The pizza was delivered an hour after it left the store, the driver turned their GPS off and marked the order delivered right after they left the store. The food was cold, the wings were plain and if this is their idea of extra cheese & pepperoni... When the delivery was late, there was a long wait and they didn't care about our order. I tried to hold out because I think highly of the Manager (or previous manager, haven't seen her on shift in a while), but three strikes and you're out. I order the tots, the last time I saw her working there, they were close to picture perfect. Unfortunately, the last 3 times I ordered them, they weren't burnt; not to a crisp, but someone with half an ounce of sense wouldn't have boxed it up and sent it on. I hope she finds a better store, or entirely better job to work for because between that and employees refusing to put bottled drinks in the fridge? Normally it takes two hours to receive a delivery from these dopes, but today I got it within an hour, which was quite the surprise. But this was my pizza, nice and burnt on top, but cold. Twenty six reviews and 1.5 stars. Maybe who ever owns this place does not care that this place is consistently bad. Hey it rolls from the top down and can be seen easily as I have just witnessed. If there was a disaster movie about everything that could go wrong at a takeout place then what I saw tonight would be the live action adventure. I have had the Dominos Brooklyn style pizza before and for the most part it is pretty good but tonight it was flavorless and this was the first time I have ever been to this Dominos. I think part of it was that I got the wrong pizza. They made it on the wrong crust and of course I should have checked before I left but there was no way I was going to wait again. Oh yeah the wait ... I order the pizza online at 608PM and I did not get the pizza in my hand at the store until 711PM. Last time I will be there also. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms but it came with a hefty portion of disappointment with a side of "oh hell no" There was so much to ponder as I waited and looked across the lot at Jersey Mikes as people went in and out of the store in a timely fashion with their orders. So if what you read so far is not bad enough here we go. When I got there at 640PM the tracker said my pizza was to be ready between 643PM and 653PM. By the way this all happened on Dec 30, 2021 between 640PM and 711PM in case any real management wants to look up who was working and most of all who was in charge. The lady at the register asked my name and before even looking to see she just said you order is most likely not ready and then chuckled. If having people wait for late orders and food not being ready was funny to her then she may have died of laughter. I was not the only one waiting as many people who were there before me were still there when I left and it was a complete breakdown of communication in the staff and it could be seen. I am going to say the person at the register this night was the shift supervisor and in charge. At one point she said out loud to the delivery driver "at least you are checking orders" and the cutting of eyes from other employers could be seen. Bravo as her shade level was cranked up to a hundred. Then the decline of leadership happened more. She snapped on her staff and said "I don't need the talking back" but yet she did not help the staff or even acknowledge customers who were waiting. Some pizzas were sitting there a long time and when people got up to check it was like WTF it was there the whole time. It got so bad she said out loud she could not take it and had to get out of there. By that time I got my pizza and was sitting in my vehicle. I look over to my right and I see the lady that was at the cash register in her safe place AKA her red Jeep. I guess she had enough. It is no guessing she did. I admit it was a slow meltdown and you could see she was in over her head (like the pizza dough) and that she did not want to deal with the employees and most of all the customers. Yes leadership and doing what is expected of a leader is tough but I guess she wanted the easy route and let her crew falter even more if possible. With 1.5 stars I think they are trying to see if they can get lower like they were playing Yelp limbo and seeing how low of a bar they can set. read more

This is the single worst Domino's pizza I have ever ordered from. The Staff could care less if someone walks into the store and the manager is extremely rude. They will also give you a nearly uncooked pizza. I would recommend going anywhere else to get a pizza. Marcos is right around the corner and only costs a little more, but the service is excellent, and the pizza is outstanding. If you decide to order from here, good luck! read more

I love Dominos personally....but one thing this location has struggled with is # of driver......which is why I assume most reviews say there pizzas were nasty and/cold, bad customer service. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE possible. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a salad at 9:09 pm. Called several times about staus. Pizza ready at 9:26 per online status. Delivered at 10:44 pm. Salad did not come with order but paid for. Called for resolution and there was not one for a visitor from out of town. Michael said I needed to call tomorrow at 5 or 6 pm to speak with Kendra. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I also understand that reviews definitely help keep on top of problems that can be fixed. My pizza was completely wrong. It was supposed to have two ingredients in that of which I did not receive. I believe I could have even gotten someone else order. But it was confirmed to be our order by the sticker on the box. I can understand where work gets too busy sometimes. But it seems as though they don't care which upsets me more than the order being wrong. The driver had to call to get my address 15 minutes later he came with COLD pizza, no ranch and no soda. I sent it back. Takes 1hr+ on average before it makes its way into the hand of a driver. Longest I've waited was 3 1/2hrs for a medium pizza and a Coke.

Made a simple order online. Over an hour later, my order showed up and was cold and had the wrong specialty chicken in the box, which was marked correctly. Called the store, spend about 5 minutes on hold without saying a word first, then got to explain what happened...back on hold...different person came back on with the grand offer of "well, the next time you order from here, we'll give you a free specialty chicken". I, on the borderline, explained that after waiting for an hour for the wrong and cold stuff, a free one the next wouldn't cut it.....back on hold...then steps in the manager "Rob".... So after bouncing back and forth with people who had been dealing with the manager on my situation, on the phone appears this calm and casual person who starts with "this is Rob", so I politely answer "ok"....silence..."any idea why your on the phone with me right Rob?". Rob: "I understand you had an issue with your chicken" Me: "Well Rob, that's correct" Rob: "Well I told them to offer you either to deliver a new one or a credit" Me: "that never made the conversation from anyone that's spoken on the phone, nor do I want either....give me a refund for the chicken, I'll take the cold pizza...I'm not waiting another hour for someone to maybe bring me the right thing" Waiting to see if the refund goes through. read more

The pizza was made at estimated time, but when I went in to get it the clerk totally ignored me. She continued to put stickers/labels on empty boxes. When a young man came in she continued, but finally ask him could she help him. He said this lady was ahead of me. So she says may I help you and pretended she could not understand what I was saying my name was. Of course by this time I was really upset. I will not be going back.
