Awful! I ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks from the Peach Orchard location. It took over an hour to arrive and Pizza Hut utilized door dash to delivery. It arrived cold after an hour with an entire pizza missing. The driver told me those at the store only gave him 1 pizza and that the lady at the store snatched the pizza out of his hand to add stickers to it. I proceeded to call the store and was met by a very rude individual who continually told me to speak up and slower as if she were speaking to a child. She also had me repeat my missing item even though she had my name and should have looked it up easily. I hear someone in the background that I assume was a manager trying to place blame on door dash, The person on the phone offered zero apologies-only deflection and defensiveness. She told me it would be "at least 40 minutes" before redelivery could take place. When I asked why I should have to wait an additional 40 minutes on top of the hour plus I had already waited after they had made the mistake, she again became defensive and said there were 8-9 people ahead of me and there was "nothing I can do." In actuality, I was ahead of these customers because I had placed my order more than an hour prior, paid for it and was missing an item. Customer service 101 would say to right the wrong sitting right in front of you. Not surprisingly, my redelivery never arrived. No offers of refund. No apologies for oversight. Just negative, dismissive and deflective attitudes. The staff needs a complete overhaul and/or basic customer service training if this location is to survive. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on places that actually appreciate your business, deliver your order hot and on time and offer solutions, not excuses, when they mess up. read more

Recently ordered a large half vegetarian half meat pizza each of us ate one piece and everybody was sick with in 30 minutes for a day and a half. I called the restaurant to inform them that I thought their pizza was bad and they never got back to me so I called them again and they said there was nothing wrong with their product and they would not give me a refund for $50 pizza that there was nothing I could do. They also refused to give me their headquarters phone number telling me they didn't know what it was. I did do research and ended up putting in a formal complaint. I will never order from them again.! read more

We had the new melt. It was ok but not great. Sure was not huge by any means. The lady that picked up the phone for my order was very rough around the edges. My wife said she would try one again. I would rather pass. read more

We have tried delivery and takeout. The first time for delivery it took over and hour and a half and the order was completely wrong and cold. The second time our food took the same amount of time and was cold. For carry out the pizza was still doughy and undercooked in the middle. We will not try this particular Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut is one of my favorite placesIn Sumter, South Carolina to get pizza and wings. They are, however, quite pricey. If you want good pizza, Pizza Hut is a good place to go if you don't mind spending more on your pizza! I would give it five stars if they were so expensive! Their competition (Domino's*, Little Caesar's*, Pizza Lane*, Tony's Pizza & Subs*) Offers a wide variety of pizza wings and subs for about the same price or less. Stick to making your own. I received subpar food from them yesterday. Half the pizza didn't have enough cheese nor toppings on it and they overcooked the wings. I was given the run around when trying to fix the order. Try Marcos downtown or buy frozen if you really want pizza. read more

Employees are rude pizza is soggy sometimes. They don't deliver to certain places and if they do the delivery guys are so heavy weight they refuse to walk up stairs to deliver the pizza. Whole point of me getting food delivered was because I don't want to get out of my house. read more

I live in NC. To celebrate my niece's 12th birthday, I called the 1 ALICE DR location for a special delivery. I spoke with Toya, manager, who took my order and assured me the pie would be delivered by 5:15 the way i wanted it. I called back at 4:30pm to confirm, the current mgr had never heard of my order! I explained it again, confirmed it, and was excited that my niece would be surprised! Needless to say, the pizza arrived at 5:30, NOTHING like I'd ordered it. So disappointed! Pizza Hut is always my top choice for pizza and this take out/delivery has always been on point. delivery time is always the amount of time you would expect, and the staff has always been nice when I do pick up. read more

If you like cold pizza that takes two to three hours to be delivered then this is the place for you. It's a shame that's it's faster to just order carry out. Never have enough drivers on the weekend. It's sad really because they do have good pizza. read more

Very good food quality and the delivery is relatively fast. Make sure to tip the drivers, they are really hard workers.
