I came through the drive through today and ordered 3 chicken wings and extra coleslaw. They told me they were out, but would have more ready in 10-11 minutes. They pulled me forward and said they would bring it out when it was ready. I waited over 25 minutes. When I went inside, there were multiple teenagers standing around. No one acknowledged me. The chili cheeseburger is my favorite, but the slaw dogs, fried chicken and BBQ are all worth trying. The drive thru was fast and the staff were nice. Son and I have been hunting on my Aunt's farm about 10 miles away today and had a craving for a nice burger and chicken sandwich. We knew Rush's would hit the spot! The good...my double cheeseburger was good. My son's chicken sandwich was good. Fries were decent. Slaw was good. Restaurant clean, didn't go in to the restroom. The bad....one of the absolutely worst managed Rush's I've ever been in. I count 15 people on the clock. Not working, goofing off, laying on the counter, laughing uncontrollably loud, and heard a few curse words coming from tall guy with red curly hair and Winthrop long sleeve shirt on. I watched them wait just now on an elderly couple "what can I get you" ...no welcome to Rush's. Just a blank stare like we are bothering you to be here. Right now I count 4 guys laying on counters where food prepared. At least guys preparing food are putting on gloves. Oh my God I just saw guy in purple shirt grabbing fries and eating them when he thinks that the customer isn't looking. Extremely sad establishment!!!! I have eaten at most Rush's in the Columbia area....but will never come to this one again. I went by Arby's, Wendy's, Subway, and a McDonalds to get here, because My son and I love Rush's but not this one. read more

I have eaten at this location approximately twice a week for 15 years. Food has always been great but service has become horrible. Probably the rudest bunch of people I have ever met. Has been getting worse by the day. Went today and was told my card would not work. Said I didn't understand that but paid cash. Meanwhile lady closes window and proceeds to talk crap about me. I don't think I have ever been so furious at a place of business and their unprofessionalism as I was today. Even my girlfriend, who typically hates chocolate shakes loves Rush's shakes. They are smooth and creamy. As for the rest of the service and food...well that's a whole different story. Only went because I had a gift card, but I remember this place used to be so much better, waited 38 minutes with only 6 cars in the drive through in front of me. This is also the 4th time Ive driven to camden only for rushes, because their google says open till 7, who knows when they really close. Anyways, when I ordered they said pull around for your total, i had ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a large coke, no sides so I expected my $15 gift card to be able to cover it. Got to the window and saw black mold on the ceiling, I guess that since the dining room is closed they stopped caring about cleanliness, which makes no sense to me. When they told me my total was $16.74 i was shocked, almost $17 for a burger and a drink. Place is overpriced, with employees who obviously have no initiative for service or cleanliness. Sub par service for sure, and would not be surprised if this place got ran out of business, infact think it's the perfect spot for another cookout. read more

For the past 3 weeks the fries at Rush's on Decker blvd have been over cooked and the service has been slow and poor. I'm not sure what's going on there but if this continues, I will no longer eat there. One of the reasons I go was for the fries. They use to be the best. This is one of the worst experience I've had at A Rush's in a long time. Girl at drive thru was very unpleasant. Doesn't know the menu the way she should not to mention the rudeness. Then had to wait for 15 minutes while the truck in front of us got there food, then we had to wait 10 minutes because they had to cook hamburgers. It was 9:30 in the evening on a Friday. I remember on the weekends years ago how packed rush's would get on the weekends but not now a days and that's what made it hard to believe we had to wait so long. I'm sure the Chic Fil A next door is loving the poor quality of service rush's is giving customers. Management definitely needs to get there workers crap together or rush's will suffer more money loss. Get it back to the way it was back in the days. rather expensive for a chain but the fried chicken is not greesey and better than the other chick. chains. their basic hamburger is good but the cheese on is to prisey for just a slice of fake cheese slapped on. Their BBQ sandwich is a total waste of money. It is very clean inside though. read more
