Decent neighborhood pizza shop in a quiet area of Bensalem. New ownership recently took over. There is a small parking lot that is shared with a few other small shops in the strip mall. The seating area has several tables and they sell slices. On my first trip I tried a cheesesteak, my son had a cheeseburger and my youngest had chicken fingers. We brought home mozzarella sticks for my wife to try. The chicken fingers were the smaller/thin, bland frozen type. The burger was sizable, had a nice brioche bun and overall was pretty standard. The mozzarella sticks were "beer battered" and not too bad. My cheesesteak could have used more cheese to melt and mix with the steak. The steak was chopped, but was a better quality than the basic cardboard steak some places serve. The meat wasn't greasy, but was a tad overcooked. The roll was fresh and toasted. I asked for hot peppers and got the standard yellow hot banana. I gave the sandwich an average score. Points for it not being drippy and greasy. On my second visit I ordered a small 12" pizza and asked for it to be cooked well done. It was ready in ten minutes. The crust was fresh and not too soft/not too crispy and thankfully not chewy. Cheese was a tad sweet, stringy and not overly greasy. The sauce was rich and tangy. Tasted like a cross between a pasta and pizza sauce. I thought the pizza was just above average and would repeat. The owner took care of me both times and was extremely nice. I would definitely repeat if I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks guys and best of luck! read more

Been in a couple times. Very much worth the price. Sat in with friends of mine and the guy is very sweet. He saw we were having a good time and gave us cannoli for free. It's a cute little place. Feels homey. And they've got a good oven. Highly recommend. read more

What a treat! First time here and the new owners wowed us by making a special Sicilian pizza with no cheese for our kids. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and beyond friendly. I will never go back. First 2 times were horrible! A year later, during the virus, my go to place is closed. All I ordered was a steak sandwich, small salad and garlic break. Ordered online and charged me. Husband got there and no garlic bread. Well, I ordered a small salad because I wanted to bread. I sooo badly want to like this place, but they mess something up every single time I go. Once, they put meat on what was supposed to be a cheese only hogie. I order 10 hot and 10 bbq wings, they give me 20 hot. I also sat an additional 20 minutes waiting for the wings to finish while I watch my pizzas cool off, since they were done on time. Zero stars. Never received my order. Called the next day, wouldn't let me speak to a manager or owner when I asked. The person was demeaning and yelled at me then hung up. The times we did get our orders it was always an 80 min delivery time and things were wrong or missing with the order. Don't waste your time on this mediocre food and abusive service. Called and ordered a Large Sausage Pizza, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Lady over the phone was pleasant and told me 30-35 minutes. I went to go get the food, and they had no recollection of my order, or any order similar to mine at all. This is not the first time this establishment has done this. Okay, as you can see from the picture the tomato pie is not so great. It was just pizza dough with pizza sauce slapped on it. We actually had to season it ourselves. The chicken wings are awesome, especially if you ask them to make them extra well done. I ordered the cheeseburger, medium rare, and it wasn't so good. Ordered a chicken and spinach calzone with mushroom and onion topping, got a mushroom and onion pizza. When I called the restaurant back, the guy didn't even apologize and asked me to bring back the pizza and he'll have my calzone ready. Took 1 hr and 20 min to get my food.. and this was for a pickup. I was told that my food would be ready for pickup in 40 min.. given i waited 10 min before entering. Get there and had to wait longer. All around horrible! They can never get an order right, the food is always delivered late and cold and the employees are down right rude. The staff is obviously annoyed when grubhub is used to place an order. For takeout orders, the never provide napkins or utensils. We gave them more than enough chances to prove themselves worthy, mostly because of the convenience in distance to our home. However, there is nothing "convenient" about this place. By the time your food comes, you're too aggravated to want it. It's apparent why they have a low yelp review. Pretty sad for a pizzeria to have less than 2 1/2 stars. read more
