I ordered a pizza at 9:30 pm and they close at 10 pm. I also live across the street. They accepted the order, charged us and then did not deliver the food. I got charged right away and by 11 pm there was no food. I called the restaurant and no one answered. That is just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

I really don't know why I'm surprised. We got a pepperoni pizza and cheese fries. The fries weren't terrible but the cheese didn't taste right. Which is whatever. The pizza was not good at all. The crust was eh , flaking apart on the bottom and it was super greasy, No flavor whatsoever and the cheese just slid right off . Service was subpar. Cashier was friendly. We don't ever eat out and it's a treat when we do so we like to support local restaurants and this was just disappointing paid $28 for the meal and only ate one slice and a few of the fries. Extremely satisfied with the new Grandma pizza . I highly recommend ordering it . It does take longer make it but it is well worth it .

HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE. I placed a $46.90 order. This is what I ordered vs. what I got... Cheese steak hoagie with everything on it - okay cheese steak hoagie - meat on a roll Ham & cheese hoagie with lettuce, tom, mayo oil and vinegar - no oil and vinegar 1 personal pizza - 1 large pizza 3 fries and an order of mozzarella sticks I tried to tell them that the o/v was missing from the hoagie, there were no toppings on the cheese steak hoagie and we got a large pie instead of a personal pie. To top it all off instead of 46.90 they charged us 55.33. They put the "owner" on the phone who told me... "look we are trying to feed people here, we are running on a generator, we don't have personal pies." When I tried to tell him the cheese steak hoagie had NOTHING on it he said, "whatever makes you happy, you have a great day" and he hung up on me. This was my favorite place in the neighborhood. Just like some other posters, this was my last visit to Spatolas. I hope it was worth the $8.43 they screwed us out of. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Pizza was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. But the delivery was unacceptably slow. Overall it took 90 minutes to get the pizza and 60 were spent in the delivery Person's car. Needless tosay, it was cold on arrival. read more

There are quite a few Spatola's Pizza place, though I'm not terribly sure why. However, my husband has ordered from both this location (on 611) and the one on Cold Spring Creamery Road. The buffalo pizza, for example, is much better in appearance and taste from the Cold Spring Creamery (Doylestown) location. There are visible chunks of bleu cheese and a creaminess to the pizza. However, the 611 (Pipersville) location doesn't really even look like buffalo chicken pizza. The BIGGEST issue I have with this place though is the salad I received the last time we ordered from here. The chicken was like RUBBER. That's not even an exaggeration. I insisted my husband take a piece and try to pull it in half. He looked at me like I was nuts, but tried anyway. There was no biting through it, no pulling it apart. It was literally like chewing on a chunk of tire. It. Was. Awful. I will never go back to this Spatola's location based on that awful salad alone. read more

Decided to try out a new spot for the new year and New Spatola's Pizza came up. Great service, nice employees and looked like a fun spot. Got a large " tomato pie " pizza for the boo and I, picked up not delivered, was piping hot and smelled great. That was unfortunately as good as it got. Dough was average and the sauce was sweet but totally flavorless. Cheese was minimal and bland as well. If I was really drunk and it was really late at night this could have been a better review (just being honest) overall it was very meh. read more

Everything you could ask for in a pizzeria. Has some ambiance. Great service (despite ordering at front came to our table multiples times to check on us, bring glasses for our byob beer, etc) Good food and reasonable prices. No doubt we will be back. read more

Pizza is decent, though got slices to go and instead of getting a bigger box the woman put a paper plate on top of the slices to rest another slice on!?! So try to PEEL the plate off the slices and have all the cheese come off with it! Thats genius. Never had a pizza joint do that before and for what? Yes yes yes. Very friendly staff and I always order for delivery.... they have amazing salads, my favorite is chieken club salad... they are heavy on the bacon and yummy chieken. The cheese pizza is very good... also the large Italian Stramboli is amazing. Sometimes I wait 45 to have my order delivered. I went inside once or twice and it was ok. The place was a bit disorganized... but the food was good. read more

This has been our favorite pizza place for years. The staff is pleasant. The food used to be superior. We order all the time but lately their food has been getting worse and worse. I have received totally raw, doughy ravioli, shrimp over pasta with FULL shell not just tail, raw French fries, salads missing multiple ingredients, forgotten yet charged for 2 liter soda and pizza with the cheese slid off. We are disappointed and may have to find somewhere else to order from. I hope they improve but if not we will no longer be customers. read more

Owners got a real attitude for having average food and surrounded by pizza shops. Placed a call, went to pick it up. Young girl starts to gather my food when the phone rings. Instead of saying hold on and finish getting me out the door, she takes the call. Ignoring me for no lie 5 mins while she takes the call. So I look around calling for anyone who would listen. Finally the owner comes around the corner yelling at me for yelling at his useless workers. Only I wasn't yelling just trying to get some one to ring me out. He doesn't like when you use coupons either. I was unsure which coupon to use that he has displayed in his menus. So instead of helping me use the right one he rudely ask me to rip it out. "You expect me to do it for you". What an ass. I'm pretty sure they don't like Americans either. read more

Wanted the check in promo but didn't get it. Staff hardly spoke English. Order wasn't correct but wasn't terrible.

We ordered take out at Spatolas tonight. The owner Armando answered my call and made dinner suggestions to make my sandwiches and fries even better. We ordered a steak sandwich, a chicken & streak sandwich and a buffalo cheese steak with bacon cheddar fries. Everything was delicious. We loved it! read more

The pizza is good, but not worth the apathetic customer service. The young lady who answers the phone for delivery orders NEVER gets it right, and then there is no recourse once the order has been delivered wrong. Ricky, the manager (?) said he couldn't correct my order, even though I said he could take back the wrong pizza to give us the one we ordered. He said he would give us a credit for next time. Really--he thinks we will order from him again? It's a real shame that the people who order the ingredients have to rely on kids who could a flying hoot about customers. read more

Ordered two Italian hoagies and one order of fries. Brought home and started eating and realized there was only one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on hoagies! Couldn't believe it! Prices are too high. Everytime i go in there its empty and theres always atleast 4 people just standing around on thier phones. The cooks dont wear hats, i found a hair in my lasagna. Just nasty. Never ordering from there again. Take out also takes forever. read more
