Don't be fooled by the "Classic" on the sign. More like a Classic Scam. No salad bar. No red cups (or ice for that matter). No pac man. If I could give MINUS STARS I would. I called about 15 minutes ago to order a pizza. A medium thin crust. Meat Lovers added banana peppers and EXTRA CHEESE. I gave my card and was told the total was $39 and change. I reluctantly agreed. Hung up and told my husband the total he said cancel the order. I called back no more then a minute later. And told the call center to cancel it. They said let me transfer you to the manager. And was disconnected. Called back immediately and the same thing happened AGAIN. This place is amazing! The crust on the pizza is amazing, the cheese was fantastic, and the toppings were the best that I've had in a long time. Wanna hear the opinion of someone who actually worked under their garbage management? The place is disgusting and I would never eat food from there unless I made it myself. Here's why; 1. only 2 of the people who prepare the dough would do it in way that I would consider good enough for human consumption, and now that I no longer work there only 1 person prepares the dough in an acceptable manner. 2. The cooks NEVER WEAR GLOVES OR WASH THEIR HANDS UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INSPECTION. And yes they go throw out the garbage and smoke cigarettes and scratch their faces and their private parts right before touching your food. 3. The management uses ILLEGAL business practices such as forcing employees to stay past their scheduled hours without 14 days prior notice. Or another example of something illegal they do is, they really like forcing employees to come into work after being made fully aware that said employee is physically sick and should not be anywhere near food. Also they promise people raises within a certain amount of time and never follow through. 4. As of 2 months ago when they forced me to quit, they had failed 7 of the 8 store health inspections from the upper managment. 5. They are apsolutely terrible at cleaning dishes and a good majority of the time have a mental defective doing em so there's still flecks of food attached to anything that isn't porcelain or plastic (such as the pans they cook your pizza's on have huge sections of old cheese and burnt on pizza dough still attached to them I'd estimate a good 75% of the time they are used). 6. They need all new equipment because most of it is from the 70's when they built the place. 7. The bathrooms are gross because whoever is covering the lobby is supposed to clean em and take out the garbage but they almost never do. 8.The ventilation is pathetic, like unhealthly pathetic, God only know when the last time they changed the air filters was because they never did it while I was employed there thats for sure. 9. As of now only one person there seems capable of properly cleaning the deep fryer and I am pretty sure he still only works there 4 days a week. 10. I have never seen anyone clean the inside of the duel oven, nor have I heard anyone even suggest it. 11. You will never see anyone sweeping unless they are getting ready to close the restaurant. 12. When the time stamp sticker for pizza dough expires and they are supposed to throw the old dough away the manager Sarah likes to tell her employees to remove the old sticker and replace it with a new sticker with a new time stamp and new expiration date; instead of throwing away the food that has technically gone bad but is legally speaking expired. 13. While I was still working there I brought up all of these problems to the managment and they did they did nothing except make it clear that they have been aware of these problems for a long time and have no intention on fixing them. Now here's the reasons I would eat there. 1. They fired Mike. 2. Brandon's a decent person. 3. Now that I no longer work there I might somehow suffer memory loss in the future and forget everything about everything I just wrote about. The end read more

I was gonna order pizzas for lunch today, but dominos online service and credit cards machine aren't working. I figure I give this Pizza Hut one last chance and see if they have improved or not. This is honestly the worst location I have ever ordered food from, period. I'm talking chinese, pizza, subs, you name it. I don't care how bad you think a place has been, this place is worse. Not only did my order never show up, when I tried to get a refund, I was bounced around a bunch of generic customer service people and placed on hold for 20 minutes at a time, only to get placed on the line with a "manager" who said they didn't have the capability of issuing refunds. So Pizza Hut charged me for a product I never received, and refused to give me a refund. So I thought I'd treat some friends and take them to a "real" Pizza Hut location like this one. We ordered a pepperoni lovers stuffed-crust pizza to share and some chicken Alfredo. I have just had it from restaurants ripping me off. For instance their "so called Large wings. The first order was fantastic, nice big wings . Every time after that they gave me 2 out of the 6 you get were large and then hidden underneath were 4 tiny little wings. They are constantly over cooking the food. Tried their P'Zone. Very expensive and that new deal where they charge you extra for delivery is ridiculous. They charge you a fee and then you also have to pay tip so $10.00 pizza will end up being $20.00. If you eat in the service can be slow to nonexistent. I once had to walk up to cashier to order since the waitress did not wait on me after 15 minutes. The waitress offered no refills. One star is too much for this place. I tried calling for delivery to the hotel I was staying in.. worst experience ever. Apparently it goes to some centralized call center. The first lady I attempted to speak with I could hardly understand as pizza sounded much like pita and didn't know what a p'zone was. Then she hung up on me. Stupidly decided to call back. The second lady informed me they have never had p'zones and wasn't sure if she could make a large stuffed crust half cheese and half pepperoni. Let me start by saying that I don't expect too much from a chain like this. We used to eat weekly at the Lakeville location, but they closed so we drove quite a ways just for pizza hut on a family members request for their birthday. The salad bar items were frozen into the containers, dressings were empty, lettuce wilted and sad, and I'm not sure what they tried doing to the Caesar salad but it was inedible. I could have handled a crappy salad bar on a Sunday night but then the pizza came out underdone, and with hardly any toppings. To quote my 5 year old that thought someone was playing a prank on him, "Hey there's no pepperoni on my piece!"
