Not to dried out or "chewy", nice flavor, a little juicy. Near perfect for a buffet item. Their house made fried rice was good, what I would have expected, and I kept wanting more. I did try the HAM fried rice, but wasn't impressed, it tasted to American to be Chinese I guess. The wings were really good, I can definitely see why they made the store title. Great seasoning, just small enough to not overwhelm you, but just big enough to be filling with just a few. I really liked them, and kept going back for more. The rest was more typical, I guess, but still good. Not to many items that I would refuse to go back and have again, though I may not pile them on the plate. Overall I enjoyed it, and would revist for another good lunch, especially for the wings. She also had me repeat my missing item even though she had my name and should have looked it up easily. I hear someone in the background that I assume was a manager trying to place blame on door dash, The person on the phone offered zero apologies-only deflection and defensiveness. She told me it would be "at least 40 minutes" before redelivery could take place. When I asked why I should have to wait an additional 40 minutes on top of the hour plus I had already waited after they had made the mistake, she again became defensive and said there were 8-9 people ahead of me and there was "nothing I can do." In actuality, I was ahead of these customers because I had placed my order more than an hour prior, paid for it and was missing an item. Customer service 101 would say to right the wrong sitting right in front of you. Not surprisingly, my redelivery never arrived. No offers of refund. No apologies for oversight. Just negative, dismissive and deflective attitudes. The staff needs a complete overhaul and/or basic customer service training if this location is to survive. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on places that actually appreciate your business, deliver your order hot and on time and offer solutions, not excuses, when they mess up.
