If you're looking for a big space, lots of room, and an outlandish buffet bar... don't come here. :-) Rice'n Wings is definitely more of a 'Hole in the Wall' type location, but the food is good. Limited buffet options, but I feel like just enough to have a pretty decent lunch (which is when I went by there). Their chicken teriyaki on a stick was good. Not to dried out or "chewy", nice flavor, a little juicy. Near perfect for a buffet item. Their house made fried rice was good, what I would have expected, and I kept wanting more. I did try the HAM fried rice, but wasn't impressed, it tasted to American to be Chinese I guess. The wings were really good, I can definitely see why they made the store title. Great seasoning, just small enough to not overwhelm you, but just big enough to be filling with just a few. I really liked them, and kept going back for more. The rest was more typical, I guess, but still good. Not to many items that I would refuse to go back and have again, though I may not pile them on the plate. Overall I enjoyed it, and would revist for another good lunch, especially for the wings. If you happen to work at Shaw Air Base, then bonus points because it's less than 5 mins from the 2 gates, so quick tasty lunch trip! read more

I literally come here for the beef and vegetable soup. It tastes exactly how my grandma used to make it so I get a big bowl of rice and add the soup. I don't like Chinese food, just because it's their for folks who like Americanized Chinese food, but sometimes I'll get the wontons. I definitely like that they have plenty of strawberries! Some of them are hit or miss, but at least they have fresh fruit. People really seem to enjoy the donuts too. read more

New owners! Just ate at this joint for the first time today. Had no idea to expect. As it turns out this restaurant doesn't only serve wings and rice like I presumed. They also serve all sorts of Chinese/Asian cuisine. The portions are very large and one combo plate will definitely fill you up. We will come back again for sure. Home away from home! I've been coming to this place 2-3 times a week for the lunch buffet and have never been disappointed. Such a great place to find home drag home made dishes. They always make a fresh batch and replenish the food even though they are ready to close. The ladies are always so friendly and welcoming. It's casual dining but food is delicious! read more

If you want legit Filipino food, this is the spot! I went with a group of homies and we ordered- lumpia, sinigang baboy, pancit, wings, and fried rice. We were served kapamilya (family) style by the owner and his wife and they took care of us with such hospitality. Shout out to the sweet titas (Tagalog for aunties) at the Shaw AFB alteration shop! I'd asked them if there was a good Filipino restaurant in town and they recommended this place. I'll be sure to go back for their adobo on Monday because their food is masarap (tagalog for delicious)!!!! read more

Usually do a call in order but this place is good. Very nice lady who cooks. Really like the crispiness of the wings.

After reading all the reviews I decided to go and try it. I honestly was very disappointed. The place looks just as bad inside as it does outside. The floor was dirty and the tables were not clean. I ordered the teriyaki beef and broccoli and was not impressed at all. I would not suggest that place to anyone. Just drive down the road and go to Mr. Teriyaki. read more

Ate there once and will probably never eat there again. Food is cheap and you get TONS of it, so I think that's deserving of at least 2 stars. I was very hungry and only ate about half the rice. Wings were too greasy for me. Fried rice was bland. There are a couple places right down the street I'd much rather eat at. read more
