This store is awful. I am a single father and work hard for the little i have. I went online and ordered a pizza for my kiddos for dinner. After delivery and a tip it was outrageous at $25 but i was fine with it. $25 is all i had to feed 3 kids so it worked. Well after i placed the order the screen immediately said order rejected. Nothing went through. I was like ok ill have to call. Well they took the money. I called and they said oh yea that happens that why you should call and order like its advertised not to use their website. I asked to speak to a manager who told me you will get it within a week. I said in tears at this point my money is gone im now broke 3 hungry kids and cant get our pizza either. He says nothing i can do call corporate maybe they will do something other than that idk what to tell you. I said really theres no way we can get our 1 8 slice medium pizza even though i have proof i was charged. In a very rude tone "Nope" just told you that sir. I am absolutely disgusted. $25 may be nothing to some people but it is alot to me and i have to take care these babies alone. Wow marcos. But they will continue to thrive. read more

Marco's used to be one of the best places in town. I'm not sure what has happened but for the second time in a row, I've ordered something waited an hour tried to go and pick it up and couldn't even pick it up. Somethings definitely wrong with this location now I would not advise going here. read more

I love their anchovies! I stopped by for lunch and ordered a supreme medium pizza. I was driving back to work and wanted to eat a slice. The pizza looked normal but when I picked it up all of the toppings fell on my clothes and on my seat. The entire pizza was this way. I had to go home to change and hold the toppings in place while I ate with a fork and knife. Not the best experience as I have enjoyed their single topping pizzas numerous times. I would recommend checking the supreme to make sure everything is in place. read more

Delicious food!! Unlimited chips and salsa, great service, extremely reasonable prices. Everything is so fresh and authentic. You get so much food for what you pay for, when we get the bill I'm always pleasantly surprised by how much it is and I can't say that often!! We go often and crave it regularly :) read more

BAIT & SWITCH! Lies and maybe even fraud (pic attached) I have to give one star in order to write a review, otherwise it would give nothing. Yesterday evening (Friday Nov.3) we tried to make an order online using a coupon that we received in the mail the day before. The coupon had a code which would not work (on the app, or website), so my husband decided to call in to ask what's up and hopefully use the code. Firstly, we waiting on hold for 30 min and were hung up on 3 times. When someone finally answered my husband explained the situation with the coupon and the employed told us that they "don't accept the coupon anymore and they are no longer a five star restaurant"....I don't even know what that means, but my husband said, "oh yep, they are lying, the don't want to honor it". I doubted that, but anyway, we didn't make the order. After a little discussion I decided to call back on my phone and finally got a person and explained the situation again. This employee decided to ask the manager (after several questions about said coupon which she seemed to know nothing about). The manager said, yep it doesn't work online, lol, and that we could make the order over the phone and then he would take the coupon when we pick up. He specifically didn't say he would honor it, he just said he would look at it. So this means we would have to pay full price FIRST and then go in and see if they would honor, which I'm gonna guess would have been a big NO because blah blah BS reasons. I really think this is false advertising and I also think that it may be illegal. The chaos and unprofessionalism at this location is outstanding. They can't even manage to take all the orders over the phone and have no problem hanging up on customers....who does that?? They literally make less money because of the incompetence of their staff and management, and are not able to handle a busy night....and they don't even have Dine-In service!! AND to top it off they send out coupons which they have NO intention to honor! So ya, they lost a weekly customer. It's just insane to me how dishonest people can be. Sad times. And yes, I read the small print..."participation may vary"....but dammit don't send your junk mail to my house in Sumter, with the location listed on it (Broad St.) and then not honor it!!! read more

Great Pizza!! The service at the pizza hub is very personable and quick. It was ready within ten minute of showing up to pick up.

