Went in for a slice and a sub for lunch. Picked out our desired flavor (yes with pineapple if you must know), my wife's favorite. We had planned on eating the slices in and taking the sub home. Went to order and counter girl asked if it was for here, I said yes and a sub to go. She said go sit down and she would take our order at the table, I asked if she was sure and she said yes. Went to the table and after 10 or 15 minutes or so she showed up, when we told her what slices she wanted she told us that she didn't have any left???? She had plenty when we were at the counter trying to order??!! She said she could check to see if they could make another one, but the point of slices is the speed not the wait. Maybe she didn't like my face, my skin, maybe the people that came in after us were more important, maybe my money wasn't as good as their money, hard to tell why we were treated like a disposable customer. It's not like this is my first time there, I am, errr...was a repeat customer. Guess I'm not in their desired customer base anymore. Anyhow, the place down the road was happy to take my money and didn't treat me like someone that wasn't as important as the people who arrived after me while I was waiting to order. I have been occasionally visiting this place for almost 10 years. I used to have meetings nearby and always looked forward to having lunch here. They have great lunch specials and a nice selection of tasty slices to choose from. This pizza is really good and i also like their Stromboli's. I haven't really had anything besides pizza and Stromboli's here but last visit the people at the next table ordered a dinner and the salad looked very nice. So the first thing I noticed is this place is a little expensive, but I thought maybe their stuff was going to be really good. Not the case. Really bland, very greasy. Found a new pizza spot around the area of where we do our errands. Tried a couple slices, lots of variety to pick from. Grabbed slice of plain and grandma. They are both delicious. This place is great! We order weekly. Everything is delicious. Prices are fair. The tossed salad is always fresh which is hard to find these days. Pizza is great. I would like say that Schiano's Pizza is an amazing place even if it's in a small strip mall, but hey it does do great business. Great food, great deals. I've been ordering from them for awhile. Delivery is fast pretty much it comes on time or early than expected. Pizza is delicious as always and I have no problems with it; every time I open the box it's like a picture perfect pizza. I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times they forget items and then blame me saying that I'm lying. Today I ordered on slice asked for no contact delivery since I'm not vaccinated and wrote in notes "leave food on the bench ring bell and go." When I told the driver to leave food on bench/ go and said I wrote it on delivery he got aggressive, hostile, rude, arrogant and belligerent. We have lived in this area for over 15 years and never experienced such a disrespectful restaurant owner. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese fries for my son and his friends, took over2 hours and employees stated no driver to bring it, we had to pick it up. I was told they would issue a credit for next order after I called owner stated he had no knowledge of previous issue. At a glance, Schiano's is your basic, strip mall pizzeria. They have a standard specialty pie selection including cheesesteak pizza, BBQ chicken pizza and all of your favorite standards, icnluding pasta and salads. To me, the plain pie is a true test of any pizza joint. Their plain pie is top notch! A great blend of whole and reduced-fat mozzerella, and tasty tangy sauce, and a light but tasty dough. To me this is the best plain pizza pie you will find in the area, period. I also enjoy their steak sandwiches. They are basic, but the meat is fresh and tasty and the bread is always great. So disappointed. I used to order from Schiano's every week because I love their pizza so much. Lately the service has been sub-par (though I must say I think the food is still really good) so I don't order as often. So today, I used their online app to pre-order a pizza for 5 pm. They made a mistake and delivered it immediately after ordering (around 2 pm). So no big deal....I just told them of their mistake and they took back the pizza. They delivered it again around 5, and when I say again, I mean the same pizza from 2 pm. The bottom crust was burnt because they clearly threw it back in the oven for a few minutes to heat it up. It was stiff as a board and barely warmer than room temperature. Even if it were my mistake that caused the 2 pm delivery, which it wasn't, this still would have been really poor customer service. read more

Grew up eating this place all the time.. but I think management changed. And so did their food. We've ordered 3 times, first time, our food wasn't ready even after arriving 20 minutes past the time they quoted us. Second time, the food was okay. I live close to the Acme shopping center so decided to give Schiano's a try. It looks like a normal strip-mall restaurant from the outside, but once inside you can see that it's a little bit outdated and even a little dirty. We waited for a few minutes without being seated while the waitresses and pizza boys bustled around not noticing us. After awkwardly asking if we're supposed to seat ourselves or what, we were finally seated. The waitress was unprofessional and wouldn't fill up our drinks unless we flagged her down. The pizza was decent, so I'd say this place could work well for take-out. read more

So....We've been to Schiano's a few times....Its very close to our house which is it's major selling point. The first time we went we ate there while waiting for our laundry to dry....another long story....anyway not too bad. Second time I ordered pizza...not the greatest customer service, I went to pick up not entirely sure they had actually responded to my order or understood what I wanted on each half, yes it was kind of an elaborate pizza.....anyway...it was ok. Kind of greasy, not real mushrooms ( I hate canned mushrooms) and ok price. Then gave it another try last week. Ordered cheese steaks and they were great....no choice in cheese but good bread, loaded steak and and the canned mushrooms with hots....not bad at all. I'd give it a hit or miss kind of deal, but again will probably try again since it's only a few minutes down the road. read more

This is one of the better pizza joints in the Warminster area. They have a huge selection of pies that will satisfy your appetite. Compared to the local competition that make an equally good pie they are expensive. Must be the high rent in this dying strip mall. Example: Stopped in for a single slice...$4.00 bucks. Eight slices in a large pie so that's $32.00?? Yes the price is a little lower for a large pie but not by much. They gouge you for a single slice. Other prices on their menu are very expensive. Again it must be the high rent especially after the Acme closed. Let's look at the close competition. Roman Delight right up the street has a better menu, really good food, equally good pizza with coupons making this a better value. Uncle Joe's Pizza Shop. Located at Street and York Road. Right behind the Eagle Dinner in the strip mall. This is my favorite for pizza. They have the best tasting pizza at the lowest price. Their menu is extensive. I've only been to Schiano's twice, but I really wanted to write a review because I think the pizza & service are excellent. We had a different waitress each time, and both were very attentive to everything we needed. It wasn't busy in the dining area when we were there (take out & delivery was super busy though!), but a waitress who tries hard to make sure your dining experience is a good one means a lot to me. The pizza is one of my favorites in the area. It reminds me of the pizza my family got once a week when I lived in Philadelphia which will keep me coming back, because that was my favorite pizza ever! Staff is always friendly and appreciative.
