She told me it would be "at least 40 minutes" before redelivery could take place. When I asked why I should have to wait an additional 40 minutes on top of the hour plus I had already waited after they had made the mistake, she again became defensive and said there were 8-9 people ahead of me and there was "nothing I can do." In actuality, I was ahead of these customers because I had placed my order more than an hour prior, paid for it and was missing an item. Customer service 101 would say to right the wrong sitting right in front of you. Not surprisingly, my redelivery never arrived. No offers of refund. No apologies for oversight. Just negative, dismissive and deflective attitudes. The staff needs a complete overhaul and/or basic customer service training if this location is to survive.
