Okay........Looking at the reviews I was a big frightened. But, this place is great! Do not let the lower score fool you. Its old reviews. Staff are super friendly. They had a decent amount of slices available. I came in to grab 2 slices to give it a fair shake. I got what I believe is called the "Mona Lisa" it was a basic trenton style tomato pie with cheese. Extremely flavorful. Crust was perfectly cooked. Seasoned well. Sauce was awesome. The other one that caught my eye was the cheesesteak slice. This one wasnt as impressive. I can see this being a good one to order fresh as a pie. But for me, it definitely didnt re-heat well. The cheese slices on top got a bit plastic-like and the meat was very dry. Crust was still decent. But I wont discount them because I can definitely see that being a good pizza when its fresh. Whole place had a classic, friendly vibe. Workers were great and struck up convos with customers. Very clean. As someone who moved recently to the area, this is going to be my pizza spot. I used to order at Diana's all the time. I stopped in for a piece of pepperoni pizza and cheese fries with my brother. The servers are always fast with the food and pleasant. I have gone to Diana's back and forth for many years and when I am not ordering from there it is for things like this. Changed their portions Changed the coating on the Eggplant Parm Neglect to include things that should come with their platters (pasta) Inconsistency in salad portions More leftover pizza dough sent as bread Surcharge for using of a credit card I guess it's time to give them a break until they get their act back together. :-( An to look into the other Pizza shops in Bensalem, we have a ton. Growing up in Bensalem there were three pizzeria's who's names are still around Tony's, Old Roman and Diana's. Although the ownership has changed hands the food is still decent. I haven't been there in years, but I recently stopped in to grab a quite dinner. The last owner was an Italian gentleman from Sicily who I heard passed away. The newer operators seem like a nice family. They were friendly and busy. The inside hasn't changed at all, the floors and tables were clean with about a dozen tables that seat four. The bathrooms were clean as well. After perusing the menu and checking out the pizza slices they had sitting out I decided to go with a Buffalo Chicken Panini. It came out after about 10 minutes and was not pressed as well as I would have liked. It was a leaker of a sandwich, but the chicken seemed nicely seasoned. It could have used more Buffalo sauce because it lacked the kick I was hoping for. It was a big sandwich and with a bottle of water and side of fries came to $10. A good place if your in the area and just looking for a decent simple bite to eat. read more

Food was awful first time food from Diana's was terrible ordered lasagna and it was 2 little pieces of pasta with very little meat hardly any cheese. And it was so sloppy absolutely terrible my wife got a chicken cheese steak sandwich and it had hardly any meat on it and the roll was stale. Got garlic bread and again roll was hard as a rock. They used to be very good but anymore they suck. Quality quantity and taste as well as appearance all was terrible. Hate writing this review but it was so bad how can I not ? Food is absolutely DISGUSTING. Let me preface by saying, I called there before I ordered on Grubhub and spoke to a young lady. I specifically asked if the GF pizza was homemade or a pre-made shell (pre bought). The girl proceeded to tell me the dough was homemade, which is obviously a lie. This is how my pizza was delivered. It was extremely soggy, not even cut, and falling apart in the box. I called the restaurant and spoke to a guy and I told him the situation. He was extremely rude, and was like you live like "7 miles away" and we can't deliver to you anymore. Ok regardless of how far (even though it's more like 3 - miles) it doesn't redeem the fact that the pizza was delivered in this fashion. He admitted then to the fact that the GF pizza is in FACT pre-bought and pre-made. This is why I'm so disappointed, because the girl lied and food was disgusting. Then when I called I got an attitude. He claims he is issuing a refund which better be true or I'm contacting my bank. The pizza fries were also disgusting. I ordered ( 2 hoagies) for delivery and the girl said it would take 45 minutes to be delivered. I waited 1 hour and called again. Owner answered and said its on the way. I waited another 1/2 hour and called again. I told the girl who answered I wanted to cancel order and she hangs up on me. I called again and owner said I didn't pay for the order. I told him I paid by card, he dismissed me and no refund. 1) if you are busy or shorthanded tell the customer it will take awhile. 2)A Hoagie you don't cook. If you can't deliver, don't have the Customer hanging. Refund them their hard earned money. 3) you lost a long time customer, even an apology would have been nice. 4) word of mouth is a strong way to keep or loose business. read more

Try to give this place another chance so it was a Sunday around 630pm went to sit down and eat... just barely got look from the girl at the counter and was told to sit anywhere..we did and only one other couple was there at the same time..put it this way....they were tripping over each other at the counter..no one ever came to the table.. after 10 minutes of sitting in this hot place we got up and left.. they didn't even see or care about us!! The Doug is good but they use very cheap sauce and cheese and toppings. This isn't Diana's Pizza Restaurant she sold it to mex. every expensive for soda. No flover eating the pizza. However something has to be done about the fact that I give them a ton of business, no matter what the order is the food comes back wrong 100 percent of the time. It's always something. Live around the corner from this place so stopped in quickly with my wife had a slice of there blt pizza and a pepperoni roll let me tell you the slice was great lettuce was still nice and crisp it was like a burst of flavors in my mouth and the pepperoni roll was very flavorful with plenty of garlic but not to much. I will never order from them! A neighbor had a delivery from them and the driver parked in a handicap parking space. I said something to the driver and he acted like he didn't realize it was a handicap spot. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner (very rude). His response was "what do you want from me?" The pizza is very good however they really have to change how they are serving during the pandemic. I ordered over the phone remitting payment to pick up the order at a set time. Upon my arrival there were 10 people standing in front of the counter. On of my pizzas was given to someone else so I had to wait to have it finished. I should have left! While waiting another customer came to order at the counter, when he coughed the whole group jumped! So he will be there standing with the group for another 20 minutes. PLEASE only take orders over the phone and encourage payment at that time. Set a time and schedule the times so there isn't congestion at the counter! Provide curb side delivery. Went in for lunch while visiting my parents who live down the street. They absolutely love Diana's and have been ordering pizza from here for 25 years or more. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. It was delicious and they were very accommodating to me and my 2 small children. They even put on cartoons while we ate lunch. Very nice and delicious food! read more

This is my favorite pizzeria for pizza! The best pizza in town. I drive all the way from the Northeast.

I ordered a stromboli with light sauce and fried onions my order was made wrong I called them and they are sending me a new correct one. I wrote a complaint earlier then changed it after I called and they said they would send a new one.... they sent the stromboli wrong AGAIN! No FRIED onions no Light sauce just saute onions and no sauce in it. I didnt think that was to hard to do but well I'm done never ordering from them again. read more
