Since I no longer had time to wait I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue I was told I would have to come back later because no one was available to process a refund. I contacted corporate and the only resolution offered was a $5 coupon for a $15 purchase. That response showed very little concern for the inconvenience so I chose not to return for an entire year. Today I decided to give this location another chance. Before ordering I was told the drive thru was accepting cash only. Fortunately I had cash so I continued with my order. Only after I had ordered was I informed there would be a significant wait because the delivery truck had just arrived. The problem isn't that delays happen because they do. The problem is the lack of communication, poor planning, and the feeling that customers time simply isn't valued. Whether it's giving out the wrong food, being unable to process a refund, or taking orders without informing customers of major delays beforehand the customer experience continues to fall well below expectations. Customers should not have to wonder whether they'll receive the correct order, be able to get a refund when the restaurant makes a mistake, or sit in line only to find out after ordering that the kitchen can't keep up because of a delivery. This location has had over a year to improve and unfortunately today suggests very little has changed. Management needs to take a serious look at the operations of this restaurant especially since they are rated a 1.4 out of 5.

Otherwise I would not have ordered this. ALSO, their baked beans.......this was the worst part of the meal. I am expecting some version of beans with a bbq base or similar...instead I got some sort of bean SOUP which was totally inedible in my opinion. Whole meal was trash. Strike three. My 83 year old father said at the end of the meal "worst meal I've ever had".