The pizza itself wasn't a bad BAD pizza, however, if you are wanting to experience a good handmade small chain type pizza, this won't be for you. My boyfriend and I gave Marcos a whirl because we were hungry, didn't want a burger, and wanted to have quick and easy pickup. I placed an order online, the staff was friendly and polite, and it was done in the specified time limit. We got a half sausage/whole pepperoni large pizza with the parmesan crust and a Chicken Caesar salad. The cheese blend was great and I enjoyed the chewy and flavorful crust. They definitely have good quality toppings and the parmesan cheese was a nice touch to the crust. The pizza was COVERED in a layer of grease, which grease is to be expected on good pizza... but not quite that much. I personally love crust, but my bf who doesn't eat the crust said there was too much crust for him, so keep that in mind for your picky eaters. I wasn't too impressed by the Caesar salad. I wish I would have tried the caesar dressing before I poured it all over the salad. The dressing tastes like straight Mayo and that wasn't what I expected so it turned me off the entire salad almost immediately. The chicken was like a bagged Tyson pre cooked chicken and the lettuce seemed fresh. Good for a chain store pizza, but nothing to write home about. read more

Hands down, some of the best pizza I've ever had. My dad orders the meat lovers on a thin crust. And once that box opened it was like heaven. They are NOT shy to add on toppings and it's plentiful and beautifully cheesy, just how I like it. Makes the pizza worth the wait and price. The thin crust pizza is cut in squares, which was weird at first, but I noticed it was a lot easier to hold. If you order in the store for takeout or I believe done in as well, they give a free order of garlic cheese bread which is amazing. We did delivery and ordered online; it only took about 30-45 minutes for our pizzas to arrive at the house! Bonus: our pizza was still piping hot whenever it arrived!! read more

Definitely near the top of the list when it comes to pizza in Sumter. You might get someone who cant talk on the phone, or sit at the pickup window for 3 days once, but they havent let me down on quality pizzeria. I prefer white pizza over regular and they hook that up right everytime....Crust toppings are great. read more

I really, really like these folks; pizza may or may not be the best in town, I don't know because I haven't tried all the others, but it's sure good enough for me. And, it's always ready when they say it will be. Little expensive, compared to the ads I see on tv for other brands, but... check their specials. I called yesterday and ordered a medium, and when I heard the price, I thought I'd do a little "per square inch" cost comparison, and asked how much a large would be... turned out the large was a dollar LESS because they had a special going... I gave them four stars rather than five because... well, for one thing, the young lady on the phone might have alerted me to the special without my having go all "home economist" mode on her, but I don't anticipate needing to know anything else about pizza in Sumter. read more

I visited here today for lunch. We ordered our lunch and were told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. After 30 minutes (we were on our lunch break from work) we went up to check on our order. There is no one at the front waiting on customers. I finally yelled back if order was not ready could we get our money back that our lunch break was almost over and we had to go. The lady working in the back was very rude. She yelled back to us very unprofessional wish I got a lunch break. Then very rudely said our order was ready and threw them down and the counter. When we ask about our drinks she very rudely again said they over there in the cooler. We open our lunch to see that our order was all wrong. I understand everyone has a bad day ever now and then but if you work in customer service you certainly don't take it out on the customers. I know in my line of work if my boss heard me talk to someone the way she did I would have been let go on the spot. read more

Not impressed. I had read that "they don't skimp on the toppings." But it wasn't loaded with toppings. Cuts were uneven, and it just looked sloppy. Very expensive. Showed up 20 minutes after the pizza was ordered was told it would be 20 minutes. Went to go inside door was locked even though it says it's not closed until 9 pm. Went to the pickup window. Sat there for 10 more minutes while 2 so called workers answering the phones. One worker looked right at me and just walked away. I beeped the horn but no one came. A customer was eating and saw me and told them there was someone at the pickup window. Finally someone came over and said that they just put our pizzas in the oven. After working for 14 hours and then running my daughter to cheer I was exhausted and had enough of the incompetence, I told them they can keep them. I wished there was someone competent enough to point out my lack of customer service but sadly it didnt look like there was anyone. If I could rate them at zero stars I would. Never cared for their pizza which I find average at best and overpriced compared to the other delivery places. Their subs are good and one of the few non-pizza things you can get delivered in this jerkwater town so I just had a steak and cheese sub delivered since I'm stuck home without a car today - It took almost an entire hour to be delivered and it was COLD. Keep in mind, I live close enough to the store that I could actually walk there (if it wasn't pouring rain today) so there is absolutely no excuse for this. Extremely disappointing. read more
