BWW is the place to get wings and fries that are always the same no matter which one you got to. It's really all about the service and how clean the tables are bc you know bbq sauce is pretty messy generally... So the food was good but the table was dirty and the person who we asked to clean it up apparently decided it was not their job that day and just never came back. The place smells awful. Thank god I was only getting takeout. Bone- in wings were super dry, like they had been cooked hours ago and had been sitting under a hot lamp for hours having every last bit of moisture sucked out of them. Emma should not be working in food service -- or any service industry -- if she thinks pretending to take orders and then vanishing is acceptable. She actively made the experience worse and wasted our time. Margarita deserves a raise, a promotion, and a thank-you card. She's the only reason this review isn't 100% expletives. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how this location is being run. When we were seated, the music was so load. We asked our waitress when she came for drinks, could we get the music turned down. The food was terrible. I got boneless wings that were so overcooked and just drowned in sauce. I could barely eat it. The beer is way overpriced. The bar stinks like mold and mildew.
