask about allergies when seating you and they are so professional and friendly - the remembered us and our drink order after literally just one visit which is a true feat given how many people they must see. You would be excused for thinking this is just a tourist trap being right next to the Trevi fountain, and perhaps in some ways it may be. But the food is still so good and for a GF traveler I cannot recommend enough, at least trying it once. read more
We had lunch here the day we landed in Rome. I had seen an Italian native online say they had had excellent pizza. The service was great and we were able to sit right away even though it was seemingly busy on the outside. We all ordered pizza, and I had had one with mortadella and pesto. The taste was excellent but I do wish it was crispier. It was thin like Roman pizza should be but it was very soft. Overall we enjoyed our meal. Note-they do take card but they requested that we pay by cash. read more

Gluten free food menu is excellent and the quality is extraordinary! I highly recommend this location for anyone that has a gluten sensitivity or celiac. They have a separate kitchen for gluten free and you even get separate glasses, silverware, and even placemat colors to ensure safety. I had the lasagna and it was divine. read more

Pizza in Trevi is located right by Trevi Fountain and for such a prominent location in Rome, one could expect this to be a tourist trap. Still, my experience here was OK, while the prices are a tad on the pricey side due to the location, the food quality doesn't appear to suffer. I set out to visit this place as this always seems to be one of the first places that comes up when searching for the best gluten-free in Rome and is highly recommended amongst coeliacs. I do think staff training could be a little better for gluten-free though - my first waiter didn't appear to understand however the second waiter (who took my order) was quite impressive and brought me over a blue place mat and taught me that they use blue cups and plates to clearly show it as an allergy. I did originally struggle to order mainly down to how confusing and overcomplicated the menu was - there were English translations, but it was just page after page of nothingness, it was too wordy and I felt like I needed a degree to comprehend it. In the end, I opted for a gluten-free carbonara, while the other member of my party opted for the gluten-free lasagna. My pasta was served warm and not hot, and it tasted fine, I certainly had better during my trip but it wasn't bad either, parts of the pasta were a little dry so some more of the Carbonara sauce would have been nice, but it was still pretty good. My guest complimented that her lasagna was one of her favourite dishes that she had during our trip. 3* - If you're looking for a safe gluten-free meal in a central and touristy part of the city, you can't go wrong, it's a great place if your time is limited, although if you do have more time on your hands, I would recommend checking out elsewhere. read more
They have two kitchen- one specifically dedicated to GF and they ask you if you're GF before they seat you. Amazing! Sadly they were out of the porcini pasta when I came so I got truffle instead. Was a little disappointed it was light on the sauce and not piping hot but then I realized it was all on the bottom so, after having mixed it, it tasted much better. I got the Yellowjacket drink which was very pineapple forward and probably would not get the same. read more

Located a few feet from the Trevi Fountain, this popular resto is one to check out. I only came for pizza but they do have a full menu of pasta dishes. Make sure to rsvp to secure a table. You can also get a slice on the other side of the restaurant as they have a counter. We had the pizza carbonara (I love pasta carbonara) and the Pizza Boscaiola (it had mushrooms, and sausage) I added Parma ham to it because I'm a meat lover. Sooo good!!!! Our server was so nice and helpful. It's restaurant is vibrant and decent size. If I had more time, I would revisit to try other types of pizzas. Def check them out in Rome. read more

This place is delicious! Usually I don't like to eat at restaurants that are so close to tourist attractions, but this place stood out. I am gluten free, and they had a TON of options for me, and even have me a blue cup and placemat to signify to the entire staff that I was gluten free. I was so impressed! My gluten eating boyfriend also loved this place and kept wanting to go back. The first day I got their classic basil, tomato, and cream pasta and it was divine. A once in a lifetime dish. The next day I got truffle pizza and it was the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The waiters are super friendly, kind, and understanding of food allergies. We had so much fun chatting with them. The only slight downside is that the tables are super close together, but this seems common for places in Rome so I won't take a star off for it. read more

Not to be dramatic but the gluten free pasta here changed my life! Definitely the best I had during my trip to Italy (and probably ever). The restaurant is steps away from the Trevi fountain which is so convenient and surprising since restaurants near touristy sights aren't usually the best. But this place was seriously unlike anything I've seen. The celiac certification was super visible and they had a super extensive gluten free menu. I'm not used to having that many choices but ended up having the fettuccine bolognese. I enjoyed gluten free fettuccine throughout my trip but the one here was for sure the best I had!! read more
