I ordered from the Warminster, PA Pizza hut in November 2025. They messed up my entire order and it took 20 minutes while I was standing there to redo it. The manager was clearly frustrated, but to make it right, he gave me a $20 credit. This credit was hand written on a receipt and signed by him. Today I decided to give Pizza hut another chance, and was planning on using that store credit. When I attempted to use the credit, the cashier didn't know what to do with the credit, and said if I had a credit it would be in the computer already. He then called his manager, and then told me he couldn't use it and there was nothing he could do. So I said so not only did they mess up my original order 6 months ago, but now they wouldn't honor the credit they gave me. His response was that person doesn't even work here, insinuating that I made a fake credit on a pizza hut receipt and signed some random person's name on it. I again confirmed that they would not honor the credit. I then said that if they do not honor the credit and I had to pay full price for my order, that I would never come to pizza hut again. This place is ALWAYS a disaster. If the app says your pizza will be ready at 7pm leave your house at 7:30pm. Most of the time there is no one at the register and while you are standing there waiting an hour for your pizza you have the pleasure of watching people just walk out because there is no one to help them. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times, since they've closed multiple locations. This location is a 25 minute drive from me. Definitely worth it if you are craving The Hut! I grew up going to Pizza Hut. Back when it was dine in, they offered a buffet and gave you a Personal Pan Pie for reading books! Obviously things have changed... you can no longer sit down to eat and their pizza dough is not freshly made. I'm pretty sure they are frozen shells, for quality control and blah blah blah. But I don't care, I still love the taste! I've never had an issues with their pizza. It's always ready on time and HOT. The staff is friendly enough. Ordering on the website is easy. I must come and give a shoutout for Jayden or Jaden, not sure the spelling but she was working tonight and gave me my order and realizing she forgot one item in my order, called me and let me know so I could come back and get it. I really appreciated this because there have been many times thru drive thrus, deliveries or pickups when you don't realize something was missed until you get home and you're too lazy to go back and ask for it and then you're just disappointed. I am not sure why I have given them multiple chances. I remember pan pizza being so good and crispy. Sadly every time I have ordered here it is basically a thick mushy dough. The only difference between thin crust and pan is the thickness. Honestly the worst pizza in the area and one of the most expensive. Same goes for the pasta and cheese sticks. All of it is bland, half cooked or maybe it's frozen who knows but honestly awful. The toppings on the pizza taste raw or again maybe frozen prior. Odd thing that the issue is not cooking well considering deliver is over an hour. Sad to see that this place still is open considering the quality. After my daughter read all summer and earned her Book It Pizza, the employee huffed with annoyance and refused to honor her code for a pizza, saying he didn't know how to do it. He tried charging me for a regular pizza instead. So disappointing for her. read more

I've never had a bad experience from this Pizza Hut. I will say it is ALWAYS CROWDED and the parking lot is so so tiny, but the staff is awesome, kind and patient and I'm sure they get many rude customers complaining about things out of their control. The app makes it really hard for them to process orders in a timely manner because it tells everyone that orders at the same time that their order will be ready at the same time which isn't possible! All in all this is quality Pizza Hut . I just wish they were bigger - or had more parking. But being the only local Pizza Hut it makes sense why it's always so happening ! read more

I tried the Detroit pizza very bad crust was only 1/2" thick and sauce was terrible . Just not worth it.

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone that would be as desperate as I to order pizza from Warminster Pizza Hut at 421 West Street Road. This is how I actually received my delivery order this evening. Yes that is a 3 slice pizza! When I called to complain the presumable, ahem, manager Myra she was unconcerned and dismissive. Also in her stating that she's never had problems with her delivery drivers and obviously not believing what I am telling her she in essence did call me a liar which I called her out on. Thus bringing on a somewhat incoherent smarmy lecture to me, no apology or offer to correct and a disconnected call. I have already lodged a complaint to their corporate officer Gabby and will be reversing my credit card charges and disputing this tomorrow as I advised both Myra the mook and Ms Gabby customer service rep extraordinaire. Now only thing left for tonight is scrounging up a meal now that it is far to late to order from anywhere else. read more

3 stars, the pizza was dry which is a bit confusing because I went to pick it up after ordering it 15mins before. Of course I ate it because I paid for it. The wings were pretty good, honey bbq. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My pizza was 30 minutes late, tasted dried out, and looks like it was pieces together with slices from other pizzas. The seal wasn't even on all the way.
