It's really all about the service and how clean the tables are bc you know bbq sauce is pretty messy generally... So the food was good but the table was dirty and the person who we asked to clean it up apparently decided it was not their job that day and just never came back. Bone- in wings were super dry, like they had been cooked hours ago and had been sitting under a hot lamp for hours having every last bit of moisture sucked out of them. Emma should not be working in food service -- or any service industry -- if she thinks pretending to take orders and then vanishing is acceptable. I have reached the end with BWW. This Sunter location doesn't seem to understand that they are not a beer joint during lunch hour. Many business people come here to enjoy the food. When we were seated, the music was so load. We asked our waitress when she came for drinks, could we get the music turned down. She came back and said the manager had to put an order in to have it turned down. Not sure what that means. But basically they refused to turn the music down. So we departed. I will say that the outside is clean and young lady who helped me was nice but that's about all I can say in regards to positivity about this location.
