This location has always been a great one. The staff here is always very helpful and understanding of gluten sensitivity issues. They always help you out when inside with that typical Chick-fil-a smile and "My Pleasure". Food was brought to our table hot, and no big errors in our order that couldn't be quickly resolved and they were training staff while we were there. The seating area was clean and neat as you'd expect from this brand. The food tasted great and the atmosphere was welcoming as you'd expect. read more

While this ChickFilA is starting to show its wear, the food is still good and it's not as bad as the one at the Sumter. The customer service is typically very prompt and with a smile. I have gotten fries that you could tell they had been up for a bit. But letting them know about them has always gotten me fresh ones. This is my go to Chick-fil-A. I usually go thru the drive thru but decided to go inside. It was very busy, per usual but the staff still maintained and friendly and positive attitude. What stood out about this visit was the manager (Chris) bringing out the food and he was very pleasant. It's not often that you see managers in any restaurant out on the floor helping out. In addition, he came around after about 10 minutes later to see if we needed anything else (refills and etc). Excellent customer service! read more

The food is excellent but the service by the retired workers is very unprofessional. I was called to the register and then the cashier went off to talk to a friend who was a customer ignored me and then went on break. All while I'm standing in her line waiting. Truly a Gem of the South. Pull into the parking lot. This franchise was extremely packed. Bumper to bumper trying to get into Chick-fil-A. Once we found a parking spot. , walked inside., my response was Goodness Gracious it was worst inside. But worst in a GOOD WAY. You know this establishment doing extremely well for themselves. When the entire property is full to the max. Their food was phenomenal. Order CFA Sandwich. 2 orders of Meal- CFAD+Am., waffle fries and Sweet Tea. Staffing was Family-friendly. Cashier Jasmine was very helpful because I changed my mind in mid order. After placing your order. Kindly hand you a mini cone, so they can identify you when they bring your order to the table. Decor was well designed really enjoyed the floorplan giving you full eye watch over the children playground they have inside. They have a full functionality layout giving not just there customers inside quality service. , but the drive thru., they also had a server with a tablet placing orders for all in line for the drive thru. read more

You just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. It never fails to disappoint. This location ALWAYS seems to be busy. I've never had any issues getting the wrong order, and the food is always piping hot. The drive thru line is always slow- some days they even have one of their employees taking orders a few cars back from the drive-thru window. Nobody does a chicken sandwich like Chic-fil-A. They use fresh whole chicken breasts and bread/fry them on premises with non-hydrogenated peanut oil. They also have a broiled chicken breast but I think their real specialty is the breaded version. Their nuggets are prepared in the same fashion and just like the sandwich, you can't get them better anywhere else. For a real treat try them with their polynesian sauce! Combos are served with waffle fries, which I believe are also cut on premises from whole taters, but can be substituted for a fresh fruit cup which is also very tastey. They've also got some decent milkshakes. Chic-fil-A is closed nation-wide on Sundays, which ironically seems to be the day I'm usually craving them (I've heard the same thing from others). read more

This Chick-Fil-A is amazing!! Fast service and VERY friendly employees!! I was amazed at how friendly they were! I came in my military uniform and they gave me a 20% discount and thanked me for my service. The thank you was very genuine! I usually feel like people say it just to say it but I feel like the employees really meant it!!
